Greatest decision ever!! Approximately two years ago my husband and I decided to upgrade our walk in shower and tub shower combo. After much research we decided to go with American Home Design. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and understanding with all our questions. The install took a bit longer than anticipated due to one of the showers being all tile and was a bit difficult to demo. Our installer was very timely, worked above and beyond to ensure all our concerns were addressed and that the end result was everything we had hoped and more! It has now been approximately two years since the install was completed. We had one minor issue with the drain of one of the showers that was quickly addressed and corrected. We now have two beautiful walk-in showers that we couldn’t love more and truly appreciate the ease in accessibility as my husband and I are not getting any younger. Would definitely recommend American Home Design for your renovation needs. Was worth every penny to improve the beauty, safety, and overall value of our home. Thank you AHD for everything!

The guys they sent to install our doors did an excellent job. We did however have a problem. The front door was not at all the color we thought we had requested. Rich came out & looked at it ‘.& agreed, within 2 days he had contacted the main office & had a new one ordered. The new door came in a couple of weeks and a crew came out and got it installed. Everything looks really nice and the installers did an excellent job.. These stores aren’t the least expensive that you can find but the crew that comes out and puts them in and the comfort feeling of knowing that if something‘s wrong, it will be fixed makes up the higher price.

Let me tell you, you can't go wrong with these folks. I have never worked with a contractor that sent me a list of names and phone numbers for the people that would be involved with the project. That included, the project manager, salesman, customer service folks, and I believe even the president. That kind of commitment to doing the project correctly and to my satisfaction blew me away. AND true to form, they delivered and my new walk in shower is fantastic. Trust me, these folks are the real deal in an industry that is often loaded with lousy business practices. I don't think you'll be extremely pleased by going with American Home Design.

We had it installed for a couple of months now . We both love it’s safer than any shower we ever had . There is one problem we don't want to get out once we get in. I have looked for any flaws I can’t find any the installer was friendly and very knowledgeable I will recommend that American Home Design does it right the first time and do what they said they would do!

I've done different home remodeling with American Home Design. The first time I had my shower upgraded. It turned out beautiful. Then I had a house built and wanted to have a patio added, for my mom to sit outside and enjoy. Rich has helped me both times and the worked done was amazing. When it's time to install the works come on time and finish within 2 days.

Ken came to the house and show us what we could get for our money. I felt like the weight was a little too long for the windows could be installed. You would think that. There would be an in stock inventory I apologize that I cannot remember the names of the installers, I believe one of their names was Tim, but they were very polite professional .cleaned up after their work.

Our home was built in 2019, the contractor installed what must have been windows that were supposed to be weatherproof and would open easily to clean. We had these windows in our other home we own prior to our new home. The latches on the windows were broken or not even there. They were so drafty and didn’t fit the window frame. We tried everything but nothing worked. So when we saw a commercial on the TV from American Home Design advertising a deal with $1,500 off installation and savings and Life Time Warranty for the windows. We decided to replace some of our windows that definitely needed replacing. I called American Home Design and set up an appointment with one of their customer representatives. Todd O. was our customer representative. He explained everything to us and ask what we wanted from a company that replaced windows and doors and updated bathrooms. We told him we wanted honesty and integrity with a company that gave good customer service and a lifetime warranty with extra discounts that American Home Design was offering on their commercials. Todd took measurements of the windows we wanted to replace that day and told us another representative would come and measure again to make sure measurements were correct and then they would make our windows. They called and told us the exact time and date they would be here to install our new windows. JC and his son came on the day and time of our appointment. They started working by placing mats down on floors. They were very respectful and worked very hard to remove our old windows and install our new windows! We were able to have windows installed that day and are very pleased with them! I would definitely recommend American Home Design to anyone wanting to replace windows or doors or update a bathroom. Many thanks to American Home Design for my new windows!

Everything from the Sale standpoint was presented clearly and accurately. The window installation was performed by professionals in a timely matter. The windows as a product is absolutely fantastic. Salesman was curtious and very knowledgeable. Our meeting was enjoyable, and I normally dislike such things. The installation process was fully explained and all our questions were answered. The installation crew was on time and took great care to keep dust and dirt out. At numerous times they were very willing to discuss what they were doing and how the shower and hardware worked and could be modified if we wanted in the future. (Seats, doors, handrails and shelves) Fantastic job and I would definitely use them again. They even invited us to the store for a function and an opportunity to meet Bruiser!

We received our walk-in shower on yesterday (07/09/2024) and are totally satisfied. Spencer M. was amazing. He called to let us know what time he would be arriving and arrived at that time. He came in and explained everything he would be doing, as well as the timeline it would take. He was so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We love our shower and made sure Spencer knew how grateful we were for his great work. After completing the project, he went over the warranty and how to keep the shower clean. All our questions were answered throughout the process. Spencer M. is the BEST! If and when we decide to do any other projects with American Home Design we will definitely be requesting Spencer to do the job, he definitely knows what he's doing.

Home design is the most customer friendly business I have ever worked with not only was the sales in helping us pick out the right bathroom renovation for us but the construction personnel did not ever assumed what we wanted but went over everything to make the design fit with are needs. They filled out all the paperwork we needed to submit to the Veterans association so that a portion of our renovation could be paid by a VA program. They went out of their way to be helpful in every way.

From start to finish it was a professional job! The installer got here when he said then proceeded to get everything positioned. The shower was upstairs so it was logistically more demanding but the technician got it to efficiently in one day and the results were outstanding!
