On 4/29 I saw a Facebook post on bathroom remodeling so I inquired about it and received an immediate response from Zintex. It intrigued me more when they informed me they could send a rep the next day. Tom came to our house on 4/30 and took measurements to convert from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower and thoroughly explained their product and the process of a replacement install. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the company and we never felt pressured whatsoever. Because the particular items we chose were “in stock” he informed us it was a possibility the job could begin within 2-3 weeks. The next day 5/1 Kerry gave us the install date of 5/8 which was just the following week!! On Tuesday 5/6 Dawn called to tell us that Polo would be out installer on Thursday. He promptly showed on time and reiterated the steps that Tom had previously explained to us and the work began! Polo’s brother assisted him on day one and helped remove the cast iron tub and entire area and the preparation started! On Friday Polo stayed till the job was completed. The work areas were cleaned at end of each day and at finalization of job. His work and expertise was commendable and we are more than ecstatic of the results. In addition to those who coordinated and those who did the actual work we were sold on the fact of the LIFETIME WARRANTY and that the area is totally stripped to check and/or treat if necessary for any mold issues. Megan then followed up to let us know about the referral program. We would totally recommend this company to everyone for your bathroom remodel beyond question. I recently had a walk-in shower installed by ZINTEX and I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the team was prompt, professional, respectful, friendly and communicative. They kept me informed throughout the process which I really appreciated. The workmanship is top-notch--the shower looks beautiful and they were neat and clean tidying up behind themselves. The installer Dustin done a very good job took out the old unit and fixed what needed to be fixed before installing the new shower he was nice and polite he answered my questions when I asked them cleaned up after himself when he was done with the job. After the fact, to no fault of Zintex I think I may have been better off getting the glass doors instead of going with the shower curtain. Looks like it may be an add on later.

We have had our new shower for about a month and love it. The installation was quick and very well done. It has enhanced our main bathroom in a great way.

I loved everything about it! It only took two days. Bo and Brandon were very polite and very efficient. Before starting They went over the paper work showing what we wanted so there’d be no mistakes. They had the installation down to a science! I had an old tub/shower unit. They disassembled it and took it away. They replaced it with a beautiful shower! I was so impressed with the quality. So much better than your “big box” store showers. When they were done they went over how our new fixtures worked and made sure we were satisfied with the final results.

The installers did a fantastic job. The installers were there on time worked as quietly as possible and when finished, they cleaned up everything in the bathroom. They laid tarps down so they didn't track anything on the floors throughout the house. When they were finished, they explained and showed us everything about the new walk-in shower and made sure we both knew how to work the shower. We highly recommend Zintech, for both the products they sell and the service of all people that work for that company. We absolutely love our new walk-in shower.

I like the service that we received from the installation crew they was on time I'd admire how they works. They're clean and respectful and very friendly they've worked as a team. They wasn't someone that needed to be watched inside your home I've carried on by my day. I'll recommend ZINTEX to others I'm pleased with the professional look and status of their workmanship.

We had a standard tub removed from a larger than standard sized space, and converted it into an amazing walk-in shower for my 83-yr old dad. They showed us what was happening at each stage of the process, asked about the options (safety rails and corner-shelves) before final placement, and finished the project ahead of schedule. Beautiful shower, quick work, professional and friendly staff, and when one of the shower doors came loose they sent someone to get it fixed straight away, which helped me trust in the very robust-sounding warranty program. I feel confident in my choice and believe that my new shower upgrade alone has increased the value of this home. I know it’s made it more valuable to me. This thing is a joy to use daily. I was pleased with Dawn’s communication as case manager and Chris’ quick and professional installation.

I had Zintex come in and remodel with a shower/tub combo what i was expecting and what I really got were miles apart..Zintex was done in a day, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional I love love my shower/ tub combo it's absolutely beautiful afterward I had to hire someone to paint because it was just to beautiful for the bathroom I had Thanks Zintex!!

Zintex just completed my new walk in shower install. The whole process was super easy from the ordering/planning, financing and installation. Field manager Steve P came out and double-checked measurements and helped install final door after an accidental break in one of the glass doors. Matt Z our installer was methodical and very conscientious. He was a dream to work with from demolition to rebuild. He was cautious with cleaning up each day and always left it better than he found it. Matt Z is a 10/10 . We are very excited to utilize our new shower!

I was impressed by their diligence in making sure their work time in my house was not disruptive with my routine. They went to great lengths to contain dust and debris to the immediate area they were working in. I thought the work was excellent and they took the time to keep me up dated throughout my whole experience from a first visit with the coordinator showing samples for my new shower to the end of the installation showing me the best way to use and maintain it. I would like to commend Pollo who did the installation for his professional demeanor and work. I highly recommend Zintex.

Gaston came to my house to give me a bid. He was so helpful and so kind and very clear about the products and what they could do. Then Steve overall our job and he was great very helpful and kind and very informative. The one who actually installed was Seth! He was absolutely delightful!! Always had a smile, very informative kept the area clean and always left it clean. I would absolutely use ZINTEX again!!!

