Zintex did a wonderful job installing a low threshold walk-in shower for my disabled brother. The shower included a seat, well placed grab bars, and a Jacuzzi deluxe shower head system. I called Zintex to get a remodel quote for my bathroom, to get rid of the bathtub that I never was able to use and put in a roll in shower like our other bathroom has. After getting the quote and picking a date to do the job it was all a blur from there. They started early on the scheduled day and by days end it was nearly completed, they returned the next morning to wrap it up and was completed without any problems. One of the highlights and the main reason I chose Zintex was because they were the only business out of the four I had quotes from that use a solid floor pan rather than a cheap plastic liner. I didn’t want the cheap stuff because rolling in and out of the shower with a shower chair will crack than thin plastic pan the others wanted to use. Zintex put a slab of thick material in there that took two guys to carry into the work area, I was so impressed with them going this route I canceled the other companies I had asked for quotes from. My new roll in shower is a true roll in, no 3-4” lip or rail of any kind to have to jump over. It’s outstanding well done and fits our needs perfectly.

I found the whole team so professional and easy to work with. I am a polio survivor and needed to have the shower seat placed at a specific level to make everything work together. The installer had me come and sit in the shower as the installation began, measuring angles and levels before any permanent panels were installed. The installation really did just take ONE DAY. (Two days if one counts the demolition day to take everything down to the studs). I had another shower done several years ago by a private contractor. It took almost two months, and there was no thought to accommodate for my special needs. Zintex is definitely the group to use for a quality job at a reasonable price.

A representative contacted me and explained I could get a free assessment for a walk in shower. I agreed and set up an appointment for an estimate. The lady that came was punctual and very personal. She explained everything and what the timeframe and cost would be. She figured all the discounts that could be used. I agreed to the contract and had it installed. The installation went great. This company has not been trustworthy to us when it comes to paying for referrals. They push for referrals. They told us they would pay $250 for referrals however when we referred my sister for a bathroom renovation, in which she had the renovation completed, they never paid us. Several weeks ago we posted a Google review where they indicated they had made a mistake and would be contacting us soon for the referral. They have not contacted us. Texans expect honesty and trustworthieness from companies and people they do business with. In our view , ZINTEX failed in this category, therefore we do not recommend this company.

It was a simple choice, they took care of the whole process based on my physical condition. I’ve had three different surgeries for spinal stenosis. After the last surgery which was my lower back, I needed a shower enclosure that would meet my needs. The ZINTEX people completed my bathroom in two days. The expense of the shower enclosure is not cheap, but at the moment I refuse to go to an assisted living facility, and those facilities are not cheap either. So being in this condition, I was glad the enclosure was cheaper than a ‘assisted’ living facility. I’ve been using the new shower for over two years now, and I have no complaints.

Zintex is the company that my Kohler product was installed by. They were chosen by Kohler because of their continued efficient work ethics and excellent completion of the project. They do their best to keep the area as clean industry as possible, especially when removing a tub shower unit to install a full length walk-in shower system. I purchased an Onyx shower from zintex. My installer was Nathaniel G. It took almost 6 days to complete the install. It replaced a leaking tile shower which caused a lot of expense before zintex. The Onyx shower is a one piece instillation, it won't ever leak again. The shower is beautiful. Nathaniel and his assistants did an amazing job. No dought it's very expensive but in my opinion, it's well worth it. It's easy to keep clean with a squigee after each shower. Squigee the walls and floor to remove all moisture. Did I say it's beautiful! Just waiting for a grab rail to be installed and it will be completed.

Just had the tub/shower replaced with a walkin shower by Zintex, so far we could not be more pleased,It looks awesome. The installers (Robert & Tiffiny) did a great job. Chelsea also kept us informed on the status of parts etc. and continuing to follow-up on the job progress. I would recommend Zintex to my friends.
