The salesperson (Jeff) and coordinators (Javi and Claudia) did a great job informing me of each step in the process and the installers (Daniel,Brian,Juan,Mikey ) did a fantastic job completing the installation timely within the estimated window, walking me through how to use the solar system, and what to expect going forward from the Clark County Inspector and Nevada Energy installation of a new power meter. Overall, the experience significantly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Universal Solar Direct for your solar panel installations as their pricing was very competitive and the service was superb!

Universal Solar Direct has excellent customer service made the end-to-end retail solar panel process a 5-star experience. They worked closely with us to ensure a seamless and cost effective design, estimate, purchase, and install on our 2600sqft home in Phoenix, AZ. Even though we were out of town during a large portion of the project they ensured everything was taken care. They had a checklist of online forms to fill out, and took care of submitting required HOA and SRP documents. Start to finish took less than two months. Enjoying minuscule electricity bills and looking forward to expanding system for future battery storage system and EV charging plugin.

Installation scheduling and execution were excellent, including interactions with HOA and Duke Energy. Performance of Solar panels are up and running . Didn't think they would work during the winter but the snow comes right off. A problem with network communication of the inverter was identified. I think Jeff said cellular wasn't strong enough signal. They came out at no charge and hardwired my monitoring. We would definitely recommend Universal Solar to anyone interested in solar.

Universal Solar Direct installs outstanding products that provide industry leading operational results; as well as, industry leading warranties. They can install the box inside your garage at no additional cost, when other companies routinely install theirs outside. They also paint and label your exterior conduit. This is another install benefit other companies charge you for. My HOA requested it was painted and they had no problem doing it.

Universal Solar Direct is easy to interact with. They are easy to understand. They looked into things I wanted them to do. They let me know when they were going to be coming out. Installation was done in pretty much one day other than waiting until the city inspector come out to approved it. This solar has been operating at the optimal condition from what the monitoring system is showing.

The price is competitive and they have a referral fee that was promised to me for each person I refer. Everything was done on time and not pass their first inspection and they passed inspection on the first time. They did accommodate by sending some out to open the garage because the inspector needed access. It is saving me money on my electric bills and everything is working fine.

I highly recommend Universal Solar Direct. We’ve been very happy. My husband interviewed several companies and decided they were the most knowledgeable. They have been in business since 2012 and have been doing solar since it started. We’ve had some questions along the way, like how to use it properly, and anytime we’ve asked them a question, they had suggestions to make things easier. We are hardly paying anything in the summer because of what we bank in the Spring and Fall.

They have always answered my questions. For installation, they came out and unloaded everything. Within two days, they had everything installed very nicely. They used really good equipment and made sure to put inverter in garage. I see a lot of inverters outside. The owner even came out to check on the installers and brought them lunch and drinks to keep them cool. Think it's family run and was impressed.

Typically we have only have a fifteen dollar bill every month. One month our bill was over $100 and they were honest and explained the whole situation and made sure they did it correctly. They reimbursed my downtime of my solar and my calls are always returned. Even the receptionist would try to solve my problem and that didn’t work. The owner even called which I couldn't believe. What a great company. 5 stars and kudos.

They always keep in touch and are very prompt to answer any question. I really like that it is also backed up by the manufacture. They have been here since solar started and now I see why. Universal Solar Direct is hands down the best solar company in all of Vegas. They sponsor the Golden Knights and give back to the community. I have not seen any other solar company give back to the community which means a lot to me being a Vegas native. The employees I've called for about questions have good communication skills. The installation was a one day process and there weren't many issues. They use the best inverters, panels and even explained the rail system. Way to go guys.

They installed my system with American Made products, on time, and it has been seamlessly functioning ever since. They did not oversell me in the size of my system. I've consulted them three times since: twice to inquire and then install an EV charger, and once to question if my dusty panels needed cleaning to function at peak efficiency. They could have sold me a cleaning, but instead, they showed how my system output was unchanged by desert dust from when new and shiny.

Anytime I call them, I either speak to somebody or get a return phone call by the end of the day to resolve my issues or concerns I have. During installation, they were very good at telling me exactly what they were going to do at each step in the process. They explained how they were placing panels on top of the roof and how they were going to put wires and pipes into the garage. I've had no issues or concerns. I had one small problem and they called me and resolved it immediately. They have the best product for the best price. They have a great warranty.

I had a couple of minor glitches in the beginning with communications and they worked their tails off to figure it out. They monitored my system and gave me great customer service. During installation, they started at 7:00am and worked all day until 5:00pm. They were clean, perfect, and i didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for solar.

I am really pleased with the results. It is good for the money. Bills are only like twelve dollars a month for air conditioning instead of four hundred and eighty seven. The product is made in the USA. The warranty is good. I am happy with the way it was installed though it was slow because of the high wind. They did a really careful job. I had a guy on the roof fixing some tiles who had been in the roofing business for a lot of years and he said they did a really good job and anchored everything just right. Now that I have solar I see it everywhere.

Universal has a twenty five year parts and labor warranty. I don’t think anybody else has this type of service. It is an excellent company. It is really well managed. The employees are great. They honor their promises and follow up with issues. They monitor your solar, which is great but if you are trying to get work they are absolutely wonderful. They schedule an appointment and show up at the time agreed upon. If anybody has the choice, they should one hundred percent choose this company.

Customer service is superior and they are really good at answering questions and providing feedback and support. Sometimes it's a little difficult to call about certain situations, but they're really good at explaining the process. I was very satisfied with the installers. Justin and his crew were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and explained to me what they were doing through the whole process. They use excellent products and have great warranties to back them up.

If I have an issue with the system, they help me because they monitor it from their side as well. There have been a couple of times where they've called me when I had a power down and started things back up. The installation went much faster than I thought. They had to pull a lot of tiles out but finished everything within two and a half days. They had the place cleaner than when they started. They are fantastic people to work with and are such a pleasure.
