The product looks great and performs well, and I was impressed with the fantastic customer service. However, I'm disappointed that I can't open the top blinds, which limits their functionality. Overall, while the quality is fast and good, the inability to open the blinds affects my satisfaction.

The blinds are beautiful, the staff we had regular interactions with were wonderful. The only tho g is, the name is deceiving. You will not get your blinds in 3 days.

Many of our products can be made and shipped within 3 days, but It depends on the product, and shipping method that you choose. Not many choices for patterns -pretty much basic colors. light filtering shades are a lot thinner than other brands, I hoped with the money invested they would be better quality. Definitely going to choose more carefully next time.

The installation of closets early and done well. 3 weeks later one of the wall holder hooks fell, door loosened & fell. Although I texted seller, have not heard back from installer. Very disappointed.
