It shocks me to no end when reading the reviews of this company being 4 or 5 stars. I've had the worst experience. I'm beginning to think they're out of business as I've called every day since Dec 13th 2023 and it's now Jan 8th and NO ONE answers the phone. Sat on hold for over two hours today but at least and hour each time I've called, despite the recording saying "Your call is expected to be answered in less than 5 minutes". Sent Texts daily and no answers those either. It all started early in 2021 when I signed up for 8 panels and it took literally 14 months to get them installed and running. This last March is where the true issue comes into play. Had my 2nd set of 8 panels installed (then reinstalled due to failing inspection), and finally Dec 12th I finally got PTO. As of Dec 13th all 16 panels are not working and I can't get ANYONE to help me . I have 2 payments for the panels that are useless to me and now I'm beginning to get electric bills from SCE again. On Dec 13th, the last time I spoke to a live person they told me that it would need to go through the Warranty department and because they are so backed up with service requests it would take 12 weeks minimum to get someone out (ONLY if it's covered by warranty). Why wouldn't it be covered if it was just installed! Stay away from this company, I so regret getting the 2nd set of 8 panels, I should have gone with someone else but I thought it would be easier since I already had the 1st set of 8 panels installed by them, What a mistake that was.

BEWARE ALL SOLAR BUYERS - DO NOT BUY FROM SUNDANCE SOLAR OR SOLCIUS SOLAR. FRAUD ALERT!!!!! TOTAL SCAM... I tried to do business with Sundance Solar who are reps for Solcius Solar. I was promised a Spring 2022 install. Well it is now October 2022 and yep you guessed it....... Absolutely no solar is installed. I kept being told that my project was delayed because Xcel Energy had not gotten to Solcius what they neede d to be able to do the project. I was quite irritated to find out that Xcel Energy had completed and approved my solar project April 5, 2022. And they put it in writing. I found out July 15th that the Rep Deke W from Sundance Solar submitted the WRONG quantity of solar panels for my project. Then I was told it would be another 2 weeks to get all the paperwork straightened out. I repeatedly tried to contact Deke W the week of July 25th and yep you guessed it..... I still have had NO response at all. Then just a few days ago I get an email from Solcius trying to charge me a cancellation fee of $5011.80 for a project Solcius cancelled. I had no idea that they cancelled it. Now they are very forcefully trying to Coerce me into giving the ok to reactivate the project to get rid of the illegal fee they are trying to charge me.... Then they offered to reduce their nice illegal fee by $1500.00. Mind you this is after putting me on hold for Over 4 hrs, conveniently hanging up on me multiple times, continuing to transfer me from department to department because no one has the authority to fix this, very rudly talking over me, calling me by the wrong name continuously in the conversation, doing everything they could to try to tick me off to get me to hang up on them and then telling me they were going to put this bill into collections BEFORE THE ILLEGAL BILL IS EVEN DUE. Yes we can thank Anna and Samantha at Solcius for that. If every company could cancel your stuff and they be in breach of their own contract and then charge anyone a fee. You can GUARANTEE EVERY COMPANY WOULD BE SCAMMING EVERYONE. It is harder to see a SCAM when they are in disguise of what seems to be a good company, but are NOT. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS THAT ARE CONSIDERING SOLAR - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNDANCE SOLAR OR SOLCIUS SOLAR..... THEY WILL GET BURNT...... SCAMMED AND PRAY THEY CAN GET A LAWYER BEFORE THEIR CREDIT IS AFFECTED. Now on that note - I know I am not the only person that Sundance Solar or Solcius Solar has done fraudulent & illegal practices on. Yep I know the world does not revolve around me.... lol... Please contact me. It ONLY TAKES 3 PEOPLE TO START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. I'M IN, I ONLY NEED 2 MORE PEOPLE TO GET IT GOING...... Thank you for your time.......

