Worst customer service ever. Geico has owed me a $283 premium refund for almost a month. They have lost it (admittedly) and are telling me there's nothing they can do. Right before Christmas too. I could not be more disappointed or disgusted with Geico

I told the agent when I signed up with them, that I wanted Roadside Assistance, and she forgot to add it. I had a blow out and then found out that I did not have it. Had to pay out of pocket. I was so mad that I changed it to 21st CENTUR

We got GEICO when we purchased our first car. We thought we had great coverage. But then speaking to another car insurance representative, we found holes in our insurance that could have cost us dearly had we ended up in an accident (both our fault and others fault types). We felt duped over since we were young and not 100% sure of what we needed. The whole package was never explained and we decided to leave.

Terrible and over priced. Very rude customer service and they charged me extra because I called for road side assistance one day. Well they called a company over a hr away from where I was stranded. A customer in the parking lot wound up helping my kids and I. I canceled the tow. He never came and Gieco still charged me. Terrible rip off company.

When my parked car was hit by another driver, GEICO repaired my car quickly. Since the accident, I have been receiving daily emails offering me a free quote, of inviting me to switch to GEICO. It feels too aggressive. The accident was 3 months ago. I am happy with my insurance company and do not want to switch.

I didn't like Geico because they attempted to notify the DMV that I had lapsed on my insurance when I cancelled with them. I had not lapsed and had to prove it to the DMV. I believe it was a ploy to discredit me and cost me more money because I moved on to another insurance company. I will never go to Geico again and have told all my friends and family members of the experience I had with this company.

When I bought a new house, I signed up with Geico. Then when an agent came to my home, Geico cancelled my homeowner's policy because there was a tree near my roof, even though I had a home inspection that didn't state any issues with the tree. I signed up with Liberty Mutual, which had no problem with the tree. I also had Geico for my auto insurance. When I was at a red light one day, a car veered off the highway and hit my car. Geico forced me to go to one of their auto body companies, then replaced the damaged parts with after market parts without telling me.
