One of our Blinds was installed properly due to measurement and they were suppose to fix it few months back in Nov 2021 unfortunately the appointment is getting rescheduled due to Snow, person Sick etc etc which is totally fine for one time but they keep postponing which make me disappointed. We love them! Easy to raise and lower with a soft non-irritating sound. A much more solid darkness than we had with regular blinds, and they cut out more of the outside noise. The cost was worth it. Would definitely recommend to others.

I love the shades. In retrospect, I should have gotten an automatic shade for the front window but I guess it is too late now. I have items on a table in front of it and it would have been nice to have the automatic shade. I do love them.

Our sales person, Christian was great. No nonsense, knowledgeable, friendly. He knew exactly what we needed. Also, our installer, Rudy, was great! He was neat, careful and knew what he was doing. Our shades are beautiful. Why only 4 stars? Because one of the shades was lost or something. But the young woman who I talked to on the phone was a great troubleshooter and ordered us a new one.
