Workmanship Warranty
Solar warranties will vary depending on what products you buy and what company you buy them from. Some companies will offer 10-year product warranties others will offer 25-year warranties.
There is also a difference between product and labor warranties. Product warranties typically cover the panel itself promising it will not break for a set period of time and if it does, the cost to fix or replace the product is covered by the company. Workmanship warranties protect consumers against component-related issues or labor-related defects — something that happened due to an error from the installer or during the installation process.
It does not appear that Sunternal offers a workmanship warranty to consumers. This means if something was incorrectly installed, consumers are responsible to pay out-of-pocket.
Financing Options
It is unclear what financing options are available to Sunternal clients.
