Our Installation Manager and Service Manager have spoken with you multiple times and have offered to reinstall the walls to make sure that they line up properly, but you have not allowed us to come back out to your home and do this. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want to make sure you are happy, but the only way for us to do this is to be let into your home to replace the walls.
