The people with Zintex were professional from the first phone call, listening to my needs and setting up an appointment for a designer to come by our home to give us an estimate in a timely manner. The team did the work efficiently and showed me what they were doing through the process - they are polite and very respectful of your property, cleaning everything up as they completed a section of the project. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel !!!

Marco came over and put in my new shower and it is fantastic! It looks so good. Marcos worked so hard by himself.He was very accommodating when I had to use that particular bathroom, he would turn that water back on and move his tools. At night he would put his tools in the shower area so I could use the bathroom safetly over night. He was super nice about everything .

They are not “door knockers”, there was no unsolicited visits. I was looking at doing a bathroom remodel, and reached out to them. The process was easy, and the salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that performed the remodel was efficient, and personable. He worked well into the evenings to ensure the project was finished on time. A very happy customer here. A+

TLDR: Excellent company, product, and installer who created a beautiful bathroom even better than expected. A few process improvements and they’d be five-star all the way. We are very happy with our bathroom and most of the process to sell, plan, and install it. The company overall could communicate a few things better which I think leaves some room for improvement - I’d give another half star if I could. We needed to replace a 30+ year old fiberglass shower insert in a small master bedroom bathroom. The sales guy was personable enough but spent so much time going over an obviously company provided slide deck our 1 hour appointment turned into 3 and only about 10 minutes of that was actual design. Thankfully the field manager Scott Perry showed up within a day or two and got the design and needs correct. I don’t like signing 10-year contracts on a phone screen and there were few options offered. Scott got it right. Our “project manager” Kiyanne gave enough information and let us know the material ordering was on track and when to expect the installer. I don’t understand how a large company doesn’t have a nearly pre-generated handout to send out with that information, including what you should have and how to prepare the bathroom. Although we did empty the bathroom, buy some new items for it and prepare an old popcorn ceiling, no one really said much about how to get ready. Scott did mention the installer would texture the walls but not paint, but these things could easily surprise a customer. When the Zintex work is done, you will still need to prime and paint and possibly install things like towel-rings or cabinets other than the vanity.Enough for the half-star. The installer, Matt Zachar was amazing. We’ve dealt with several contractors, installers, and construction companies over the last few years (bought a 50-year old house) and no one has been as professional, skilled, and courteous as Matt. He showed up on time, communicated well about arrivals and departures, and took great care of our house, laying drop cloths everywhere he walked or worked, and was always business-like but pleasant. The quality of his work was excellent and he worked quietly without bashing walls or breaking things. He identified and then fixed several wicked problems from the past. In the end we were thrilled with the work and product. Zintex contracted out the electrical work and Matt made sure our light was centered and the guy didn’t damage anything. As an aside, he had the best organized work and tool trailer I’ve ever seen and should be sponsored by the Milwaukee tool company. He’s a living advertisement for them as well as a shiny recommendation for Zintex. In the end, we are very happy with a beautiful shower and great bathroom and should we need the next one, will unreservedly call on Zintex again.

I am an 80 year old woman. I had trouble getting in and out of a typical bathtub. I saw a advertisement for a walk in shower by ZINTEX. I was really apprehensive about setting up the appointment, not sure what I was getting into. I made the appointment and the nicest salesman, Mr Josh V., came to show me what ZINTEX could do for me. Still being a little worried I took the plunge and said I would let them help me. Man was I in for the best surprise. A young man by the name of Dante came a few weeks later and took care of everything else for me. I am now the proud owner of the pretty, pretty walk in shower. I could not be happier with my decision and I don't think you could go wrong either. ZINTEX and the employees are amazing. The salesman, Josh V. was exceptional, the installer, Dante was unbelievable. He finished in one day. The office staff is the absolute best. You've got a good staff there.

The workers were friendly & very pleasant. They were on time. They knew what they were doing. The walk in tub is wonderful! During the consultation they explanned what the process was in putting the tub in. I reccomend anyone who needs bathroom work to consider this company.

Ur salesman was explained everything was very respectful and kind. They installers were efficient explained what they were gonna do and told me how I needed to put my where the water ran off that I need to turn them around so it’s been working good. I had a lot of compliments on it.

Both times the installer was an employee, not a contractor. They were very clean and precise with the measurements. We love both our bathrooms, also enlarged the shower area by replacing the tub. We highly recommend ZINTEX, great company!

First of all your crew worked in a very professional way. They covered the countertops n long mirror to where it wouldn’t get dusted. All my carpet was made sure it was covered with their tarps preventing my carpet wouldn’t get dirty. They would ask me if I was content as to where I wanted my bars on the wall, including the chair n other accessories. They made sure all was clean before they left. I was VERY pleased with their work.

Zintex did an outstanding job replacing the shower door in our Master Bath. Their service was dependable, and the results are amazing. Everything from the initial consultation to the final work on the project was done on time and as expected. The replacement shower door was carefully measured and fabricated at their local facility and the team always kept us informed and up to date on the overall status of our project. Ryan H. showed professionalism as a installation tech, he repensented professionalism at the beginning and all the way through the installation and after installation was finished. He kept the work area clean and after installation was finished. He did a walk through and showed knowledgeable about the product he installed. The professionalism of the whole team was very evident as well as the quality of the work and materials used. The finished product exceeded what we were lead to believe. The fact that we were always just a phone call away from a representative was very comforting. My wife was against doing the conversion at first but after it was finished and she had her first shower she now loves it and said we should have done it sooner

From the very first call I made to Zintex inquiring about a shower remodel, I experienced such kind people. I highly recommend Zintex to anyone even considering a remodel. They will schedule an appt to come to your home to meet with you, and I never felt pressured to make a decision that day (even though I did) because I was so ready to get the ball rolling! The only regret I have is not calling them sooner than I did!

We contacted Zintex mostly to get an idea about the cost of the bathrooms (2) that we wanted. The salesman, Steve, came and listened and presented us with options we could afford immediately. We were told that it would be 6-8 weeks before our install. That was not true. They wanted to schedule us at 4 weeks but we were going to be gone so they scheduled at 5 weeks. 😁 Then it came time to actually have the bathrooms remodeled. They allowed five days. It took them three. The results are OUTSTANDING! The installer, Ryan, was stellar. I did not like the way they took half the money and then there we were. I would have liked a little more communication after the first visit. The install went great.
