The best way to describe ZINTEX is WONDERFUL. An Insurance company referred me to at least thee other companies that for negative reasons that I could not accept. All around bad customer service. So, I prayed and was led to search on my own. This ZINTEX company just jumped out a me. I read the Excellent reviews and I am so glad that I did. My Master Bathroom was left in a mess after a flood. The initial company offered shabby work, hard to reach and unprofessional. But let me tell you about ZINTEX. From the beginning they came in with an AWESOME , CORDIAL, WARM and PROFESSIONAL TEAM. This was from top to bottom each and every one in between , Regional Sales Manager, Local Salesman, Project Manager, Administrator, Installer, absolutely Everyone on the Team. They were in sync with each other and as a customer they made me feel special and like I had a Voice and they really listened. Team Zintex I value all of you just from meeting and talking to you whether on the phone or in person. They also have a great phone App where you can keep up with your project from purchase to order...all the way up to installation day. They took another Contractor's neglected Mess and made it Magic. I can't say enough. They are reasonably priced and will offer a financing program during the sales process. I don't really give reviews but for this group I will, and I will glady use them again. On 4/29 I saw a Facebook post on bathroom remodeling so I inquired about it and received an immediate response from Zintex. It intrigued me more when they informed me they could send a rep the next day. Tom came to our house on 4/30 and took measurements to convert from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower and thoroughly explained their product and the process of a replacement install. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the company and we never felt pressured whatsoever. Because the particular items we chose were “in stock” he informed us it was a possibility the job could begin within 2-3 weeks. The next day 5/1 Kerry gave us the install date of 5/8 which was just the following week!! On Tuesday 5/6 Dawn called to tell us that Polo would be out installer on Thursday. He promptly showed on time and reiterated the steps that Tom had previously explained to us and the work began! Polo’s brother assisted him on day one and helped remove the cast iron tub and entire area and the preparation started! On Friday Polo stayed till the job was completed. The work areas were cleaned at end of each day and at finalization of job. His work and expertise was commendable and we are more than ecstatic of the results. In addition to those who coordinated and those who did the actual work we were sold on the fact of the LIFETIME WARRANTY and that the area is totally stripped to check and/or treat if necessary for any mold issues. Megan then followed up to let us know about the referral program. We would totally recommend this company to everyone for your bathroom remodel beyond question. Thanks to everyone who made this a memorable experience for us.

The installer Dustin done a very good job took out the old unit and fixed what needed to be fixed before installing the new shower he was nice and polite he answered my questions when I asked them cleaned up after himself when he was done with the job. Dawn was great to by letting me know when the supplies was order when they arrived and when to expect Dustin to arrive. I'm very pleased with the job and the new shower

We bought an 1893 George F. Barber catalogue house (1891 catalogue design) in Comanche, Texas. They’re were lots of surprises. One was that the tile showers were not maintained especially the grout sealing. Old pier and beam wood houses shift around and the 2 tile showers upstairs were leaking a little where you enter and exit. We decided to go with Zintex. Ryan was incredible and cleaned up after his work at every stage. The demo cause the toilet pipe to unattached briefly but Ryan got it fixed immediately. He was so careful with our wood from 1893! Now we sleep better knowing that our showers are beautiful, and bigger - - tile took up more space! And most of all are not leaking anymore! And the life time guarantee for as long as we own the home! Yeah! I just call or email or message through the Zintex app and they are super responsive. One of our toilets next to the shower decided it was time for a new gasket and wax ring seal, & we got it fixed. I’m so very glad that we called Zintex! Tile was so much heavier than the Zintex composite. I’m thrilled with our showers . Only thing I would add is perhaps going forward - - have an old barn wood choice composite for a cowboy room shower.

Josh came in, made his presentation, we made our decision, dates were set and all went by schedule. Installation date was moved up with our approval. A young man and his mother were the “team” that came in on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon, they had finished and we had exactly what we thought we were getting. No surprises or disappointments. Work area was clean. The two of them work like “a well oiled machine” we never heard any problems, when we would check in the progress, they alway had a smile and kind words.
Another employee by the name of Josh showed up about the time the project was finished. I believe he was there in the event we had any questions and to verify all was done per company standards.
Great job and great people. We are very satisfied.

