Financing Available

The payment plan is a great way for homeowners to finance their new window treatments, should they not pay for everything upfront. 3 Day Blinds claims that its payment plan can help save consumers money as the interest rates are typically lower than the interest rate on a credit card. 

Of course, there are some terms and conditions. Clients must make the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period (remember that making the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period may not pay off the entire principal balance). Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

3 Day Blinds extends a limited lifetime warranty to homeowners who purchase its products and services (original buyers only, with proof of purchase). 

The Standard Product Warranty covers the following:

  • Operating mechanisms (other than motors and remote controls) and components are covered for the product's lifetime.
  • Cords and ladders are covered for 7 years. After 7 years, a nominal fee applies for repair, or the client can order replacement parts for a small handling fee.
  • Fabrics, motors, and remote controls are covered for 5 years.
  • Manufacturing defects and shipping damage must be reported within 30 days.

Additionally, 3 Day Blinds offers a Professional Installation Warranty. 

If you purchased a professional installation service alongside your 3 Day Blinds blinds, drapes, shutters, or shades, 3 Day Blinds states that the installation services will be free from defective installation.  

This installation warranty extends to the original buyer (with proof of purchase) for up to one year.

With the purchase of a professional installation, the company states that it will come to your home to perform any service required under the "Standard Product Warranty" at no additional charge for one year from the date of purchase. 

If 3 Day Blinds finds it necessary to remove the product from your home to complete the repairs, your installer will re-install the product free of charge.

We ordered 6 blinds, and were happy that 2 of them were installed very quickly. The blinds look nice and we like the remote that opens and closes, as well as tilts the slats. In addition, we are happy that the blinds installed in the kitchen are semi sheer and give a different look. However, the other 3 blinds do not fit correctly, and as measured are installed on the molding. This, coupled with the large mechanism which is built into the valance, gives us a very large gap between the blinds and the window. It is almost 6 inches, and that gives us a lot more than a “halo of light” around the edges. In addition, the loop cord sticks and is not a smooth open/close.

The salesperson Sal A was very attentive and very knowledgeable. This was the second time I have had Sal order for me. The installer also was very timely and fast in doing a full house install. My only issue is that I think the mechanism is very tight. I need to use 2 hands to open and close my cellular blinds. I have two windows that I can’t reach and asked for a poll to open and close the top portion and unfortunately the third time I used it it slipped and punched a hole in the blind. 😮the pole is way too long! I also had two sliding glass doors installed with motorized cellular I am very happy with them. I just think the manual mechanism is too tight and unfortunately the pole just doesn’t solve the problem with pulling down top down blinds

When the original order was done we were told that 3 Day Blinds would figure out a way to include a doggy door in our bedroom shutters, and they would be installed in under 8 weeks. They were delayed by several weeks and no one got in touch to let us know about the delay. When they finally arrived, the installer put them in without letting us know that the doggy door was not done as requested. The last item he installed was the shutter in the bedroom, and that was when we discovered that it was not correct. It was too late to do anything about it at the time, but I called the sales person and spoke with customer service. They agreed that the doggy door had been part of the original order, but they could not do it. We are left with shutters that do not meet our needs. We were never told that they would not be done, or that they would be delayed. Customer Service did not really apologize for it. We paid way too much to not get what we wanted. And not even an apology.

I would have liked our Designer (Faye) let us know that the material I picked out was not going to hang with a clean look. I was not aware that the drapes had to be tied up. The installer told me that they should hang for three weeks to a month. I thought that was a long time considering I was having out of town guests leaving the whole window exposed. Faye should have informed me. I called customer service and they concurred that the drapes did have to be tied that long. I contacted the Manager (Jon) . I had to email him twice along with Tony once, and when he got back to me he told me I was misinformed and that they only had to be tied for a week. I waited 9 days and untied them. They do not have a clean look, someshat sloppy. They are getting better with time, but I would have chosen a different drape if I was properly informed about my choice. My blinds on the other wall are beautiful. Overall, I feel that Faye was just interested in getting the sale and not about customer satisfaction.

