The installation team arrived on the date and time as scheduled and finished in one day - unbelievable. They showed tremendous care for our home throughout the installation. We had three bathrooms installed. The team was extremely professional from start to finish. This includes the sales team, scheduling team, etc. The work was completed in five days and we always had access to a bathroom. Any concerns were immediately addressed. We are extremely pleased with the work and outcomes! Would 100% recommend Zintex to anyone looking to remodel.

The professionalism was apparent from the beginning, from the in-house communications to the installation. The installation crew, Marco and Rocco, were very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and clean. They left the work space very neat and tidy after each day of working. The manager is involved and when had a follow up issue he was quick to respond. Both bathrooms look amazing!

The speed and the quality of the work, clarity of communications, the attention to details - even details imbedded in the walls that could not be seen, the beauty of the finished product - all were exceptional. I had a shower renovation done in September by Zintek. . My current shower, even though only five years old iwas very dangerous for me. I always felt unsafe when taking a shower. I needed a handicapped shower set up for my special needs. Dominic was my installer and he instilled such a positive assurance that my job would turn out fantastic. He was so correct. The Zintak staff were all so professional and always did what they promised they would. The quality of the finished project was everything they promised it would be. I was so thrilled with how it turned out. The first shower I took in the new shower made me feel very safe. I loved it and the look of the shower. The shower was made wider by enlargeing the floor pan by almost a foot. Beautiful glass doors, etched shower walls to look like tile without the work of grout cleaning. So many small extras included. A bench to sit on, non slippery floor, corner shelves, grab bars etc. Zintex is definitely a top notch company.

I am an 80 year old woman. I had trouble getting in and out of a typical bathtub. I saw a advertisement for a walk in shower by ZINTEX. I was really apprehensive about setting up the appointment, not sure what I was getting into. I made the appointment and the nicest salesman, Mr Josh V., came to show me what ZINTEX could do for me. Still being a little worried I took the plunge and said I would let them help me. Man was I in for the best surprise. A young man by the name of Dante came a few weeks later and took care of everything else for me. I am now the proud owner of the pretty, pretty walk in shower. I could not be happier with my decision and I don't think you could go wrong either. ZINTEX and the employees are amazing. The salesman, Josh V. was exceptional, the installer, Dante was unbelievable. He finished in one day. The office staff is the absolute best. You've got a good staff there.

They took out a bathtub and put in a walk in shower. They did good but it took longer then they thought. i know things come up. But they said it would take about 2 days. It took 4 1/2 days.

Very excited about how my shower turned out! The color choice was great and makes the bathroom look updated and clean. They came back and made a few tweaks, which emphasizes their warranty to make sure you're happy with the overall job.

Matt and Jonah installed our shower in 2 days. Everything was explained and done just as they said it would be. Love my shower, they did excellent work. Very careful and thoughtful of property. Carrie in did a fantastic job keeping me informed of when my order came in and when it would be placed. Recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Recently had a new shower installed. The salesman was very professional and had all the answers. He knew his product well.. the installer was amazing. He came to work. He didn’t play around. Stayed off his phone. Did a beautiful job in our bathroom. Also cleaned up everything. This is a very professional group.

Josh did a great job, was very professional and clean about his work. His field manager also was very professional he came by to check the work and they both did a great job. Also the timing on this project was good finished the job in 2 days.

Our new shower is wonderful. Easy to keep clean. We have plenty of room in the shower. We chose not the put a shower door. The crew that installed our shower was great they cleaned everything up and you couldn’t tell they were even there.

Zintex has high quality showers and the installer, Matt, did exceptional quality work. Matt even had to replace a part that was incorrectly packaged but came out the next day to complete the install. Customer service is outstanding and Kerry answered my questions and kept me informed during the whole process.

The entire bathroom conversion took one day. This included removal of the entire tub inclousure, revamp of the plumbing and the new install. It looks beautiful. The ZINTEZ team who did the work were on time, gave my wife and I updates from start to finish. The process was professional from the professional sales rep to the finished product.

We are extremely pleased with the bathroom remodeling job that ZINTEX did for us. Each of their personnel, from the office people to those who did the physical work, was extremely friendly and courteous. They were respectful of our home, our special needs sons, our time issues, and on two occasions, returned to tend to a couple of details. I had to reschedule a few times and they were eager t accommodate my needs. The workmanship and quality of materials was great, as well, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing remodeling work.

I called to get a quote - they came the next day. I already had a quote but these ppl stepped up & matched the quote. Plus I got more; 2 shelves, a larger base & an upgraded shower head that I was going to have to purchase in addition to their quote. It was a 2 day install. But the guys worked every minute they were here. They laid drop clothes from the front door to the bath. Everything was clean & tidy when they finished. It’s beautiful & I’m a happy camper. No complaints!!