Mr. Solcius Owner, Let me make it very clear that your company and your employees have the same attitude as you! It has been one year and the professionalism, workmanship, attitudes all follow your leadership. The inner fighting, blaming, training all shows to Solcius Customers like us! Not only were appointments missed, electricians almost burned our house down, damaged our exterior walls, and lied about reimbursing us for all the promised deadlines, and inconveniences, and losing solar over a years time and meanwhile having your customer service reps admit Solcius wrong doings! I have photos, emails, texts saying how Solcius would make it up to us through money savings, reimbursements, etc. The VP, Mr Ivan O of Solcius texting me saying he was the guy to talk to and would make reimbursements happen at his end. Instead, he stopped texting me after he had family events and making excuse after excuse. I will NEVER NEVER promote your solar company ever again. In fact, I suggest every solar customer reading this review come together collectively for a class action suit. Mr. Solcius Owner, The apple does not fall far from the tree. Your organization is falling apart. You failed our family and took our money quick, but delivered so unprofessionally. I am SURE you will make every excuse in the book. Yes you paid money to hire a 3rd party electrical company after our house almost caught fire. Your own employees told me in person that Solcius has so many issues and they are constantly hearing customers complain! The photos attached are just a couple of how the Solcius electricians left our utility panel in disaster. The microwave almost burned from wires touching one another. I am going to start posting VP of construction, Mr. Ivan O's text on the next review of him promising me the world and never hearing from him again. Customer Service Rep, Crizna constantly apologizing to me for Solcius bad service, confusion, inner fighting amongst departments and on and on! Mr. Solcius Owner, all I asked was simply help us out as Solcius Customers and pay a year of solar loan payments! Why not? It took Solcius a year to complete our work with anxiety and health issues, stress your company put on us Mr.Owner. Instead, you instructed your Solcius Rep Crizna T to email me with an answer, DENIED BY MANAGEMENT. I AM BEGGING YOU TO BACK YOUR MOUTH IN CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AND SERVICE MR SOLCIUS OWNER! SHOULD YOU REACH DOWN DEEP IN YOUR HEART AND HELP US WITH OUR REQUEST I WILL PUBLICLY LET THE WORLD KNOW HOW SOLCIUS DID THE RIGHT THING!

Everything I was promised has not happened. I had to consistently babysit them to make sure anything got done and then when my payment came due, I was told that I didn’t need to worry and Solcius would reimburse me. Then when it came down to it they said they would "look into it”, which led to “it’s not our fault”, so we won’t be covering it. I can prove it was but knew there was no point. So now I’ve had 2 months of paying my electric bill and my solar bill. I still haven't received my first year's payments promised to me or my $1000 bonus for referring my mom. I have not received the Google nest or LED lights I was promised either. I was told my “project doesn’t include incentives”. My salesman promised me a lot that Solcius told me he is responsible for, not them. I WILL NOT ever refer anyone to them again as my mom has had issues with what she was promised as well. I am told all of this is promised by the salesman and Solcius has nothing to do with it. Adam R was my salesman, he will not return any of my calls or texts about this. When I contact Solcius, they tell me these incentives are provided by the salesman. They promise all sorts of things to get you to agree to solar and then when it comes down to it they won’t fulfill their promises. Solcius asked for a review and wanted me to submit my issues separately. I did this a few weeks ago, and have not had any contact about this. I have all of my promises in writing from Adam, I would expect a company like Solcius to back up their promises.

When my system was first installed six years ago the panels were producing only about 1/3 of what they were supposed to be producing. It took one month for them to send a technician out and rewire the panels to get full production. Now six years later my panels have stopped producing all together. I’ve spent a week calling and sending emails to get somebody out here to troubleshoot the problem. My last communication said that I had a cellular tower system issue and that my system was just not communicating. Yet I told them right from the start that my electric bill showed my panels were not producing electricity. Solcius said they could not see my system on their end because it was built on a 3G system that was phased out from the cell towers. I have been without production for one month now and still have no idea when somebody will be coming out to troubleshoot/repair the system. I would not recommend Solcius or refer them to anyone!