We bought an 1893 George F. Barber catalogue house (1891 catalogue design) in Comanche, Texas. They’re were lots of surprises. One was that the tile showers were not maintained especially the grout sealing. Old pier and beam wood houses shift around and the 2 tile showers upstairs were leaking a little where you enter and exit. We decided to go with Zintex. Ryan was incredible and cleaned up after his work at every stage. The demo cause the toilet pipe to unattached briefly but Ryan got it fixed immediately. He was so careful with our wood from 1893! Now we sleep better knowing that our showers are beautiful, and bigger - - tile took up more space! And most of all are not leaking anymore! And the life time guarantee for as long as we own the home! Yeah! I just call or email or message through the Zintex app and they are super responsive. One of our toilets next to the shower decided it was time for a new gasket and wax ring seal, & we got it fixed. I’m so very glad that we called Zintex! Tile was so much heavier than the Zintex composite. I’m thrilled with our showers . Only thing I would add is perhaps going forward - - have an old barn wood choice composite for a cowboy room shower.

Josh came in, made his presentation, we made our decision, dates were set and all went by schedule. Installation date was moved up with our approval. A young man and his mother were the “team” that came in on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon, they had finished and we had exactly what we thought we were getting. No surprises or disappointments. Work area was clean. The two of them work like “a well oiled machine” we never heard any problems, when we would check in the progress, they alway had a smile and kind words. Another employee by the name of Josh showed up about the time the project was finished. I believe he was there in the event we had any questions and to verify all was done per company standards. Great job and great people. We are very satisfied.

We were delighted with the two gentleman that installed my new shower. Very organized and left everything very clean when they left. I am very happy with the shower and fixtures. I chose the white walls and I’m very happy with them. . I feel much safer now that I don’t have to crawl over a bathtub.

Zintex worked very hard to ensure we could get the work we needed. From the financing to the actual replacement, they kept us informed through all the steps. We greatly appreciated all the professionalism from beginning to the end.

They done a great job! They show up on time. If they have a problem, they let you know right away. They going over what they are going to do & you can ask questions. They are very good. I would highly recommend them. They also clean up their mess. Put cloth down on your carpets, so they don't track in. I'm very pleased with them and their work.

Best thing in my shower is the smooth non slip floor instead of the rough uneven tiles that jab your feet but the whole process in both bathroom’s was great. From David in sales, his assistant Megan, account manager Dawn , installer Aj & his crew all were great & only took 4 days to finish both bathrooms. Never thought they would look so good

Jacuzzi Remodel Means Zintex (in many states). In our state that means that you deal exclusively with Zintex. Our Jacuzzi shower installation began on 03/17/2025 and continued through 04/18/2025. There are some very nice people working at Zintex. From my experience with our Jacuzzi shower install ($18,614.00) many of these nice people seem to be overwhelmed with carrying out their responsibilities. I expected with such an expensive project that the installers would conduct the installation in a precise and exacting manner. They did not! Instead it was as if the installers had never done a Jacuzzi shower install before based on the numerous mistakes that were made. The two installers (both nice people) were in our house for over 12 hours. They said they would have finished except they had stripped the paint off the nut on the handheld hose because of a faulty washer and would have to bring the replacement part the next day. There was no walk through final inspection because if there had been they may have realized that they had made numerous errors: 1) the Teak Wood Seat was so badly mounted that the back of the seat could not be attached properly to the wall; 2) the Handrail was not level and looked obviously crooked; 3) the two Corner Shelves were obviously crooked; 4) the Exterior Caulking around the base was sloppily done; 5) the existing Quarter Round Molding (2 1/2") was removed from the left side at the base and not put back in place. On the right side this molding was removed and put back in a sloppy fashion; 6) the Bottom of the Door Frame was mounted in reverse fashion so that water leaked freely onto the outside floor when the shower was used. Even after this was corrected the door leaked excessively (Bad Design?). Another attempt to fix this was made 31 days later by adding a plastic/silicone snap on piece to the bottom of the door. It fell off 4 days later and I will try super glue to keep it on; 7) the Floor Made substantial Noise and was Very Bouncy; 8) the Shower Walls are not flush with the existing sheet rock walls; 9) the Diverter assembly did not line up with the shower head pipe coming out of the wall at the top and the On/Off assembly at the bottom. The Diverter was 1/4" off center; 10) the On/Off lever when turned completely to Off position is not vertical; 11) the Handle on the Shower Door was Crooked/Not Vertical - it was off by 1/8". It took the field manager (Genaro V.) two visits over the period of a month to correct/fix/re-do all but two of the problems which are not in a practical sense able to be fixed (walls not flush with existing sheet rock and On/Off lever not vertical when turned completely off). Genaro was Excellent! It was a very stressful month not knowing what could and what could not be fixed. My point is that even if everything could have been fixed the next day, this disastrous installation should never have occurred in the first place with such an expensive product. I requested a partial refund from Zintex and my request was initially ignored and then, finally, denied. All of the above makes Zintex look like a somewhat dysfunctional company. So, if you're getting a Jacuzzi remodel done by Zintex, all I can say is: Buyer Beware!

We got a walkin shower replacement, in one day! WE LOVE IT! The father/son team worked great together, were very respectful and professional. I really love the shelf that holds all our shower items and the bench seat. Thank you, ZINTEX!
