I just got my first utility bill back and it is everything that was promised to me! Super grateful to Suntria and the Manager, Sunny D who took the time to walk me through this process from start to finish. I have had so many people come knock on my door in regards to solar and majority of them were pushy or aggressive. I did sit down with 2 other companies before Sunny came to knock on my door and I am so glad he did! Compared to the other two companies offerings (one cheaper and one far more expensive with a lesser warranties) Suntria uses USA made equipment which I really liked! As well as a 30 year warranty which covers just about everything besides acts of God scenarios. Sunny helped explain how adding this to my homeowners insurance policy would cover those situations. He was very professional, kept in touch weekly and when the installation team came out they were just as professional and courteous as Sunny. They took safety precautions very seriously and it was all up and completed the same day. It took a couple weeks for inspection to happen but after that, I got permission to turn the system on. Sunny showed up with a box of crumble cookies and a personalized Thank you card to celebrate! All those little things mean a lot to me if I am buying any product or service . I have to say that the transition to solar was something I was definitely nervous about but it was so smooth. I know if I call Sunny or Korina the project manager they would pick up the phone for me everytime if I had a question or concern. My avg bill was around $250 bucks a month and now I’m fixed in at $187! My first utility bill came in and it was $9.95 which Sunny told me could range between 10-30 dollars the first month or two as the system takes a month or two to start building up credits and production. Thank you so much to Suntria, installation crew, Korina and Sunny for helping me through this process! Even after the system was activated they have maintained contact periodically to make sure I am happy with the service. I most definitely am and will be referring to my friends and family!

Very courteous and professional, answered all my concerns and questions promptly and explained the process in detail. The only delays were getting permits which they had no control over. Installation was professional and timely. Financing was arranged and convenient to my budget. Would recommend without reservation.

Alex is an awesome customer representative. I’ve never met someone so honest and helpful. He took the time to explain and answer my almost endless questions. When he didn’t know the answers he found the people that did. Installation crew was very professional and helpful. We did encounter a few issues, primarily with configuration but that got resolved completely. Again Alex was instrumental in ensuring that our system was done right. Suntria appears to be a very solid company. I’m very pleased with the solar and battery solution we put in place. We’ve been operational for a few months and it is working well.

I liked that they handled everything from start to finish with me having to run all iver signing things and handling paperwork. They did the permits contacted the city, the power company, and I didnt have to do any of that. Only negative, is getting a hold of someone to ask a question can be a bit of a pain. Not knowing who to ask and no clear direction on that. Could be set up better. The people they have working for them are all as far as i have had contact with helpful and kind.

I just loved the way Daniel gave his presentation of the importance of getting solar panels. Especially when he started to talk about how acquiring solar panels could save money on your electric bill. That was fascinating to hear and that got undivided attention. Daniel introduced himself and provided the reason for stopping by which was to give a presentation so go that I wouldn’t have a choice, but to go solar panels. Daniel was very courteous, polite, and very professional. He covered all the details of acquiring solar panels. Daniel was an exceptional salesman and speaker. He know his job very well. Suntria is the solar panels company he works for. I learned a deal of knowledge from him. Whatever one wants in solar power, Daniel was willing to work with you to get what you wanted. He explained the description of the panels and what made them. Also, he explained how the panels works, Lastly, Daniel covered the financial aspect of panels, the installation of panels, and the permits needed to install the panels, and the loan application. Daniel was a great help as far as helping getting the paperwork done and obtaining the necessary permits. Overall, Daniel did an outstanding job in helping me with the whole process of getting solar panels and a backup battery. So, anyone looking to invest in solar power, please don’t hesitate in calling Suntria which employs some of the best salespeople.