I had a terrible experience with MySmart House. It was never resolved. I was told my roof was good for 20 years. Shingle were coming off within the year. I reached out to them many times. Also someone from Solcius had spoken to me in 2020 or 2021 and told me the My Smart House Co was going to help me out. They never called me. Now I am trying to figure out how to get them off and put back on for a new roof. Also it does not generate what they told me and I was not eligible for all the tax breaks. I pay more than I would without them. $48.00 more per month. Why do you do business with them? I am a senior and this is very costly. I was quoted by Solcius that it will be $4800.00 to get the panels removed and reinstalled!

This company is a BIG SCAM and a bunch of liars. When they first approach me and pitched me their sales presentation they showed me a pretty good number ($$) with certain amount of panels. Of course I fell and signed to install the panels. After reviewing the information I found something was odd. The amount of panels were way short of what I really needed it. I did some research the very next 2-3 days and contacted Francisco G (Sales Person) and told him the numbers didn’t add up and asked for his team to review the information. They had showed me a 6.4 Kw size system for a 3800 sqt home. He and his team (Ammon ) agree that the size system was not right. It took them 4 months to send the 2nd proposal. This time with right amount of solar panels. Of course the final proposal was almost $160/mo more than the initial proposal. We are talking from $134 to $296. That’s way more of what I currently pay for energy. I tried to contact them for days and days to talk about the new proposal. Up to this date I was not able to talk to anyone not to mention that Francisco G (Sales Person) complete disappear from the map. Never answer my calls, email or text messages. Suddenly I got on my email an invoice of $750 USD charging a project design, engineering design, permit submission service, etc. 1) First of all, I signed an initial project which it was wrong on their side. 2) I asked them to stop the project the very next days because it was wrongly presented. I have emails from them accepting their negligence. 2) It took them 4 months to send a 2nd proposal, from February 16th to June 21st. which I never signed because the amount was ridiculous. 3) Once I told them I didn’t accept the new proposal no one ever contacted me after. Their pitch is a scam, they show you very nice and attractive numbers to catch you into signing. Once you have signed, IF you figure out the size of the system is not right they change the numbers and amount of monthly payments. When you don’t agree to their new proposal they just vanish from the map. 7 months later send you an invoice of a service that I had discovered it was wrongly presented. AVOID this company, after doing some research I found they have bunch a lawsuits, malpractices, their sales people just give a horrible service and their engineers are not prepared or trained to present proposals.

I can only give this one star, as I cannot even get my solar system turned on, and am paying for it. I've had this system installed in mid-November, and it's now April and it's still not turned on. It might be a different story if it were because of incorrect installation, material shortages, etc. However, the reason my system isn't turned on is because, whomever, or however, the applications is being filled out and submitted to my utility, who is the final approval, each and every time it gets rejected because "Premise and zip code were entered incorrectly". Six times. Six rejection letters so far. I've had to call, and granted, Solcius has reimbursed me for each month that I'm paying into my loan for this system, once I've asked them time after time, it's still something I don't want to continue doing, each and every month. Matt and Chris in Las Vegas sold me that I would begin accruing credits in the winter to make my bill easier, and yet here we are into Spring, coming into Summer, and I've got to call to ask what is going on, what I need to do, and will they reimburse me, each and every week nearly. All because someone cannot figure out how to write an address down. They've said it's an issue with the utility, but after five months, I don't care. They operate in Las Vegas, and I can't see them having this issue with every single customer in Las Vegas. Just frustrating to be paying for a nearly a $36k paperweight on my roof because someone can't get a simple address down, and it now makes me doubt the integrity of the system of the whole. If they cannot figure out an address, how can handle something more complicated such as roofing, or electrical systems, etc. Just incredibly unhappy and now worried at the whole of the service at this point, including the installation.

