Stay away from solar and Suntria in particular. They expect you to be their tech support for their equipment. You can't get in touch with anyone until you get upset with them. They do not communicate what is going on with your install. You never know what's done and what's not. Then they rope you into a 25 year contract you can't possibly get out of then leave you hanging when you need support. They only communicate by text message and don't respond when you reply or ask simple questions. It's like a black hole. Info goes in, nothing comes out. If you are bent on solar, choose any other company than Suntria. They don't need to be in business.

So far this company is a thousand times better than the first solar company I used!! Their biggest asset is a couple on their sales team, Stephen & Savannah. They have been totally amazing! Stephen has gone above & beyond to help with issues from prior co. They took the time to offer different packages based on my needs until we fiund the right fit and more. Highly recommend!!

This is a wonderful company to do business with. Everything went in much faster than I thought with no issues from install to city inspection. My electric bills have been less than $20 at the most and most have been credits! Electric KWH have continued to climb and I'm glad I did it when I did! Especially with the Federal Government offering me 30% back in credits!

The teams did an outstanding job from start to finish. The Sales Rep Bryan was super friendly without being pushy was a breath of fresh air. He was super knowledgeable on explaining the process. Because we had to install a new roof it put the schedule back on installing the Solar Panels but that was expected. Magen the Project Manager kept us updated throughout the whole project. The Roofing Team was super fast but did excellent work. The whole project looks great on our house. Thank You

The entire process was very smooth and professional, from the door salesman to the installation crew. They even vacuumed up their mess when they had to do some work inside. I’ve never had a crew do that for me before, it made me feel really seen as a woman. I’m excited to have a sustainable energy source and a fixed bill to cover my electricity needs. We really appreciated all the incentives the state offered to help us get started too.

Skeptical? I was too. In fact I didn't want panels on my roof. But, I listened,, the sales team set up the appt, I was taught about how it works. Theengineer cane out and mapped the roof. The instlwrs came and installed. Suntria handled all the communication with my local electric company. Kept me in the loop. Checked up to be sure everything was working. And I'm now saving money. Couldn't be happier. Clean, quick. Professional

The process was fast & efficient once we decided to go solar. Zachary was very patient, answered all questions, & available when needed. Equipment was in stalled one month & turned on the next month. We love the Enphase app. It's so easy to use & monitor usage & the system. When going solar, explore the payment options. Whether it's lease, finance, or pay outright. Check the pros & cons. Meanwhile we're enjoying a lower bill than expected....and it's August. Can't wait to see the rest of the year!

Reggie has been excellent to work with. He has excellent work ethic’s and what we like is he responds quickly. We have not seen our 1st bill from electric company yet. That is because the city inspection took a long while to get out. I’m hoping to see a low bill next cycle. So far we are happy with Suntria .

Very happy with the solar panels. I had 10 panels installed on the car port. Those are great. I also had 8 panels placed on the house. The panels on the house are not producing much because they are on the north west side and under a tree. I wanted them in the south west but it would have required ungrouping them but would have been a lot better. The reason for 3 stars is the price for the system because those 8 that won’t produce as much. Also I was told that the tree would be pruned to help with production but no follow-up was done.

The service we received from start to finish has been pleasant and although we had to deal with delays from our HOA I’m so glad our system is up and running now.

I won't lie most of this interaction was wonderful so far. I'm not done yet. Evan N was excellent to deal with. Unfortunately dealing with Megan made me really ponder wether or not should I just cancel the whole process. I've been waiting over two years for a company that I felt was honorable and trustworthy enough for me to feel comfortable to do business with. If you deal with Megan back out as soon as possible. My only complaint is there is no one to complain to about horrible treatment. Her words "I am the boss, there is no one to talk to other than me." Later I was able to speak with someone higher than her that was an engineer... Either he didn't care to follow through with my complaint or the right person didn't care enough. The reason for the horrible engagement with Megan was just over asking questions about a piece of paper from the utility company. To be very clear it made it seem like I was going to pay huge fees. The worst part is that she didn't even know the answers to. She just expected me to sign regardless of my questions. To be clear, the low rating is because of Megan and the inability to complain to anybody who is willing to listen. Customer service I don't know if it exists. As far as I can tell, the sales rep is the only person you can talk to. That doesn't sound like a good idea. Long term.
