Horrible. I spent a ton of money for windows in my whole house....some shutters and roman blinds were defective, some were hung incorrectly, customer service never got back to me. I have to try again on Monday morning. This started in July, now it's Oct.

I'm still waiting for one of the five to be replaced. I've just had problems. She was unable to help me when I had a problem. I don't like that there are no refunds. There should be a refund policy. It was advised there were no refunds, that's completely unacceptable. I'm really not happy.
