Windfree Solar does not disclose a lot of information about its equipment and warranty lengths. The company gives a general statement that says, "Our equipment comes from tier-one manufacturers with full-performance warranties and product guarantees." While this is good to know, it would be even better if Windfree said which brand of solar panels they prefer to use and how long the warranties last.
Windfree Solar also doesn't mention anything about financing on its website. I's unclear if the solar company works with third-party banks to offer solar-specific funding to its clients or if there is a leasing or PPA option.
There's also no mention of how long clients can expect the entire process to take, how long installation time is estimated to be, or other similar information.
These vague statements leave consumers with a lot of unanswered questions. It would be nice if Windfree would disclose this information upfront on the website.