A MUST READ NOT AMAZING BBB NEEDS WAY HIGHER STANDERS I don't even know where to begin with this company they are a bait and switch mess with your head wreck your house attach your contract to someone else's account damage your house promise you things and every time they screw up they give you a new person to fix it and blame them and that's the wheel they put you on then when that doesn't work anymore they breach their contract and leave you high and dry and I've been dealing with that for months they do not care about their customers all they care about is lying to their customers to keep you hanging on. They don't care about the damage they do to your family or your finances they don't care about the damage they do to your home and then when you catch them and tell them they're in breach of contract they go a step further and say there pulling themselves out of the contract that's when they leave you high and dry. They sent people without an electrician present to do electrical work the building inspector had to kick them off site. the day they were supposed to install my panels they only installed the tracking for them and then decided to get pissy and not put my panels in and left I still don't have my panels on my house even. They didn't send the bill to the loan company to get paid with their partner loan pal who told me to get my income proof together for them when I wasn't supposed to leave my home which I started getting together by phone before they decided to do their we're not going to work with you and we're canceling your contract which I will be dealing with but then it gets even better they send four men another one who doesn't have an electrical permit for the state of Wisconsin but for the state of Illinois and when he was asked to show his electrical permit that he was a licensed electrician he refused. Then they're trying to speak Spanish so that I cannot understand them as they are lying to my face and I can understand what they're saying but before it got to that level they said they do this to their customers all the time meaning Solcius does this to their customers all the time. So it's bad when their contractors that are out in their Vans and their trucks run into customers like me that have been lied to and treated like garbage and told we are getting a tax credit and we're eligible for that $10,000 tax credit this that the other and then suddenly it's not then it's we're going to make it so that you do get that money because $25 check does not begin to cover what our company has put you through type BS. there's the other bait and switch pay attention they like to say that you're going to pay $0 that's right zero dollars because your electric company is going to pay you to put a solar system on your house don't fall for it it's a lie. their own that installers told me this stuff happens when they get sent out to do the job deal with the customers that they've done this to and no exactly the lies that the office at the 800 number tells people over the phone to keep them as their customer and I've heard some people say that they've had to go and reapply for their loan four times because they tell you your solar will be installed within 2 months or 3 months of talking to them it is a lie it doesn't work that way and they definitely don't do any of the phone calls because I did all the phone calls to the building inspector to the solar department at the electric company I did that they did not run as far away from you as you can from this company because if they've lied to you made promises to you and don't want to follow through with it they will blame you as the customer as being the problem and then they'll say we're canceling your project that is breach of contract even if they told you verbally they were going to do things a verbal contract is still a contract contract and they are just as responsible to deal with it I have water coming in to my roof I have to replace my insulation in my attic I'm probably going to have to replace my roof after what they did to it because they were scraping it the wrong way back and forth she get ice off of it and salting it and scraping it over and over again and not even where my stuff was supposed to be going up the list of things I could say about them is endless the things I could tell you they promised me endless the things they did wrong endless I'm warning you ahead of time run do not walk run as far away from this company as possible. I didn't bother putting punctuations in because I'm talking to my phone and I figured why should I bother putting punctuations in if someone's that worried about punctuations and they don't care to read it because it doesn't have punctuations then they really don't care that this company is this dangerous. NOT AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Solcius has gone above and beyond to try and meet the many demands (not included in the agreement) made by Ms. Tenpas. 

