I had a couple of minor glitches in the beginning with communications and they worked their tails off to figure it out. They monitored my system and gave me great customer service. During installation, they started at 7:00am and worked all day until 5:00pm. They were clean, perfect, and i didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for solar.

I am really pleased with the results. It is good for the money. Bills are only like twelve dollars a month for air conditioning instead of four hundred and eighty seven. The product is made in the USA. The warranty is good. I am happy with the way it was installed though it was slow because of the high wind. They did a really careful job. I had a guy on the roof fixing some tiles who had been in the roofing business for a lot of years and he said they did a really good job and anchored everything just right. Now that I have solar I see it everywhere.

Universal has a twenty five year parts and labor warranty. I don’t think anybody else has this type of service. It is an excellent company. It is really well managed. The employees are great. They honor their promises and follow up with issues. They monitor your solar, which is great but if you are trying to get work they are absolutely wonderful. They schedule an appointment and show up at the time agreed upon. If anybody has the choice, they should one hundred percent choose this company.

Justin and his install team were professional and fast. The salesman listened to what I wanted and did not hard sell me on other stuff. My 20 dollar bill a month during the Summer is a gift from heaven. Cant thank you enough Universal Solar Direct. We want to thank Rita personally for dealing with our HOA. This also includes being able to call during the process of installation to further explain how things are done. Customer service is superior and they are really good at answering questions and providing feedback and support. Sometimes it's a little difficult to call about certain situations, but they're really good at explaining the process. I was very satisfied with the installers. Justin and his crew were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, and explained to me what they were doing through the whole process. They use excellent products and have great warranties to back them up.

If I have an issue with the system, they help me because they monitor it from their side as well. There have been a couple of times where they've called me when I had a power down and started things back up. The installation went much faster than I thought. They had to pull a lot of tiles out but finished everything within two and a half days. They had the place cleaner than when they started. They are fantastic people to work with and are such a pleasure.

Their warranty is for twenty five years and they stand behind their warranty. We had a problem with the panel and they not only took care of it but credited us for the time we did not have the solar panels working. They are an honest company which is hard to find here in Phoenix. It has more than paid for itself. Their panels look beautiful compared to my neighbors.

I couldn’t believe how fast they got all of the installation done given that there is a pandemic going on. They showed up when they said they would and did the work. I even noticed that one of the panels was cracked and they replaced it with no cost. The Panasonic panels they put on are designed for the desert. The whole experience has been pleasant.

Brian answered all my questions at the consultation. He answered them in a very timely manner. It has gone as well as I hoped. They use name brands components and the panels are better quality than other competitors out there. Note: make sure the panels warranty is 25 years. Brian showed me some companies only have a 12 year warranty.
