Financing Available

3 Day Blinds offers clients a convenient no-interest payment plan.* 

The payment plan is a great way for homeowners to finance their new window treatments, should they not pay for everything upfront. 3 Day Blinds claims that its payment plan can help save consumers money as the interest rates are typically lower than the interest rate on a credit card. 

Of course, there are some terms and conditions. Clients must make the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period (remember that making the minimum monthly payments during the promotion period may not pay off the entire principal balance). And all interest is waived should the client pay the whole amount within 12 months.

Limited Lifetime Product Warranty

3 Day Blinds extends a limited lifetime warranty to homeowners who purchase its products and services (original buyers only, with proof of purchase). 

The Standard Product Warranty covers the following:

  • Operating mechanisms (other than motors and remote controls) and components are covered for the product's lifetime.
  • Cords and ladders are covered for 7 years. After 7 years, a nominal fee applies for repair, or the client can order replacement parts for a small handling fee.
  • Fabrics, motors, and remote controls are covered for 5 years.
  • Manufacturing defects and shipping damage must be reported within 30 days.

Additionally, 3 Day Blinds offers a Professional Installation Warranty. 

If you purchased a professional installation service alongside your 3 Day Blinds blinds, drapes, shutters, or shades, 3 Day Blinds states that the installation services will be free from defective installation.  

This installation warranty extends to the original buyer (with proof of purchase) for up to one year.

With the purchase of a professional installation, the company states that it will come to your home to perform any service required under the "Standard Product Warranty" at no additional charge for one year from the date of purchase. 

If 3 Day Blinds finds it necessary to remove the product from your home to complete the repairs, your installer will re-install the product free of charge.

Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to the contract to indicate the blinds should lower from the top as well as rise from the bottom. I have had my whole house blinds for less than a month. In less than a week I had to get a service call as my bathroom blinds were down when the service installer left and I could to raise them It took a week to get him back to fix it. Now my bedroom blinds won't go up It has bee a week and back and forth with a stupid guy that can't read what I am telling him. Said he called me twice. Nope he did not. Propped my blinds up in the master room with boxes. I paid over $4000 for whole house and now 2 that dont work since installation about 3 weeks ago. You tell me what my rating should be. Still waiting.

As a homeowner we eager to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of my living space, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect window treatments. After researching various options, I settled on 3 Day Blinds for their purported reputation for quality and efficiency. However, my experience with their installation service left much to be desired, resulting in profound disappointment. We had two installations, and both were very late for appointments scheduled. 1) very late to the appointment scheduled 2) during work, didn't wear booties, shoe covers, walk on carpet, or step on brand new furniture t. 3)The installation guys took with them the brand new sample, which does not belong to the 3-day blind. We contacted Installation Management, and they said they disposed of it at their nearby location, which is not in my area. There was no recovery or resolution, and we ended up paying for damage to the company that provided it to us.

Let me first start by saying our installer was great I originally ordered faux wood blinds and plantation shutters back in Oct 2023. Our blinds were delivered and installed as promised. I was advised the plantain shutters would be ordered, delivered and installed in Dec due to high demand. I contacted Amanda L who co firmed our order was never processed and I would receive the shutters in 2-3 weeks. There was no follow-up or compensation offered for our inconvenience. I tried reaching back out to Amanda with no response. The only person to give any update was the installer who advised he's been keeping track of the delivery of our order. I would appreciate a callback from management to discuss your customer service.

I spent $10,000 on automatic blinds. I love the convenience of the blinds despite the high cost. The blinds came with warranties, a year for mechanical parts and a longer warranty on materials etc. I called the company a year and 10 days after the installation of the blinds. One of the motors on the blinds stopped working. It would no longer take a charge - it wouldn’t go up and down. It took several days to get a call back about the issue. Then I was informed they would honor the year warranty as it had just passed, but there was a SERVICE FEE for the technician! Outrageous. What kind of warranty for repair is for a broken device if only their tech can fix it and the service charge isn’t covered. I won’t be recommending them to others.

I had an issue with an installer being very late for the appointment (over 2 hours), then the blind couldn't be installed because the company sent the wrong parts. I get that stuff happens. It is how the situation has been handled since that makes this a one star company. I received no follow up from the company or my salesperson, even after I emailed her about the problem. I had to call the company a week later to find out that they had reordered the whole blind and it would be another 4-6 weeks before I would receive it. I was told they would follow up with me. Crickets. My sales rep did finally email after I sent a second email and she said that she was so busy selling that she just couldn't follow up with people who had purchased from her. She told me to just keep in touch with Customer Service. I am so disappointed in the way that this has all been handled and no one seems to acknowledge that this has been a great inconvenience and horrible user experience. The installer was really the only one who was truly sympathetic about this situation. I would think that a company with the reputation and Hunter D name behind it would care a little more about customer service, but I guess not.