The sales experience was low key, we had a great conversation with Trevor. There were no gimmicks, no misleading claims of "free" panels. Just a frank, educational, honest conversation, our questions were answered and realistic expectations were set. The process so far had been super smooth, with great communication. Getting solar was something I had as an eventual goal i was planning to look into for my new house. It so happens that Greg was in the area and explained the basics of the process. We scheduled a sit down a week later and even though I was hesitant he answered all my questions, gave easy to understand examples, and gave good recommendations of options throughout the process. The only thing I didn't like was the initial pushiness he did to convince me to get it, where I did not have time to look around for other providers, but he got me a good deal and has made himself available with direct contact for any questions and not hiding behind a 1-800 number.

The Solar door-to-door marketing schtick is a bit much to begin with. The folks from Suntria who approached my door in Albany, OR were the worst I've experienced. When I politely asked them to leave, they were rude, verbally abusive and continued to escalate in a posturing physical manner. If the feet on the street are any reflection of this company as a whole, I would NEVER do business with Suntria. Be on the lookout

Easy process all the way through. Good team and overall good communication. Just be aware of your local energy company. OG&E for us held up the project and caused us to have loss of power 5 hours longer than expected! Suntria offered to comp a hotel room for the night. Lucky, right before we accepted the offer, OG&E showed up to turn the power on.

We were looking at Solar panels for a couple of years. Our neighbors had solar installed, but we did not like the look of the panels on the roof and the conduits running across the roof and walls. Suntrea had a better installation that looked very professional. In 2024 we had Suntrea install roof panels on the south exposure of our garage. Price was less than we expected and installation was very quick. The performance was amazing, in the first 8 months our power bill was reduced by 50 to 60%. In 2025 we had a FranklinWH battery installed to capture all of the power the panels generate. Another great installation! The power we capture runs our A/C all night. This adventure is paying us back every day and has added 4% to the value of our home.

From the moment I answered my door and saw this young, handsome, charming. And friendly salesman I smiled and wanted to hear what he had to say. I invited Danny in and we sat and I listened about solar. I was sold on ythe idea as I had been thinking solar for years. There was no pressure and he did a great job explaining everything. Every step had a rep explain the procedures and I was installed, at no cost, a Nest thermostat, a camera doorbell that operates on a Nest Hub that plays my Z88.3. Amazing!!!! Thank You Lord for favor. I am so happy to have had Danny knock on my door. He always answers my calls, and that means Suntria cares about it's customers. My cost monthly is much less than my power bill.😀

I almost didn't answer the door, but now I am so glad that I did! There was an angel standing out there from Suntria Solar who is saving me a ton of bill money and putting solar panels on my roof that I don't have to come out of pocket for at all! This is incredible, and sounds too good to be true, but I checked it out and everything he said is true. The feds are throwing money at us to go solar. So if Suntria shows up at your door, OPEN IT! This is a visit that could change your life! I realized that without solar, paying unpredictable utility bills until the day I die, would be financially catastophic for me. I suspect that is the case for most of us, so I say call Suntria and see if you can get approved, today! This is your ticket to energy freedom and you don't have to pay for it!

Everyone with Suntria that I had contact with were professional, polite and proficient at their jobs. I'm not a fan of door-to-door sales, but I'm happy to report that there was no hard sell, no pressure to sign on the dotted by Suntria! The physical installation of the solar system took just one day by two very nice, very expert young men. In fact, from first contact with Suntria (a knock on the door) to turning on the system and producing energy, the whole process took just 6 weeks! (It could have been a lot longer, but paperwork and inspections happened very quickly). All in all, an excellent experience with Suntria. If you are considering going solar, then I have no problem in recommending this company to you.

I don’t normally deal with door to door sales, but Evan N was a true salesperson. He’s honest, friendly and best of all, he’s very knowledgeable about his product. He answered all my questions, explained the process and had me sold before he left my house. He made the explanation of how I’d benefit from utilizing solar energy so understandable and made me feel confident in my decision to invest in solar panels. Just a few days and my panels were installed. The process was smooth and completed just as Evan had explained. Evan has been there even after the sale to make sure any questions or concerns that I had were answered. I would definitely do business with Evan again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to others. Evan is a definite asset to Suntria.
