Our sales person, Christian was great. No nonsense, knowledgeable, friendly. He knew exactly what we needed. Also, our installer, Rudy, was great! He was neat, careful and knew what he was doing. Our shades are beautiful. Why only 4 stars? Because one of the shades was lost or something. But the young woman who I talked to on the phone was a great troubleshooter and ordered us a new one. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

The blinds are beautiful and we are very happy with them so far. The thing that is not great is waiting for repairs. We had one blind that came down and I had to wait 2 weeks for repair. Had a specialty order that was shipped without the motor and I’ve had to wait another 3 weeks to get it installed. Should be here today, fingers crossed.

It took forever (weeks) to get 3-Day Blinds to respond to my request to fix my broken drapery hardware. Once I connected, they were wonderful and took care of everything. Kurt, the installer, was knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He worked hard and carefully. When he was finished, my draperies were beautifully installed and I was very pleased. He was sure to clean up before he left and made sure I was happy with his work.