Prior to entering into a Solar Installation Agreement with Solcius, Ms. Tenpas’ above ground pool was installed directly below the utility power line which is a violation of the utility company's policies. A mandatory correction is required by the utility, regardless of Ms. Tenpas solar project status. The utility required the above-ground pool be moved OR the overhead line ran underground by June 1, 2021 or her utility meter would be removed. Due to this utility requirement, Solcius was contracted by Ms. Tenpas to complete the electrical work. Ms. Tenpas requested that an interior panel be upgraded as well even though it was not required. Solcius agreed, however, Ms. Tenpas then refused to renew the funding agreement which had expired because of delays caused by her overhead line being out of code. Had she re-signed the funding agreement, Solcius would have provided the non-required upgrade at no additional cost to her. Her project could not proceed until new funding was in place. Unfortunately, Solcius had to sever ties with Ms. Tenpas when she communicated that she would not be willing to apply for funding or sign the new Solar Installation Agreement with Solcius. 

When we notified Ms. Tenpas that the utility would still require corrections prior to her refusal to proceed, she made claims that Solcius caused leaks in her roof. When the leak claim was relayed to Solcius we tried to set up a service to have the leak assessed according to our standard process. When our installation technicians arrived she notified them of the leak and it was confirmed to NOT be Solcius caused. The “leak”, which was fresh snow in the attic, was coming from an air vent. She became irate and very unprofessional with our crew and eventually called the police on our employees.

It is rare for Solcius to terminate a Solar Installation Agreement, however, we can no longer subject our employees to the verbal and emotional abuse from Ms. Tenpas or proceed after her refusal to secure funding for the project or cooperate in general. Solcius has waived all incurred costs which includes: the engineering and design of the system, permits, equipment, many man hours, etc.

We signed up at the end of August and were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It is late December now, and first payment was due today, so now I am making a payment for something that I am not even able to use. This whole process has been very frustrating. It didn't pass the first inspection, then we had to call to find out what was going on. You always get a generic text back. Waited 4 days once for them to get back with us before calling them again. After much waiting we were finally told we were ready to activate the system. It didn't work. When I call to find out when someone would come and fix the problem I got a generic text answer saying that they were waiting on their workers availability. WOW what customer service!! So unhappy with the Company. I wish I went with my neighbor's. I am leaving a 1 star for the workers they were really nice. Wish they would just take it all back.

Solcius is my company that I went with to go solar. Who does not want to save money when it comes to paying bills. But I was let down, the system that they put into my house was only for one story house that had 3 bedroom. I have a two story house with 5 rooms. So needless to say my system does not do anything for me, just taken my money. After My last set of electric bills that are in the 300 range, I tried to see how much it would be for other panels. No one will answer me, all they do is take the money and not help. If I new of a law office I would see if I can sue them for deceptive business. They told me its the size I needed and I would be saving hundreds of dollars. YA RIGHT

the only reason they got a 1 was because there wasn't a zero. I started this process in Aug nd it is still not up and running! The inspector told them the had to change the main power panel. They came back weeks later and changed one of the boxes they just put in I told them it was the main power box. they said no it was this one. guess what it still didn't pass. I don't hear from them so I called back who ever I am suppost to talk to isn't there today. This has been going on for 6 months. I talked to a different solar co. and they said they would have it up and running in about 3 weeks. buyer beware!!!

Bernard, some of our customers are able to have their systems installed less than a week after signing. As awesome as that is, it isn't possible for everyone. Going solar is a complicated process that differs in the time it takes to complete depending on a host of factors including but not limited to local jurisdictions, utilities, HOAs, upgrades, roof repair, and more. I don't think they really want my review, even though they have asked me more than once to post it. One star is really too high. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I started this before the Rocky Mountain Power cut off grandfathering the watt-for-watt generation policy. I told them that if they didn't get my application in on time, it was a deal breaker. They didn't get it in, in spite of MANY calls in the week leading up to the cut off. They assured me that it was in and everything was settled. That was in 2017, October and November. After months and months of negotiating and frustration, they FINALLY finished the installation and got the meter set YESTERDAY, Jan 9, 2019. They still haven't finished their part of our agreement, which is to provide LED lighting throughout our entire house. They promise and don't come through. Time and time again I have called, they promise to call back and weeks go by before I hear from anyone. They would set appointments to come and then never show, or even call to let me know they weren't going to show up! They finally got the install done, (but we had no meter and it wasn't connected) and, suddenly they are harassing me almost constantly telling me that it is URGENT that I hurry and call the finance company and tell them that everything is done so they can get their money. It hasn't been urgent to them for 14 months!!! Frankly, they were asking me to commit fraud Because they were not done and I still had no solar power! I put my money out and for over 14 months, have nothing to show for it. I signed a contract originally, then 3 months later they had me sign another contract for a lower price. I figured they were trying to make up for missing the deadline. Now, I've lost the whole year's worth of solar savings, gone for 14 plus months with no interest on my 10,000, and I'm to get money off for their missing the deadline, in addition to their not providing the LED lights they promised. Now, when they're done, they want to go back to the original price of 10,000 more, and ignore the second contract they had me sign. How are they still in business???

