They were fast at coming out and getting us set up. I think he probably could have taken a little extra time in the beginning. But Bill definitely went above and beyond during installation. They’re still fixing the valance in one of the rooms but overall they’ll been pretty great!

The blinds are beautiful and we are very happy with them so far. The thing that is not great is waiting for repairs. We had one blind that came down and I had to wait 2 weeks for repair. Had a specialty order that was shipped without the motor and I’ve had to wait another 3 weeks to get it installed. Should be here today, fingers crossed.

It took forever (weeks) to get 3-Day Blinds to respond to my request to fix my broken drapery hardware. Once I connected, they were wonderful and took care of everything. Kurt, the installer, was knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He worked hard and carefully. When he was finished, my draperies were beautifully installed and I was very pleased. He was sure to clean up before he left and made sure I was happy with his work. Service has been great to resolve my issues. Roman shades are my favorite and I think worth the extra costs. Pull down shades are good although the valance covers were the problem area and not pulled right, so I had lots of wrinkles. They had to replace 4 of the 7. But they did so in a reasonable time frame. Installer was awesome!

The shutters look very nice and added a modern look to our windows. The only issue we have is that one of the 4 panel shutters does not close properly in the center. The installer made a note of it and ordered the parts to repair the issue but 8 months later still nothing has happened. I contacted them after about 4 months and they said they still had the open ticket but here we are about 4 months later and still have the same issue with nothing more from 3 Day Blinds.

The product is great and the installer was great. The blinds were not charged prior to arrival so install was more difficult and took longer. I now already have one blind out of power way up high in my living room and i am not happy about this. I previously purchased blind for my kitchen and it did not lose power for about 2 years. This should not happen so fast. I would like to have someone come and take care of this since i do not have a ladder tall enough and would have to hire someone.

Our entire house now has 3 day blinds over all the windows!! We absolutely love the company! The salesmen are fantastic and the install teams are amazing! We have the remote controlled blinds in our bedroom and they’re so convenient as i can open/close from comfort of my bed and even schedule them to open/close at certain times!

I have used 3 day blinds on several occasions. They have always been easy to work with, came to the house to measure and the blinds came in on time and were hung professionally. I have found that their blinds were less expensive than other blind companies.