I really like the plantation shutters. The salesperson was not very good, but the installation and the measurer person were fabulous. There wasn't anybody specifically directly to talk to. While I was waiting for my blinds to arrive, there was just no follow up. And that was with a salesperson that was designated to help me. Regarding payment, you put half down at the start and half when you finish, but when I was finished I didn't know that they were doing that. But they just went ahead and took the same credit card so I'm just glad I had enough money in the bank to use that credit card. So follow up in my opinion was very poor.

I love the look of the honeycomb blinds I purchased, the simplicity of the product looks perfect for my 6-window sunroom. The issue is that they are made of a polyester that is so thin it tears like tissue paper and cannot it be cleaned. This means every 3-4 years I'll have to replace. Aside from the $2K +, adding 6 shades to the landfill is discouraging. EVERY company MUST REDUCE it's contribution to our environment. The woven blinds I purchased for 3 doors are OK, the valence look very cheap tho. (Another $2k+) They are beginning to unravel at edges but I was told it's normal and just trim the loose stragglers, $4k+ is a huge expense for me, I had expected a was better quality. All the staff I've worked with have been amazing so if I could rate customer service it would earn 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.

It felt like games were played with pricing. I got a quote, hesitated about the cost, and a discount was magically found. Then I asked for a couple weeks to consider my options. Then, another discount was magically found as long as I committed right away. I don't like games. Give me straight pricing. Also, 2 of my blinds needed to be remeasured as the installer found them to big. This was not a big deal to me but I was not happy about how long it took to get these remade blinds done and installed. Those blinds should have been a priority to be remade (nothing special about them) and then installed at my convenience. I gave up an entire Saturday waiting for the installer who only needed 10 minutes to install these 2 blinds.

Nice - But ---- Hard to find window treatment consultants/companies around here so was pleased with the fast response from 3DB. Consultant seemed to really know his stuff (I am a complete novice in this area with no talent or eye for interior decoration.) Quickly assessed my needs and got the order going. I was pleased that I was kept well informed of the progress and schedule. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner. The installer was great. Put things together very professionally. Then it was discovered that an apparent missed measurement required one more pet port vertical. The installer said he would get it ordered. Then, discovered that three identical bedroom windows correctly stacked on the left side but the draw string should have been on the right side. Apparently this detail was left off the order. Again, the installer said he would get this corrected. I was kept well informed of the correction progress and schedule - great. The installer quickly completed the installation of the new top rails, etc. Did note that two of the replacement head-rails' draw string was an inch or two longer so that meant an additional hole in the wall to patch - ok I can handle that :)) So - generally, I am pleased. The only issues I see at this point - and they are minor and probably of no consequence are: * The control for tilting the vertical blinds seems to be a little cheesy - they are plastic beads instead of older ones that were metal and they do not operate real smoothly like the older ones. Again - no biggy. * The valances in the three bedrooms seems to stick out further than necessary. Could have been an inch shallower. While not noticeable looking straight on, when seen from underneath it looks a little bit "klutzee" (wrong adjective but I think you can picture it.) :)) I think this was another missed measurement? No fix required * Since I never had verticals in the bedrooms (previous horizontal minis and draperies) I am still getting used to this configuration and am not sure I like the outside mounting instead of within the frame mounting which could possibly be better for cutting down light coming in around the edges. I don't think this possible option was explained, but I might have missed it. Hopefully I will get used to the way they are mounted without fussing about it. Suggestion - include mounting options and examples in your sales material. 3DB Treatments are are a bit pricey, but I hopefully will have them for a long time. So I am pleased at this point and would recommend 3DB to anyone. No further action required.

Salesperson was great when writing the order. The first installer was great. Second one kind of left me with a mess. After weeks I have yet for someone to come by and help me with these cords hanging down on the Roman shades. There are 4 long cords with a tag on them hanging down and I am not sure where to put the bar you wrap them on. Also they are very hard to get to look right when I pull them up. The ones I had before had a beaded chain that controlled everything evenly and had no unsightly cords.

I like the blinds, I like the salespeople, but I was totally unsatisfied with the customer service when there was a problem. When I purchased my blinds, the battery that was in the remote control lasted one week and it was dead. When I called 3 Day, they don't supply new batteries but they have no problem charging you over $3000 for blinds and then give you a dead battery. So I was very disappointed.