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m hoping to save someone else the pain I went through. I bought a system from Solcius in Jan of 2018. At the time of purchase, I was assured it would be up and running by Mar or Apr at the latest. My first problem with the company was they changed my original contract 3 times within the first two weeks. They told me it was because of their transition into the Las Vegas, NV area from Utah, and things were different in NV. I tried to get some questions answered about where the panel and inverter warranties were in the contract and the customer service person I talked to was clueless. Everything I asked was referred to someone else as the guy I was talking to knew nothing. I had other coworkers look at the contract and they could find nothing that made sense for the equipment. The only clear warranty was for the panels being installed and the roof warranty that would protect from leaks. I did receive a spec sheet on the panels, but nothing in writing about the specific panel and inverter warranty. They finally showed up in Mar to install the system. Before they were off the roof, the finance company called and said I would receive my first payment for the system 30 days from that date. Although the system isn’t producing power, you’re still required to make payments on it evidently. Don’t believe it!! You do not have to start paying on it until it’s up and running as my next door neighbor was able to do. So, now I was to wait for inspections. Weeks pass and during Jun they came out to put a different box on the side of the house. Then they found out NV Energy requires another meter box and install that. I was then supposed to be waiting for the final inspection so NV Energy could place the meter and activate the system. In Sep I finally called and asked what the delay was on the inspection. They looked at my paperwork and realized they never scheduled my inspection. 1 ½ months went by without them noticing this screw up. They finally got everything inspected and installed and turned on my system 19 Oct!!! This whole process was completely unmonitored, no one was assigned as a project manager to insure work was done and done correctly. No one would give us any info on what was going on unless we made the effort to find out. The final straw with this company came when they offered to pay me for the power that my system would have produced all summer if it had been running like it was supposed to be. They stated they would pay me from May 20th until the system was activated (Oct 19). I received a check for $355.00 with no explanation of how they came up with that figure. I emailed customer service and said I wanted to see the math because if that was all my system produced for 5 of the sunniest months in Las Vegas, I was in trouble. I received a call later that day telling me they decided to pay me just my interest for the 5 months at $71.00 a month. Lied to me again, changed their minds and paid me a lot less than they should have and never had the common decency to call or email and tell me they were doing it. I have a leak in my roof which they sent an Electrician to look at it. He looked at the stain on my ceiling, walked out to my pool deck and said it couldn’t be from the panels. Never went on the roof or in the attic. They had no problem sending me an email first thing the next morning with a bill for $125.00 for a roof inspection. I refused to pay it and explained what he did and they still have not come out and fixed the leak. I have had many houses and have had many companies do projects to them over the years and Solcius is the worst I’ve ever seen or heard of. You can be well assured that as soon as they get your money, you become low priority to them. Their own workers told me and my neighbor the company was a mess. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your solar system. I am now looking into legal action against the company. People don’t deserve to be treated in this way.