A couple of weeks ago, I had a Zintex salesman come out to talk about installing a walkin shower with a seat and grab bars. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We made a deal and a few days later an installer came. He removed the tub and all the old plumbing. And he had the new shower done in no time at all. He was professional and friendly. AMAZING! Absolutely amazing and surpassed every expectation that I had going into the remodel. From my first meeting with Gaston to design my shower was so enjoyable and his knowledge and expertise made the decision to move forward very easy! The shower is beautiful, the installation had some plumbing bumps, he fixed the problem and completed the install in 2 days. The rep understood all my issues with limited mobility and designed a low profile walk in shower with a seat, handrail and custom placed shelves that hold my big bottles. It’s comforting to know that if anything goes wrong with anything, my lifetime warranty will have me covered. I would love to give a follow up after 1year

I like the way Zintex workers entered our home , it was very professionally. The workers were careful and respectful with us and our belongings. They took extra care with our space. They made sure everything was what we asked for. The finished product was beautiful. The walk- in shower is amazing! I love it and it is well worth the cost. This is the first time I used Zintex. I read about the company and like what I read and call them to go a walk in shower in my basement. We love it!!! Looks exactly like the picture I seen on their website. Everyone at Zintex was very professional and they give u much information about your project. The people with Zintex were professional from the first phone call, listening to my needs and setting up an appointment for a designer to come by our home to give us an estimate in a timely manner. The team did the work efficiently and showed me what they were doing through the process - they are polite and very respectful of your property, cleaning everything up as they completed a section of the project. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel !!!

Marco came over and put in my new shower and it is fantastic! It looks so good. Marcos worked so hard by himself.He was very accommodating when I had to use that particular bathroom, he would turn that water back on and move his tools. At night he would put his tools in the shower area so I could use the bathroom safetly over night. He was super nice about everything .

They are not “door knockers”, there was no unsolicited visits. I was looking at doing a bathroom remodel, and reached out to them. The process was easy, and the salesman was both knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that performed the remodel was efficient, and personable. He worked well into the evenings to ensure the project was finished on time. A very happy customer here. A+

TLDR: Excellent company, product, and installer who created a beautiful bathroom even better than expected. A few process improvements and they’d be five-star all the way. We are very happy with our bathroom and most of the process to sell, plan, and install it. The company overall could communicate a few things better which I think leaves some room for improvement - I’d give another half star if I could. We needed to replace a 30+ year old fiberglass shower insert in a small master bedroom bathroom. The sales guy was personable enough but spent so much time going over an obviously company provided slide deck our 1 hour appointment turned into 3 and only about 10 minutes of that was actual design. Thankfully the field manager Scott Perry showed up within a day or two and got the design and needs correct. I don’t like signing 10-year contracts on a phone screen and there were few options offered. Scott got it right. Our “project manager” Kiyanne gave enough information and let us know the material ordering was on track and when to expect the installer. I don’t understand how a large company doesn’t have a nearly pre-generated handout to send out with that information, including what you should have and how to prepare the bathroom. Although we did empty the bathroom, buy some new items for it and prepare an old popcorn ceiling, no one really said much about how to get ready. Scott did mention the installer would texture the walls but not paint, but these things could easily surprise a customer. When the Zintex work is done, you will still need to prime and paint and possibly install things like towel-rings or cabinets other than the vanity.Enough for the half-star. The installer, Matt Zachar was amazing. We’ve dealt with several contractors, installers, and construction companies over the last few years (bought a 50-year old house) and no one has been as professional, skilled, and courteous as Matt. He showed up on time, communicated well about arrivals and departures, and took great care of our house, laying drop cloths everywhere he walked or worked, and was always business-like but pleasant. The quality of his work was excellent and he worked quietly without bashing walls or breaking things. He identified and then fixed several wicked problems from the past. In the end we were thrilled with the work and product. Zintex contracted out the electrical work and Matt made sure our light was centered and the guy didn’t damage anything. As an aside, he had the best organized work and tool trailer I’ve ever seen and should be sponsored by the Milwaukee tool company. He’s a living advertisement for them as well as a shiny recommendation for Zintex. In the end, we are very happy with a beautiful shower and great bathroom and should we need the next one, will unreservedly call on Zintex again.

Very professional installer and knowledgeable people to talk to on the phone. Had one small issue a couple of weeks after installation and it was handled quickly in a few days in about 10 minutes.

I had my shower put in by them. Everything went well and didn’t take long at all. It turned out beautiful! I love the hardware and the faucet staying at the right temperature! Just turn it on and you are set!

Their tean is very detailed on the options to choose and payment information. The service provided was of excellent from beginning to end. The installers were professional and courteous. Impecable work!!

The guarantee was a big factor and the materials

Installer did an awesome job. Happy with shower product but not with grab bars. The chrome doesn't match the chrome on other tun/shower fixtures. A person came by to check job but hasn't been back in touch about grab bars. The clean-up during and afterwards was great.

I recommend Zintex (working for Jacuzzi) for a tub to shower conversion. The salesman named Michael and installers were prompt for every appointment and took great care to explain each step throughout the process. They were very professional and I am pleased with my new walk-in shower.
