We booked a car with Zackery, from Mesa AZ. Just days before our trip he canceled us, said his family was coming in. The next day I'm looking for a car to rent and there was our Mustang the only difference was instead of $55.00 per day it was $160.00 per day Zackery R in my opinion you are a crook.

They took my money for 7 days trip and they gave me a very filthy car with dried sweat on the seats like salt plus on my way from Houston to California the car was acting weird then I found the host didn't do oil change!!! They told me to take the car back to Houston and I did but they didn't refund my money

I rented my 2019 vehicle with 60k miles on it. Turo will not enforce any rules you put for your vehicle. Also I charge a $75 smoking fee. Turo threatened to charge me and then only charged the renter $50. The customer service is a joke! RENT WITH A REAL RENTAL COMPANY DO NOT PUT YOUR VEHICLE ON THIS SITE!!!

horrible service! they took my money and never gave it back to me after the car had dead battery and I had to return it the host. basically they never gave back my money for the last 4 days that I didn't have the car due to dead battery. never trust this company, there would be zero customer service and support in middle of your vacation!

Horrible customer service. Their insurance is a scam. I rented a car and as I was driving a rock flew out and cracked the windshield. So I had to pay: 145 insurance 575 deductible And then 740 for the “damages” So stupid! Their protection plan is a scam!

Horrible company, terrible customer service and unfriendly hosts. I rented a Jeep for 4 days and returned it 4 hours early. They charged me foran extra day and a $20 late fee! A very terrible experience to say the least. Consumers - stay away, you have many other more reasonable alternatives.

BEWARE!!!!Turo charged me double what the total was supposed to be. They also charged me $100 extra for picking the vehicle up 12 min early and they always find a rwason to keep your deposit. Dont waste your money and time. SCAM SCAM Company!!!! Charge double my VISA for the same booking. On the phone with Turo over 1 hr, no one can tell me why I get charge double. You can found cheaper prices for the same type of cars on another rental company's with no any surprises with additional charges and fees like on TURO.

Extreme issues with the Turo host’s canceling at the last minute! You think you have a car booked and then NO CAR when you go to pick it up. I complained, customer service was horrible and disrespectful to me. After hours on hold and weeks worth of being on hold they decided I was out of line and canceled my membership 😳! WHAT?!?!?

I rented a car through Turo. The owner/host was great but Turo - not great. In stop-and-go traffic, we were rear-ended by another driver. Rather than resolve the claim with the responsible driver, they are charging me for the repair.

Never again!!! My host cancelled my reservation a week before my trip. Now all reasonably priced cars are gone everywhere AND I have to wait 7-10 days to get my original refund from Turo. I’m out a vacation and hundreds of dollars on flights. Absolutely not worth it.

Support is useless if you don’t have proof. They don’t trust your word. You need to choose the option you have roadside urgency if you want to talk to someone, else, you’ll just go from app to website to phone to sms to chat to phone etc

Turo has zero accountability and allows vehicle owners to cancel and re-list their vehicles and near 5x the original price. All without and penalty to the host. Do not rent from them unless you have a back up plan/rental. Otherwise Turo will just collect the extra money when hosts cancel either last min or just to take advantage of you.

Do not rent on Turo. My Tesla Model S. Was returned with a flat tire. 0% battery. Disgustingly dirty. Scratched and I’ve had nearly 0 support and 0 financial support from them even though I actually paid for the insurance. I will be reporting them to my local authorities. What they do is total BS.

Beware. In case of claims for damage or accident Turo will charge unreal fees and send immediately to collection agents damaging your credit score. I have been charged $800 for roadside recovery in the city. Now they ask for 2000 more. Nightmare and lots of legal expenses. Not worth.

The worst ever! Over charged and was charged a young driver fee even though I’m 41 and when I requesting a refund they gave me a ridiculous excuse for not refunding me. Customer service was not helpful at all. I was also charged $40 for being slightly under in the gas upon returning vehicle. Super unhappy. First and last time.

I picked up a car drove 1 hour open the sliding door of the Van for the 1st time it broke off we spent the next 5 hours trying to get at throat towed through turo the owner was extremely rude turl wasn't much better. Will never use this service again

Awful. Car was littered with debris upon check-in. I paid in full for the rental in advance yet I was charged an additional $250 because allegedly the rental was returned late. This was an unauthorized charge by the way. Save your money and stress!

Do not trust this service, the car owners can be sketchy. Do yourself a favor and just rent from commercial brand. It is safer.

My ride was canceled maybe 12 hours before my trip, so I had to find a new one so my dad could celebrate his birthday like he should. I booked the new one for $115 and the old one was $133, never received my $17 back. And my Turo driver was really late to the arrival time said she would discount but never received anything again.

Administration process is very poor and fees are too high even though they don’t own the vehicles. I suggest don’t take rental from this app. Also the miles is 100 per day. I suggest please use the enterprise cars so that at least you will have good offers.