I began my relationship with SOLCIUS early in 2018 ISigned contracts got financing through loan pal $194.00 a month and was in pretty constant communications with all parties involved. Solcius or it’s sales reps were sent photos of a line coming in from the power pole and when I asked if the conduit line would be replaced the assured me it would. The crew that came out did quick work on installation and cleanup I believe in May. The exterior job was due to be inspected but the tech didn’t have a long enough ladder so inspector had to come back at a later time. I didn’t here conversation between the tech and inspector, but a solcius tech returned and had to connect something .on roof with the panels. In early June or July I was advised that PSE&G had to come out to do a meter adjustment in order for me to feed the power the panels were making into the system. Throughout August and September it has been a back and forth trying to have a Solcious Tech and PSE&G come on the same date. Solcious wants Monday’s because there techs have to come from Buffalo NY and they have to pay for overnight stay. Solcious has me trying to contact PSE&G talking to them and trying to gather phone numbers and get back to them. As October was now upon me . Still paying off loan pay and nothing being accomplished. I requested that someone in management be contacted. I was switched to a manager who asked me to e-mail him my electric bills and photos of what the problem was I did this while my wife and I were still o.n the phone with him. He told me he would speak with his boss and get back to me. The next week I called back and he said he didn’t get e-mail. I told him I was on the phone with him when he did get them he suddenly found them. He told me that he had spoke with his superior and they came up with three options where they might be able to help out with some of the finanancing. He told me the options but before I could say anything he said that since some of the problems may have been on Pse&g . It would be too expensive to give me any assistance. Finally today October 15,2018 the tech from Solcious arrived @ 8:00 am and got right to work installing a new panel box, conduit and meter box. Pse&g also showed up with a meter. The only problem, they weren’t told that they had to disconnect the wires from the pole so the connection could be made complete. Maybe tomorrow? In the meantime since I’m not generating electricity I’m not getting the solar rentable energy credits that are supposed to be applied to my loan payments and if I don’t have a quarter of the loan payed off to loan pal my payment will jump from $191.00 to $277.00 dollars a month for the remainder of the loan. Do you think the one star is being to generous?

I have been in sales over 12 years and I know customer service is a “HUGE PRIORITY” So far... promises made by Sales Rep are not true. Follow up and follow through suck! I had solar installed last month everything went good in the beginning with permits and installation. Panels are not producing energy. I have called 4 times already with them telling me twice they are aware and a tech will come to my house and here I am two weeks in with no one showing. Monday morning March 12 2018 I called again rep said: “someone will be there today or tomorrow morning.” No one showed up! Wife called Tuesday March 13 2018 afternoon and she was told, in two days someone might be there. I am getting to the point to consider legal advice to have them remove all their crap, fix my roof and pay for the legal fees.

Signed Paperwork in October 2016 finally got it turned on June 13th 2017. They kept failing inspections even though the city sent them and me exactly what they needed to do, they half attempted to fix it and failed inspection again. Each time it took another 2-3 weeks for a new inspection. It was ready to be turned on in February but due to their incompetence and 4 failed inspections it took an additional 4 months until they finally passed. 8 MONTHS from start to finish. Pretty ridiculous. Their excuse "this city has different standards on labeling" thats understandable but to be given a checklist after the first failed inspection, and fail to comply with the checklist 4 times...

hese guys did great for the installation. then I PAID them again to remove the panels so I could get my roof replaced and I waited 3 months for them to come to complete the service and it never happened. when I finally had to cancel and have another company do the work, Solcius told me they would cancel my warranty. At this point, I would say that even if I did have a warranty issue there is no way that they would even look at it. I tried to make it work but these guys provide no service after the sale. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Ryan, I just spoke to the warranty department for clarification. Unfortunately, we have a tech shortage and weren't able to get someone out. Because of this, you wanted to hire another company for the uninstall/reinstall. We, of course, reimbursed your payment for this service. The reason the workmanship warranty was cancelled is because we are not able to warranty/cover a different companies work. However, the warranty on your system still stands as long as that company didn't break anything in the process of uninstalling/reinstalling your system. We are sorry for the miscommunication. It's been over a month since Solcius installed my solar system. The system itself is fine, but the Solcius employees they sent tore a 2'x1' jagged hole in my bedroom ceiling for no apparent reason, bolted it messily back together, and didn't mention it to me. I have followed up with customer service, but have been told, "[the workers] are very busy," and there is no update available on when they'll fix the damage they caused. Totally unacceptable. I'm sure there are plenty of ethical solar providers out there, steer clear of Solcius.

