The migration went perfectly and the Calltower team was amazing to work with. We've been on their system for about a year now and we're very pleased with the service.

Call Tower truly delivers service quickly and efficiently from answering the phone to Taking the service request to initiating repair and following up to be sure the issue is resolved. The phone service has been fine. However, the billing process has had multiple, ongoing errors. We were paying the monthly Invoice by check. Then, without our knowledge, and without notice, the monthly payments started being automatically deducted from the checking account. Then, suddenly the payment was not deducted AND we were charged a late fee. Once that issue was addressed, I was promised that the late fee would be credited back to our account. We did not receive the credit back for the late fee. The ongoing billing issues take my time, creates rework and costs the company more than the savings.

We have been using CallTower since late 2015. It allowed us to get off of an in-house VOIP system that wasn't working very well and also made working remote easier for staff. Pairing this with MS Office 365 really allowed us to hire full-time remote staff that gave us better regional coverage in our sales and account management areas.

Some response times are not the greatest. We understand we aren't the only business but requiring things to be reported right away then not getting to them until 72+ hours later, receiving an email about it being too late after the fact then asking us to report is right away isn't the best way to handle these issues. We appreciate the countless hours and abundant effort put in by CallTower while we moved to our new location this summer. We know this hasn't been easy on anyone but you have made it much more manageable than it could have been.

I love having the option to have our business line ring our cell phones. It's a perfect option as we are not always in the office. The app however has some problems as I have "missed" several calls. The phone never rang, however a voicemail message was left by the caller. I'm not sure why this is happening

Calltower uses Skype for Business an we have been using their service for 3 years. The service works pretty good. We have Active Directory integrated with the account. There is an admin portal call CT Connect which admins can configure, setup users, assign phone numbers, Disable or remove accounts. there is also a user portal in CT Connect that users can login to and update their information. The service works very flawless. We did have some circuit issues within the few years and when reported the circuit if moved over asap to another circuit. Calltower does this automatically and usually the issues are resolved pretty quickly. Much is automated in the system. From a user perspective its pretty easy to use. From and IT Dept perspective we do have alot of admin rights to make changes, add, remove and setup accounts. There is also a billing portal that you can update information.

We moved from another hosted Skype provided to Calltower. Calltower is night and day better than what we came from an immediately moved all our customers on to their platform. Calltower has superb support staff, timely, knowledgeable, and good follow up. Outages are rare and very well communicated. We are made aware of platform changes and maintenance ahead of time. Even with the transition from Skype to Teams Calltower is ahead of the game with the direct routing options so we are definitely staying with Calltower even as Microsoft shuts down hosting options for third parties. We have had great experiences with Calltower staff from the billing department, sales, CFO, and all levels of support staff.

In the past few months, we've had several occasions where callers would be randomly dropped from the call, or unable to access the meeting room using the correct participant code. This is very frustrating for our organization as a lot of what we do involves meeting virtually.
