CallTower and Cisco unified, provide a solution to help businesses succeed. Cisco IP phone products are a collaboration between Cisco's innovative tools and CallTower's enterprise solution. A specific segment of Cisco IP, called Cisco HCS provides comprehensive features, such as corporate telephony, unified communications, conferencing, and contact center. Another segment of Cisco IP, called Cisco Jabber, offers softphone, chat, group chat, screen sharing, video conferencing, jabber standalone, and more. If you're looking for a personal or residential VoIP solution to make and receive calls, CallTower is not the best provider option. The company’s communications features are intended for business VoIP users.

Brand Recognition

Though CallTower is not a household name, the company built its white-glove, customer centric practice through customer and partner referrals. This ensures the business focus remain on delivering the highest quality solutions with paramount service to its customers. They also have strategic partnerships with other companies, such as Cisco and Aryaka. The SD-Wan solution between CallTower and Aryaka has been an asset in helping CallTower deliver higher-performance cloud communication. Their partnership with Cisco has helped broaden the horizon on the products they offer.

Calltower uses Skype for Business an we have been using their service for 3 years. The service works pretty good. We have Active Directory integrated with the account. There is an admin portal call CT Connect which admins can configure, setup users, assign phone numbers, Disable or remove accounts. there is also a user portal in CT Connect that users can login to and update their information. The service works very flawless. We did have some circuit issues within the few years and when reported the circuit if moved over asap to another circuit. Calltower does this automatically and usually the issues are resolved pretty quickly. Much is automated in the system. From a user perspective its pretty easy to use. From and IT Dept perspective we do have alot of admin rights to make changes, add, remove and setup accounts. There is also a billing portal that you can update information.

We moved from another hosted Skype provided to Calltower. Calltower is night and day better than what we came from an immediately moved all our customers on to their platform. Calltower has superb support staff, timely, knowledgeable, and good follow up. Outages are rare and very well communicated. We are made aware of platform changes and maintenance ahead of time. Even with the transition from Skype to Teams Calltower is ahead of the game with the direct routing options so we are definitely staying with Calltower even as Microsoft shuts down hosting options for third parties. We have had great experiences with Calltower staff from the billing department, sales, CFO, and all levels of support staff.

Call Tower truly delivers service quickly and efficiently from answering the phone to Taking the service request to initiating repair and following up to be sure the issue is resolved. It would take other providers hours if not days to do many of the requests that Call Tower handles is literally minutes I am relieved and impressed and very proud to work with Call Tower

CallTower enables organizations to choose between various UCaaS platforms including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Skype, Cisco CallManager, Cisco HCS, CT Cloud Voice (private VoIP offering) and Office 365. Customers have the choice to select one platform or integrate them depending on the needs of the organization. It's a very resourceful company and I have used them for many years.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with CallTower. I felt confident that everything would work out well during our onboarding. They have many products and are able to integrate some of their other products into Teams; something we would not have had if we went straight to Microsoft as our phone provider.

We migrated our on prem Cisco telephony system to Calltower's cloud hosted Cisco solution. This included 22 offices across the globe. The migration went perfectly and the Calltower team was amazing to work with. We've been on their system for about a year now and we're very pleased with the service.

CallTower's provisioning portal allows me to make changes to my accounts as needed across multiple communication platforms. We use both Microsoft Voice and Cisco Voice in our various offices. Great support team too- 24/7/365 US-based.
