The TriSMART crews have all been great. They came out before Christmas and put 54 solar panels on the roof. It took a day because it was such a large system. The crew that came back in February to connect the batteries were amazing. Even though one has worked for TriSMART only 3 months, another has only worked 1 month and one was his first day, the 3 workers had not been a team until that morning and were so in sync with each other they looked like they had worked as a team for 10 years. The system was fully installed in just one day. A few days later a man came and connected all the batteries and controllers to the internet and after firmware updates the batteries were up and running with their great led light rings. The solar system is now up and running and supplying my house with 94%-99% of the electric supply coming from the solar panels and very little from the grid. Even on cloudy days the solar panels provide 94% of the power for 24 hours. I look forward to having the full system set up with my new electric company and locked in electric rate but it has been a relief just knowing that if the grid power goes off the battery will switch on instantly and provide power for essential lights, outlets and appliances like refrigerator and freezer.

It is hard to say, I am not unhappy and I am not necessarily impressed. They did a great job of installation and it works, as far as I can tell well. But I need time to determine if it was worth the investment or not. I installed in last spring, so performance in the summer in texas is not going to great. I need a whole year to judge. I would like to see them offer an evaluation of performance report every 3 months. Which is almost how long I have had my system. then maybe a clearer conclusion. Right now, with the payments spread out over 25 years even at 2% at my age of 59, does not really look like the smartest decision on my part. Of course, I am not a greeney. All I want to do is not be affected by stupid goverment regulations and policies, which this system may do over time. I do not like that I can't easily disconnect from the grid and reconnect when I so desire. This makes installing batteries illogical.

Everybody that is associated with TriSmart Solar has been extremely professional and it's been very helpful in the process of getting the solar panels. It really made it a lot less painful for me to have really good employees for Tri Smart I could talk to whenever I had questions. Install was quick. They found a problem that originated with the builders and was still under warranty that I got fixed.

We've had it probably for over a year now and it's, it's still good quality. They came out, installed the panels on the roof, and then came back out and installed the power wall. All the technicians they had were very courteous and very friendly and they did a good job. It was real clean. Whenever I have called and left a message about a situation, they would call me back within a day or so.

Installation was very fast. I have two microcomputers that are not responding and I've had it for quite a while now. The installers did not do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. It's been almost a year and a half now and I still have electrical trash as you go down around in the yard from wires and stuff like that. I have recommended them twice.

I get good information from them. They do answer your questions and you can get in contact with them when you need to get answers. The installation process was done really quickly, they installed them and they cleaned up after themselves and it didn't take a long period of time so I was satisfied with that. They told me a battery would be included with the equipment but I didn't get that. They are a pretty good company.

The rates were pretty good at first. You can never get a hold of customer service. Installation was not very good, it took them several times to get the panels up and then when they did get a mop they left the mess and they had to come back out and clean it up after I complained about it. I'm not getting a lot of savings from the product. I'm not very happy with the service at all actually. I did recommended it to a couple of friends and the guy never got back to him.

They've been quick to answer any questions that I have and any needs I have. They took care of me. Installation went pretty smooth, they were very good with communication on appointments. Whenever a service tech was coming out I had a proper notice of when they would arrive. They were on time and they kept a clean work site. They were just really good to work with. I have had no issues with the equipment. I recommended them to my stepdaughter.

The installation process was bumpy. The guy said what time he would show up and then he actually showed up thirty minutes later. They had to come back and finish the job, it was about a three week process. Actual work time was probably about 5 hours. I have no issues with the product, it has worked great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

The people that came to visit agave me a detailed explanation about trismart. They have gotten back with me pretty quickly about issues concerning my complaints. It took a week to have a third party company come out and they did make a few mistakes on my home and on my property but I was able to call and trismart took care of it. So far it's been pretty good. I just haven't seen the wattage that would like to see, but overall a positive experience, just not exactly what I was expecting, but it's still good.

I went through my security company to ticket TriSMART Solar and they made the price was really good and I like the look of the panels as well. The panels going up really quick and easy and the whole time process was really easy like I don't have to do anything so it was it was pretty smooth. Everything looks really good but I'm still paying an electrical bill. The integrated app is really nice to be able to like see how my panels are doing.

Always there to answer questions and try to make sure that the job gets done right the first time. They're always very willing to go the extra mile to help out where they can. I think equipment's style is really good. I've had some repeat issues with one specific section of the equipment, but nothing super major. They came to install early in the morning. It was a pretty big systems (was going to take two days) and I didn't even notice them really. It was very painless, and very quick.

Very reliable; everything works great and I'm having no issues. Great attitudes and very helpful. Our rep dropped off the panels a few days before subcontractors got here. And then after that within 24 hours they went up there and installed the panels and and had everything working pretty quick actually. They damaged my roof and that still hasn't been repaired yet.

I had one little hiccup and through the whole process. It was actually amazingly quick. I was really surprised the crew that came in, they came all the way from San Antonio and they installed on my home in three hours. I haven't had any problems with any of it. I've not had any panels not functioning where they placed it, I get good sun unless of course you have an overcast day. We're producing every month more than what we're using. The hiccup I mentioned was with the electric company.

TriSMART handled everything for my HOA, which was really nice and everything with the city, which was also very nice and handy. Our rep handled any kind of issues that came up. They are not good at returning calls. Install went very smoothly. I've been looking at the readings and one of my panels is not doing what it's supposed to. They're a pretty good company, but if their customer service was a little bit better I would have given a higher rating.

There are really good deals with TriSMART. I have never had a problem getting a hold of a person. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I have had zero problems with the product. It is a nightmare to reinstall the app and make it work again.

If the system goes down and you aren't monitoring it you would never know. That responsibility fell on me and I wasn't aware. The install was very smooth. Customer service is good. Sometimes the wifi feed goes off and it can be pretty annoying.

There were a couple of questions I had that were not handled quickly. They didn't get back to me in a timely manner. But we have not had any other issues with the service. I think I made the right decision in moving forward with them. Installation was fine, it could have gone quicker.

I gave them 4 because the communication when waiting on permits and stuff of that nature is lacking. I would go months with no status update until I reached out. The should reach out email/text/call or something with some kind of status or have a status page so you can check your order

When I came to the house we looked at the roof and then they started putting stuff on probably four months later and once they did that everything was pretty much started so it took on the day before it all out and then they had to come back because something wasn't done right.

We've had heavy wind storms and little bit of hail and the pannels hold up. Install went pretty good, the guys got there early. It was pretty presentable and professional. Did great job, they didn't leave any trash. Good communication. It was very hard to get a hold of customer service before they took the panels up and stuff.

It's a pretty efficient company, they do what they promise to do and everything turns out smooth. We had hiccups when the system first went online and they had to come back out and replace the fuse box because it wouldn't stay on. It was hard to get through to customer service to get all that set up. Installation was great.The solar panels are not keeping up with the use of the home when we were told they would. I'm really confused by the energy production. It seems if we've had nothing but 100 degree days with no cloud cover over the summer, that much more energy should have been produced.

It took forever to get them up. The first day they got the braces up, but then they forgot to order the panels so it took another month to get the panels out there and then they finally put them up. I like it personally.
