I recently considered getting blinds for my front windows to give more privacy in the evening when cars are driving by. I went to blinds.com first because I had heard of them so much through advertising. I ordered two samples which came quickly and were absolutely beautiful but ended up going with a different company because I didn't want to install them myself. Blinds.com does offer professional installation, but I decided to go with a local recommendation. After my experience, I can confirm that blinds.com has the best selection and very competitive prices ., especially if you are willing to install them yourself.

I ordered a set of no wire pull down blinds for our bedroom. Everything was cheap, accurate and easy. We ended up returning one of the sets because I ordered the wrong size. They made returns simple as possible, but I did have to pay for the return shipping. Overall, I’d use them again in the future.

The blind we ordered was a custom size and it came out fantastic, as we ordered. It is fantastic. Shipping was horrible. The company they worked with for delivery said I had to be home or they were going to change me. I sat home for 3 days and THEY never showed. I called Blinds.com numerous times and left messages and no one returned my calls. I was eventually told they couldn't find my shade. Then a week later when they "found it" some how my 9 ft blind rolled under something. I did end up getting it and its everything we hoped for.

Blinds.com is awesome. Their customer service was nice and helped point me in the right direction of what blinds to buy. While they ultimately weren’t the cheapest, compared to many of competitors I’ve seen Blinds.com has pretty great prices. I also love that they had a fit guarantee which helped put me at ease. I would totally buy from them again.

Who Knows

I had a good experience with Blinds. I moved into a new home and decided to use blinds on my windows. Within 3 days total, I ordered my blinds and had them installed. Their customer service is great! I would definitely recommend to any and everyone that are thinking of getting blinds.

Blinds.com site was easy to use. The prices were overall decent. Would really be nice if they had a store you could actually visit. However they do have a customer service number if you need assistance. I do like my new blinds.