Ordering and Install went fine, but, I noticed a few small improvements that would have made it Flawless. I told the Installer. he said call the office. They told me to call the Marketer. I left a few messages, but, No call backs. NO problem. You've got my $3,473.42 and can't be bothered to come back and make a few upgrades to make the work outstanding. Blindsters.com was more than happy to make a few hundred Dollars and now everything is Great.

After 3 months, we called and were sent another rep to finish the order, but we did not get our original discount. The blinds are nice, just what we need. The sales person was knowledgeable and responsive. But when the blinds were installed they had the wrongs lift mechanism. We had agreed on cords but the ones installed were hand lifted. Her mistake. Plus we were not happy that the full amount was charged to our credit card BEFORE install. That's bad company policy.

The customer service the lady was very nice but I was not happy with the price and I wasn't happy with the product that I received for that price. I paid over $580. I think that's ridiculous I think I should really give me my money back. Nothing spectacular about the blinds, they are the same as what you would find in the store. I'm not recommending them.

Barley any communication from my designer and the person I’m charge of setting up the installation appointment. I would call and leave messages and sometimes a few days later I would get a message back. Sometimes I heard nothing. For the amount of money I paid for blinds, you’d think they be more responsive.

The cords on my blinds began snapping after a week of installation. Then it took 3 weeks to get those replaced. I got a great deal on the cost of 10 blinds from 3 Day Blinds. But now I wonder about the quality of the product and the longevity.

I have used them in the past and they are good quality blinds. But they need to do something about their customer service department because there were some of my blinds that were measured wrong and were not correct. Some were damaged and it took me almost two months to get it corrected.

As far as the installation and the sales, those were good. The service, not so good. They had a little problem with my bill and put it in the wrong place, and so on. So I'm not real happy about that. But as far as the installers, they were great.

I've had to get my blinds remade twice. Now, the installer is very professional. The installer has been great but something has been lost in the way things are going so that the blinds are out for remake again, so it's a little frustrating. Other than that, everybody's been pretty easy to work with.

I was very happy. They are very high grade, except we had some problems with delivery of the goods from China. Other than that, it was very good. There were so many delays. They were very helpful, they always called me back when they said they would and everything was fine. The blinds are great, they fit very well and they look wonderful.

The new blinds are not the same quality as the older versions I had. The only reason I needed to replace was damages from new kittens. These will surely not last as long. The service rep and installer were awesome. Friendly, thorough and very professional. Product quality not in their control..

Happy with the quality so far. But customer service can be better. I called several times to try and talk to them and what's going on. Nobody answered me. My issue right now is that they didn't install them the way I expected. I don't know if they can fix that or not. Also, the cost was very high

They had the product that I was looking for and they came out and measured and the installation time that they gave me upfront was timely. The problems may not be from 3 Day Blinds, but their installation team caused some minor issues.

There were all kinds of delays in getting my blinds to me. First, the color I chose was not available, then the valances were not available, then they were too big and had to be shipped by ground. Once they arrived, they send the wrong size and had to be reordered. It was much longer than 3 days - more like 3 months.

Its very difficult to speak to a live person. The quality is very high, but the accuracy in installment lacks perfecton. Costumer service needs to be improved and the installation was not accurate leaving gaps in the windows that I was not pleased with.

Measuring wasn't done correctly. 2 windows had to be redone. Whem 1st installer noticed it he failed to remeasure one of the windows that was incorrect and here it is March and the last install has not happened when the order was put in 5 months ago

The sales rep was terrific, but have trouble with the installation. One of the strings became loose and is not sitting right. Also some of the blinds were installed with the pull on the wrong side. The blinds also hit the door handle and have to be manually moved .

When Greg came out he looked at the windows and said no you don't have to remove the wood around it When the guy came out to install them he said no they have to come off so my husband basically he removed them all plus some of my blinds are loose And he put a little gouge in our window seal.

I was told I had a technician reservation and the technician didn't show. After calling customer service, it turns out I did not have an appointment. Secondly, an expensive blind that was installed on my French doors failed within 4 months to operate.

We got wooden shutters. Pretty expensive & not quite the quality I was expecting. The slats & frames seem to be kind of cheap. Very light weight wood. I was expecting it all to be much more solid & heavier material. The frames feel weak. I have to put my fingers on the frame when I open the doors because it moves.
