I was so happy to have such quick installation of my blinds. The new rules for controls is handy. Do wish control of one of the blinds had been placed at the same height as the controls are in other three blinds. It is a little higher and seems not as easy to use. I manage and do not need a change, it's just not as handy. They look lovely and am happy to have our privacy back. The installer was pleasant and did a neat job and I was happy with my purchase and would recommend 3 Day Blinds to my friends.

Wonderful! The salesperson who came to measure was prompt, professional, friendly and had style. She picked the perfect shade for my room. Delivery was on time, but the room was not. The company held the shade for close to a month, calling each week to check in, but never seemed bothered. Once the room was ready one phone call had an installation date the following week. The shade fit perfectly and is fabulous. I’d give ten stars!

I ordered 6 cordless double celled honeycomb blinds and in the first month never functioned correctly without bunching up regardless of "exercising" them. I had to walk them up the bunched area to get them fully opened. I reported the issue within the month of install after thinking maybe an "exercise" period was needed, and 3 Day Blinds got folks out timely to assess and correct the situation. Bottom line, the double celled cordless honeycomb blinds needed a stronger blue spring motors rather than the white spring motor it originally came with. Once that correction was made they have been working properly now for 4 days and all parts and work at no charge as should have been. I would recommend that 3Day make this motor switch up front. Install was 11/29/23 and correction completed on 2/1/24

This was the easiest repair that I have ever completed in my home. I broke the existing blinds that covered a window in the washer and dryer room. I called 3 Day Blinds, received an appointment and then had the blinds installed a week and a half later. There were no hiccups, only professional people that helped me. The designer was great! Ann L showed me options which saved me a ton of time. I could not be happier. And by the way, the motorized blind is the best since I cannot reach over the washer and dryer!

When I bought this house 4 years ago it already had some beautiful blinds. I did not know at that time that they were 3 Day Blinds. I figured this out when I purchased a few more blinds for windows that did not have them. The consultation with their sales person Jessica was wonderful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for a 9’ patio door and she explained many options. I decided to go with vertical blinds that actually helped keep out wind. She took care in measuring The blinds came when promised. The installer made sure they were even and moved as required. I love my motorized blinds! They look beautiful and I love opening and closing them with my little remote control. But my favorite thing is when I am not home I can close and open them via the app. It makes it look like someone is home when I am not. I haven’t figured out yet how to put them on a schedule. I have home cameras and I was excited to see the app worked while I am out of town or even out of state. I am happy with them for sure!

I absolutely love my new kitchen window blinds. They filter so much more sun than the previous woven blinds I had. They are also so easy to raise and lower. No more cords! The installation was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast the technician had them installed. He was in and out of my home in under 30 minutes. I would say even closer to 20 minutes! If I have more window coverings to replace I will definitely be contacting 3-Day Blinds!

The sales rep was great, explaining different materials and assisted with finalizing the color I wanted. The installation went very well, also. The installer was actually early (he called to confirm a change in start time) which I appreciated. The blinds are great, just what I needed and wanted. My only reservation is the inability to contact the installer, or someone, to assist with one blind which is not hanging right. This is due to a child playing with the blind and knocking it off its connection point. I have been unable to reach anyone to ask how I can fix this as I'm sure it will happen again. No customer service phone number or email.

My sales rep was fabulous. The blinds were better than I expected and I am very happy with them. The installation company has been difficult, from the phone personnel and scheduling to the lack of responsiveness regarding fixing part of my installation that was not done properly. I was quickly sent a bill, for the additional charges from having to pay separate shipping for the blinds that were not ready with the initial shipment and I received 3 phone calls from a collection person from California but I am still waiting for anyone to respond to my request to fix the issue with the initial installation. It was honestly offensive to be receiving successive requests for credit card payments when the installation had just been done 3 days prior and it was not done correctly.... The sales staff were great, the product is great, installation and billing departments...not so great.

It was super easy to set up an appointment to get measured. The person coming in was very friendly and professional. He had to drive through some rough snow and was apologetic for being a little late. I was very appreciative that he even made it. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. The 3 Day Blinds I ordered are really nice! It has been difficult figuring out how the roll up shade works, as it is either very sensitive ( I have to hold it on the way up, as I was told) but sometimes it is finicky and I have to keep pulling on it to finally get it to go up. The fabric I chose is really nice and it accents the room nicely. The sales person was nice, and accommodating with swatches and knowledge and measured accurately. I would have wanted follow up from the sales rep, but since I placed the order, I have never heard from her again - there were other windows I considered covering but finding other alternatives for this now.

Everyone I dealt with (designer, the technician who did the measurements, and the installer were all very knowledgeable and professional. Best yet, the shutters arrived and were installed ahead of schedule. I will definitely use 3 Day Blinds again.

I love my blind! The best part is that during the day you don’t even know it s there(due to colonial cornice that I purchased) yet at night it offers the privacy that I desired. The interior decorator was tremendously helpful in assisting me with best color/ texture option. I have recommended the company to all my friends. My husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

My front end Arizona Room has 11 windows in it with 5 that face the eastern sun, which heats that room up very quickly. Ordered some 90% blocking shades and it has cooled the room down to a comfortable temp and living in Arizona that is very important. Best of all it only took less than 5 days to get them. I did the installation which was very easy

Beautiful blinds and expert service. Our rep came to the house and recommended the perfect options for us while staying in our budget. She was so knowledgable on the types of blinds that would work for all of our rooms. Just buying our first home and being on budget made us weary of a pricey blinds investment but it was very affordable and the quality is unmatched!

Bought shutters for 3 bedrooms, bath and sliding door. Sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful in determining our needs. Communication was very good, before during and after the completion of the sale……called when they said, showed up when they said, explained shutter type and installation. Installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional and we were very comfortable with both the sales rep and the installers recommendations. All are now installed and the fit is as perfect as can be for a house that has many sloping angles!

We had a representative come to our house for a consultation. Daphne was on time, respectful of my home and time, and patiently showed us many options. She thoroughly explained all features and benefits for everything, listened to our needs, and answered all questions we had. After we decided to purchase, she then explained the process and what to expect as far as the timeline for installation and such. We had a great experience with Daphne and will request her again when we seek to get more blinds.

3 Day Blinds was honest in their opinion and recommendations. It was obvious that my consultant Michele Z had a lot of experience. I have a quote from another company and the salesperson was very pushy. Michele not only recommended products but explained why they would be the best option for my house. I had over 40 windows to cover so this was not something I wanted to mess up on, but I can say I am truly happy with the outcome.
