Zintex is a great company with great people, from their sales team to installers to customer service to Management. They stand behind their work and they responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. Great job on our shower remodel.

We love our walk-in shower. Our salesman Josh V. was great. Picked out patterns for shower, set installation date and had it ready to go in one day. No muss no fuss. Left the bathroom the way they found it except for the new shower.

They completed our tub tear out and shower install in the timeframe they initially promised. The work was done well and we love the new shower. The crew took care not to track in or damage anything while completing their work, and they finished in one long day!

I do like my walk in show in my guest bathroom. I had the tub remove and now it’s a lot easier to get in and out to take a shower. I was super impressed how fast the job was done. Took about 2 days and that was just one person doing the work. Fairly easy process. The material is too quality.

Zintex remodeled my bathroom in July of 2022; they removed my old bathtub and installed a beautiful shower and new counter top also in less than three days. I was more than pleased with the results! The two workers were very professional, efficient and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Zintex to anyone needing a bathroom update!

We are extremely disappointed with Zintex. When you pay a premium price for a shower replacement service, you expect the materials and installation to live up to the price tag. Nope!!! The shower base is flimsy. When you step in the base sags under the weight. This is definitely going to fail at some point. The “one-day” installation is now incomplete after over two weeks. If you are considering a bathroom remodel, choosing Zintex would be a huge mistake.

I had this shower installed 5 years ago and still owe over $13,000 which is ridiculous. I should've had this paid by now but I'm still paying without missing a payment. This is a rip off and I'm very upset about the way they are charging interest on this. Seems like I've only paid very little on this and will stop paying on it if I don't see my payment reducing!
