CallTower and Cisco unified, provide a solution to help businesses succeed. Cisco IP phone products are a collaboration between Cisco's innovative tools and CallTower's enterprise solution. A specific segment of Cisco IP, called Cisco HCS provides comprehensive features, such as corporate telephony, unified communications, conferencing, and contact center. Another segment of Cisco IP, called Cisco Jabber, offers softphone, chat, group chat, screen sharing, video conferencing, jabber standalone, and more. Cisco Jabber gives team the freedom to work from anywhere and still connect.

Not Suited for Non-Business Users

If you're looking for a personal or residential VoIP solution to make and receive calls, CallTower is not the best provider option. The company’s communications features are intended for business VoIP users.

Brand Recognition

Though CallTower is not a household name, the company built its white-glove, customer centric practice through customer and partner referrals. This ensures the business focus remain on delivering the highest quality solutions with paramount service to its customers. They also have strategic partnerships with other companies, such as Cisco and Aryaka. The SD-Wan solution between CallTower and Aryaka has been an asset in helping CallTower deliver higher-performance cloud communication. Their partnership with Cisco has helped broaden the horizon on the products they offer.

We are an MSP who worked with Call Tower in the past. They attempted to steal our clients and cut our commissions. Since then, we have moved on to a new provider and added 22 new accounts. Bad leadership, bad judgement...I would not recommend working with Call Tower if you are an MSP.