I had a shower renovation done in September by Zintek. . My current shower, even though only five years old iwas very dangerous for me. I always felt unsafe when taking a shower. I needed a handicapped shower set up for my special needs. Dominic was my installer and he instilled such a positive assurance that my job would turn out fantastic. He was so correct. The Zintak staff were all so professional and always did what they promised they would.
The quality of the finished project was everything they promised it would be. I was so thrilled with how it turned out. The first shower I took in the new shower made me feel very safe. I loved it and the look of the shower. The shower was made wider by enlargeing the floor pan by almost a foot. Beautiful glass doors, etched shower walls to look like tile without the work of grout cleaning. So many small extras included. A bench to sit on, non slippery floor, corner shelves, grab bars etc.
Zintex is definitely a top notch company.

I am an 80 year old woman. I had trouble getting in and out of a typical bathtub. I saw a advertisement for a walk in shower by ZINTEX. I was really apprehensive about setting up the appointment, not sure what I was getting into. I made the appointment and the nicest salesman, Mr Josh V., came to show me what ZINTEX could do for me. Still being a little worried I took the plunge and said I would let them help me. Man was I in for the best surprise. A young man by the name of Dante came a few weeks later and took care of everything else for me. I am now the proud owner of the pretty, pretty walk in shower.
I could not be happier with my decision and I don't think you could go wrong either. ZINTEX and the employees are amazing. The salesman, Josh V. was exceptional, the installer, Dante was unbelievable. He finished in one day. The office staff is the
absolute best. You've got a good staff there.

PS Josh came one evening and showed us shower options. We chose what we wanted. Natalie made the appointment for James and his crew. This crew of three tore out our old tub and installed our fantastic walk-in shower in just one and a half days. We have a lifetime warranty and if anything goes wrong they come out and fix it! We didn’t have to do anything. I’ve heard of people getting one put in and taking much longer and are responsible themselves if anything goes wrong. This was a great decision we made. I loved everything about it! It only took two days. Bo and Brandon were very polite and very efficient. Before starting They went over the paper work showing what we wanted so there’d be no mistakes. They had the installation down to a science! I had an old tub/shower unit. They disassembled it and took it away. They replaced it with a beautiful shower! I was so impressed with the quality. So much better than your “big box” store showers. When they were done they went over how our new fixtures worked and made sure we were satisfied with the final results.

The installers did a fantastic job. The installers were there on time worked as quietly as possible and when finished, they cleaned up everything in the bathroom. They laid tarps down so they didn't track anything on the floors throughout the house. Zintex just completed my new walk in shower install. The whole process was super easy from the ordering/planning, financing and installation. Field manager Steve P came out and double-checked measurements and helped install final door after an accidental break in one of the glass doors. Matt Z our installer was methodical and very conscientious. He was a dream to work with from demolition to rebuild. He was cautious with cleaning up each day and always left it better than he found it. Matt Z is a 10/10 . We are very excited to utilize our new shower!

I was impressed by their diligence in making sure their work time in my house was not disruptive with my routine. They went to great lengths to contain dust and debris to the immediate area they were working in. I called to get a quote - they came the next day. I already had a quote but these ppl stepped up & matched the quote.
Plus I got more; 2 shelves, a larger base & an upgraded shower head that I was going to have to purchase in addition to their quote.
It was a 2 day install. But the guys worked every minute they were here. They laid drop clothes from the front door to the bath.
Everything was clean & tidy when they finished. It’s beautiful & I’m a happy camper. No complaints!!

A couple of weeks ago, I had a Zintex salesman come out to talk about installing a walkin shower with a seat and grab bars. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We made a deal and a few days later an installer came. He removed the tub and all the old plumbing. And he had the new shower done in no time at all. He was professional and friendly. I am 100% happy and pleased with the finished shower. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Zintex!

The shower is beautiful, the installation had some plumbing bumps, he fixed the problem and completed the install in 2 days. The rep understood all my issues with limited mobility and designed a low profile walk in shower with a seat, handrail and custom placed shelves that hold my big bottles. It’s comforting to know that if anything goes wrong with anything, my lifetime warranty will have me covered. I would love to give a follow up after 1year

I like the way Zintex workers entered our home , it was very professionally. The workers were careful and respectful with us and our belongings. They took extra care with our space. They made sure everything was what we asked for. The finished product was beautiful. The walk- in shower is amazing! I love it and it is well worth the cost. Every time I use my shower I love it more and more. Thank you Zintex, for making me the happiest woman ever!

The people with Zintex were professional from the first phone call, listening to my needs and setting up an appointment for a designer to come by our home to give us an estimate in a timely manner.
The team did the work efficiently and showed me what they were doing through the process - they are polite and very respectful of your property, cleaning everything up as they completed a section of the project.
