I was so very happy with the bathroom remodel by Zintex. The work was beautiful. The young man that did all the work went above and beyond expectations. He alone, removed our old tub and toilet, installed the wall and floor prep, put in the new walk-in shower with plumbing, laid new floor, and set the toilet. He rarely took a break. I initially thought it was a bit pricey but after the fact, it was well worth every penny. Thank you Zintex.

The sales person who came to our home was very knowledgeable, and helped us wade through the many choices for replacing our showers. We are older, so we appreciated the options for walk-in tubs and built-in, pull down seats. There were a lot of design options. They quick to respond to after installation issues (one shower door needed adjusting). The installation process was speedy and we were impressed with the quality of materials used. Workers were awesome and everything was put back in place and clean when they left. Best company around.

We had an old shower that leaked and never really worked right removed and a beautiful walk in shower built just the way we wanted it installed! It was a 2 day turn around once our shower was custom built! They also removed all old piping in the wall and any wood that needed to be replaced was done and included in the original price! No hidden cost! I wish I would have called Zintex years ago! We LOVE our new shower!

Everything with Zintex was spot on from the beginning of Tom the sales associate that came to my residence at my convience. We spoke, looked over patterns and talk about pricing. He explained the process and true to the conversation from there it went like a fine running watch. The contractor that did the install was very pleasant and professional for the two day install. Great guy actually we had a couple of conversation and he went above to finish the project in a timely manner.

I did not like the way they took half the money and then there we were. I would have liked a little more communication after the first visit. The install went great. Installer was very professional and did everything I expected. I would highly recommend him. As a matter of fact I would like his phone number and name so if I ever have questions.

We apologize for not explaining the down payment better, but the reason the down payment is usually 50% is because that is what we use to order all the product for your installation. Then the balance is due upon completion of your project. I do like my walk in show in my guest bathroom. I had the tub remove and now it’s a lot easier to get in and out to take a shower. I was super impressed how fast the job was done. Took about 2 days and that was just one person doing the work. Fairly easy process. The material is too quality.
