When I called to make the appointment for them to come give me an estimate, they made an appointment for the next day. That same day, the person coming out called and left a message introducing himself. That way, I knew who to expect to see. He did a good job of explaining every step of what he was doing. He took the time to answer questions. They were on time when they delivered the blinds. The blind for one window was the wrong size. He apologized and immediately ordered the correct size. It was ready the next week. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We needed blinds in a hurry because we were selling our house and our blinds did not do us justice so we needed to upgrade FAST. We Reached out to three day blinds and they were able to help us in a jiffy, they were fast, stylish and offered quality blackout blinds. The website is very professional and organized. I like that they do free consultations where they will come and measure your windows and give you a price estimate before you commit to anything. This gave us an opportunity to compare different companies and prices before we purchased shutters for our house. I also appreciated their warranty on their products which comparatively was longer than other companies we looked at.

I am still in the midst of an order and will be anxiously awaiting delivery. Sheila was great! Her expertise and an abundance of patience was greatly appreciated. She provided me with plenty of samples to choose from and helped me find just the right shades for my home. I have never used your company in the past but I will certainly do so in the future. I recommended you to my daughter and she purchased blinds from you as well. Again, I think Sheila is a great employee and she should be commended on her good work and excellent representation of your company.
