If I could give no stars I would. Been in the middle of claim since Oct 2020, here it is Jan 2021, can't even reach my adjuster or her Supervisor for nothing, I don't even know what's going on with the claim and its extremely frustrating for me and my daughter who was injured by a Geico Insured Driver, the whole process is slow and frustrating!!

Some of the customer service is ok. Week 3 of claims and we are again without a vehicle. A drunk driver totaled both of our vehicles and we have received nothing but run around. Disgusted with service and will be canceling my policy with Geico and recommend anyone else using them do the same!

When you call expect 45 minutes before you get a person. Then they tell you for faster service use their App. When you use the App, they say you should have called. CS is horrible and getting a live person to talk to you is just about impossible. Very poor.

Horrible company. I switched insurance and they are holding my escrow account hostage. I canceled the account in Sept. I have called 4 times. Each time they say I will receive the check in two weeks. Today Dec 7, I called again. They said I would receive the check Jan 21. This is completely unacceptable!

Put full coverage on a vehicle they asked for proof of a salvage title I sent it they replied back with an email saying my documents were received and my policy had been updated and then I found out later when I got an accident that I never got full coverage because they wanted to call back

Whew!!! Close one. Almost signed up with Geico but stayed with State Farm. Had a Geico driver hit me and the Claim Rep is just sitting on it hoping I use my insurance even tho they've assumed all liability. Un-real. Filed a complaint with the Florida dept FLOIR that covers this. That said, just thankful I didn't switch.

I have been GEICO for 50 years. Filed two claims in all those years. Today, I was on hold for 4 hours trying to get to someone with a question related to one of my two policies. I'm now going to fire GEICO. Don't know what's happened to them but their once excellent customer has now faltered.

In the middle of a conversation one of your agents hung up the phone. He was explaining that business insurance now goes through Hiscox; technically it a third party company. I may as well take my business else where maybe they will listen. The policy isn’t a Geico policy anyway

Used company for several years before, rates went up, and switched to Progressive. Progressive got more expensive and had to switch back to GEICO.

Was good till I filed a claim after that, my car was hitting in the back of my Nissan Maxima was completely damaged in the geico only appraisal for 1,800 now my I haven't used my car fuel pomp is out broke muffler, broken tire, back bumper, side trim, I never filed a claim with geico before

Bill increase by 19% during COVID-19. Is 19 by coincidence? The reason is because accident is increasing in my State. Why should I pay for other's fault if I am accident free? Other insurance companies reward excellent driving.

When you got accident hit by Geico customer, good luck in getting medical coverage. They do not care about your health or your pain. They want to leave responsibility. So, when you get your lawyer, do not pursue the car owner who takes responsibility. Pursue the insurance company. They have bigger bucks that they need to share with your pain.

DO NOT BUY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE THROUGH GEICO! You will pay more than you will with allsate roadside and if you ever USE the service, they will add it to your claims and you will be penalized MONTHLY for 5 years! USING MY GEICO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 2 x in 3 years will cost $250 in additional insurance premiums! Unbelievale SCAM, Ripp-off, slimy!

They contacted my girlfriend insurence we (lived together) to try and raise our rates off the assumption we would drive each others vehicle. Made an extremely aggressive marketing advance on the people who lived at my address. Shift people trying ti squeeze every penny out of the people who go through them. Dont trust them.

I needed a tow/tire change and was quoted 3 hour wait 😡 that’s ridiculous and is NOT considered Emergency roadside assistance. The agent did NOT care, was nonchalant and only solution was to cancel it out where I could see if someone else could get to me sooner?! Why do I pay for this service?! So not worth it!

Was rear-ended by someone driving a GEICO insured truck. After 8 weeks of deliberation even though they said they were liable they refused to pay citing the driver wasn't the person covered even though it was a GEICO insured vehicle. So I had to pay out of pocket and use my insurance. TERRIBLE Dishonest company.

Geico allows they're clients to be negligent and dangerous drivers and when they cause an accident they seem the victim at fault . They do not do a fair and thorough investigation therefore the innocent driver is left with injuries and a totalled car and Geico is responsible for this to happen .

Geico has a few bad practices #1 is there keep raising your premium without any explaination. When I called to ask why? I was told my 2015 Mazda 3, has dropped in safety ratings. Really do you think the owner would like to hear that information? My insurance has creep up $200. In 3 years without an accident. Leaving BS Geico!

Been with the company for awhile. Everything was fine until I needed them. I hit a dog and damaged my car. Due to the fact I lowered my deductible months before, they has to investigate. That was fine. Afterwards, they still gave me the run around and never fixed my damages. They took my money monthly but would not assist.

They charge you all this money then request soo much of documentation to be sent in to them finally updating it and showing a past due balance! Call in to make sure payment went through and boom policy canceled because they didn’t do what they were suppose to do!!!

They don’t seem to care if they keep you as a customer when you are hit and the other person also has geico. If I were the account holder, I’d go to another insurance provider. However, instead I’ll let my family decide what to do and will be getting my own insurance via another company. Horrible. Just horrible.

We call the office and no one answers our calls and when they do they have an attitude problem. They are very irresponsible, I have to continue to pay my work vehicle when it's not running.

First and only accident and claim after 10 years, very small claim but chose to use my insurance because it’s a brand new car. What a mistake, should have just paid straight out of pocket. They raise my rate, nearly double for a $2800 claim. I’ll be finding a new insurance company.

Geico was accommodating until it came time to file a claim. I was given many different phone numbers and associates, and did not receive a call back for many days. Geico has many loopholes in their policies, when they say you are covered more then likely, you are not. I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy.