One of the manual blinds hangs up at the same spot nearly every time. We can jiggle it and it will move on up or down, but I feel eventually it may break. We need a service person to adjust this blind so it moves smoothly the entire length of pull. Please respond. I will finish this review when this problem is fixed. Thank you.

I love your products. I recently had to have one shade replaced that had been damaged due to remodeling work. The replacement shade I ordered and had installed was identical to the original one except for the color. The 19 precious window coverings I purchased from 3 Day Blinds had an average installation cost of $66. The new shade cost $462. but the installation cost $452.50 . The hardware was already up so the "installation" was just sliding the new shade into place. Needless to say I will never buy another product from this company

I purchased my blinds 8/3/22 and I still don’t have the correct blinds in my bedroom or over the front door. I have been working with Agatha Y to get this fixed and now she tells me that the color is no longer available for my bedroom window and because there are 2 windows six feet apart I will have to replace both. The blind over the front door is incorrectly installed and just needs to be lowered 18”-24” but it takes two people and very tall ladders and they keep putting me off.

I'm still waiting for one of the five to be replaced. I've just had problems. She was unable to help me when I had a problem. I don't like that there are no refunds. There should be a refund policy. It was advised there were no refunds, that's completely unacceptable. I'm really not happy.

Turnaround time is terrible. I have been waiting months for my window coverings. My salesmen quit the company and left me hanging. Got turned over to another person who tried to make things right, but I still have no window coverings and they have my deposit.

Blinds I purchased a few years ago broke, but were still under warranty. 3 Day Blinds outsources the repair to a third party contractor and don't tell you who. My blinds were removed from my home on October 26, 2023 and it's January 21, 2024 and I have no blinds and no answers. CustomerCare number is never answered when you call and the CustomerCare agent via email has lied to me on several occasions. Once I finally found out who the third party repair company is, I reached out to them directly and learned that 3 Day Blinds continues to send them the wrong part so they cannot complete the repair. Finally just this week the contractor called me (not 3 Day Blinds) to say they're shipping the Blinds back to 3 Day Blinds, there's nothing they can do since 3 Day Blinds isn't sending them what they need. This has been going on almost 4 months now. Each time I email CustomerCare I get a new case number but no response. I don't know why they didn't just make brand new blinds instead of trying to fix the original pair. I'm now resorting to posting things on bestcompany because I want my Blinds back, fixed, or I want new Blinds. Unfortunately the Blinds I had matched pre-existing ones in the room so a refund isn't what I need. If anyone from 3 Day Blinds reads this, you have an IRATE customer.

About a month after installation one blind fell out of the window. I’m sure it’s a matter of time before the rest fall out on their own. The screws went straight into the drywall without any anchors or supports. One blind is already fraying. I was told the blinds on the door would have hardware installed to hold them in place when opening and closing the doors. 2 doors with shade and no hardware on the bottom at all. I’ve installed command strips to hold them still when using the doors. The shutters get installed next week and we will see how they fit. Over priced for what you get- would not recommend.

I was a first time customer and had plans to purchase more shutters from your company. But, due to my horrible experience I would not I would not make additional purchases or recommend your company to anyone. First of all it took forever for the order to arrive, then the installers placed the shutters on the wet street in front of my house to put them together prior to installing in my house. The street was wet because it had rained prior to the installation. I questioned this and was told it was ok. and not a problem. I had to point out areas that needed repair after the installers said they were finished. One set of shutters arrived broken and had to be reordered. I told them the job they had done was horrible and I could have done it better! Not a good impression!!! Also, this is the third time I have been asked to submit a review. I think one is enough!!

Windows were measured before being replaced. Two windows have blinds that do not fit correctly. I would like them to be adjusted, which to me, seems simple enough. I had a medical emergency which involved brain surgery over the holidays and I am just getting back to normal of everyday life, and unfortunately, your request for overall rating was not on the top of my list of "to do". I don't mean to say your request was not important, but I have been a bit slow in replying to many requests from companies that I had business dealings with at the end of 2002.

Today is March 15, 2022. I placed this order in September of 2021 and I am still missing brackets to have my dining room curtains hung and the wrong replacement panel was sent for my living room. I had 9 2" faux wood blinds installed. There are issues with all 9! The issues are warped slats and crooked blinds units. The company has been out several times to correct mistakes. I am frustrated with spending my time as the company tries to make things right. I would simply like a refund at this point.
