Salesman was curtious and very knowledgeable. Our meeting was enjoyable, and I normally dislike such things. The installation process was fully explained and all our questions were answered. The installation crew was on time and took great care to keep dust and dirt out. At numerous times they were very willing to discuss what they were doing and how the shower and hardware worked and could be modified if we wanted in the future. (Seats, doors, handrails and shelves) Fantastic job and I would definitely use them again. They even invited us to the store for a function and an opportunity to meet Bruiser!

We received our walk-in shower on yesterday (07/09/2024) and are totally satisfied. Spencer M. was amazing. He called to let us know what time he would be arriving and arrived at that time. He came in and explained everything he would be doing, as well as the timeline it would take. He was so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We love our shower and made sure Spencer knew how grateful we were for his great work. After completing the project, he went over the warranty and how to keep the shower clean. All our questions were answered throughout the process. Spencer M. is the BEST! If and when we decide to do any other projects with American Home Design we will definitely be requesting Spencer to do the job, he definitely knows what he's doing.

Home design is the most customer friendly business I have ever worked with not only was the sales in helping us pick out the right bathroom renovation for us but the construction personnel did not ever assumed what we wanted but went over everything to make the design fit with are needs. They filled out all the paperwork we needed to submit to the Veterans association so that a portion of our renovation could be paid by a VA program. They went out of their way to be helpful in every way.

From start to finish it was a professional job! The installer got here when he said then proceeded to get everything positioned. The shower was upstairs so it was logistically more demanding but the technician got it to efficiently in one day and the results were outstanding!

They really are one of the best when it comes having a redesign of ones bathroom and its compartment. My bathroom walls had serious discoloration because of the water splashes over the years so i contacted American Home Design because of this, but after some conversations, i decided to go for an entire bath remodel and it was the best decision because i couldn't even recognize it when i stepped in till they were done. it tooks some days to complete but it was awesome. My wife was so happy with it also

CAUTION, American Home Design is Extremely Over Priced and hires employee's from the top down with NO Integrity. Be careful with the Sales Design Consultant. A person is only as good as his word. The Jacuzzi Bath Remodel TV ad is all a scam. Keep in mind Nothing is Free, some one is going to pay and that will be you, the consumer. The showers & baths are priced 2.5 to 3 times what they should cost. A basic shower w/ curtain rod cost over $14k * Wow, Don't be taken advantage of. Search all the reviews for this company first. Read all the low scores * I wished I had.

We have been in business for over 45 years and we have a well known & reputable manufacturer Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. We install their bath/shower products and they do some national advertising for our services. We are not perfect, but we do take care of our customers and we offer a lifetime warranty on our product and workmanship.
