We contacted Zintex mostly to get an idea about the cost of the bathrooms (2) that we wanted. The salesman, Steve, came and listened and presented us with options we could afford immediately. We were told that it would be 6-8 weeks before our install. That was not true. They wanted to schedule us at 4 weeks but we were going to be gone so they scheduled at 5 weeks. 😁 Then it came time to actually have the bathrooms remodeled. They allowed five days. It took them three. The results are OUTSTANDING! The installer, Ryan, was stellar. It would be difficult to find a better example of: Professionalism Courtesy Ability Knowledge Attention to detail Friendliness We fully enjoyed the experience and will enjoy the results for many years. I was so very happy with the bathroom remodel by Zintex. The work was beautiful. The young man that did all the work went above and beyond expectations. He alone, removed our old tub and toilet, installed the wall and floor prep, put in the new walk-in shower with plumbing, laid new floor, and set the toilet. He rarely took a break. I did not like the way they took half the money and then there we were. I would have liked a little more communication after the first visit. The install went great. We had an old shower that leaked and never really worked right removed and a beautiful walk in shower built just the way we wanted it installed! It was a 2 day turn around once our shower was custom built! They also removed all old piping in the wall and any wood that needed to be replaced was done and included in the original price!