Worst experience of my life. 15 months into the install and they still haven’t completed it. Inverter installed to small for system, failed to complete a proper site survey resulting in significant problems throughout the install, require customer to monitor their own system on an app that is subpar, and are unavailable for questions or concerns. I can’t even get them to call back. You as a customer are kept completely out of the loop and unless you are experienced with the ins and outs you can expect them to cut any corner they can

I wrote a prior review over a month ago. I encourage anyone interested in this company to read it! I paid both my solar bill and PNM bill for over a year before they found out that the original electric panel was installed wrong only because I insisted! They replied that someone would call me and look into my issues……to date NO CALL!!! Do not use this company. I wish I would have used Solar City!

I don't even want to give them a one star. You contracted with me , didn't fulfill your promises, failed to call, and installed my equipment without an approved permit. This has been 2 years and you removed the equipment and cancelled the contract, but it was a horrible experience and caused a lot of stress. I agreed to dismiss the arbitration and complaint with the contractor's board. However, we never got an apology about the entire ordeal. I hope that your company has learned and is doing better now. It appears so after reading some of the recent reviews.

Absolute Fraud, Misrepresentation and Lies. We got our from their selling representative "Clear home" Representative ERIC M S and his wife Christi F. They lied about Tax Refunds and how much needs to returned back right from the start. We even referred friends to which we were promised referral money. we have written text messages as a proof of their lies and scam. All their lies were discovered when they stopped responding to our calls and messages and despite numerous complaints and messages no one has got back to us and no one from Solcius or Clear Home either. It a shameless book filled with lies, scams and unfulfilled promises, If you are in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia please beware of this overly sweet gentleman by the name of ERIC M S and his wife Chriti C.

We do service South Carolina though and work with a growing network of dealer partners in our different markets. Terrible customer service install was great and the install crew was awesome but no communication during the process or even after the process took forever to install and have yet to see any incentives I would just follow closely with the or whole process I work 70 hours a week and was unable to call them during normal business hours if you go with them they are not about company just make sure you follow up with them during the entire process

Please know if you do not cancel with 3 days they will make you pay a fee of over $200. This company is a scam. Do not work with this company they have no compassion and they lack communication skills. Solius and their partners will not tell you there is a 3 day cancellation period and if you do not cancel they will charge. Do not go with this company. They sent me a bill of $221 right before Christmas.

Very quick to install and start charging you for their product. But they do not follow through with their promises, Still don’t have my cashback they promised and I have no way to monitor my system my system was installed over two months ago. I have called a dozen times and they still have not fixed their discrepancies. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Guaranteed my bill would reduce 30% and not exceed my monthly usage surveyed over my past yearly use. I had averaged $152.00 per month. Now with this wonderful Solar System my past three months have been well over $220.00. Asked for assistance to no avail. Panels were not installed on my roof the way the engineers laid them out on paper. I need four more panel to achieve the promises made.

Was not told would pay for power produce. Sign contract with laptop then was e-mailed the contract Paying more then when with edision. My sis was paying $ 5oo.oo to edision now with solar pays $300.00 ( different company) per month. Sprice finance in texas now owns the payment contract and are very very rude. Need lawyer in Cathedral City ca.

Solcius is a mess, they installed solar panel for us from February and activated with Rocky Mountain from March but system worked only 2 days of March and 15 days of April. None of them generated any power before April 17, I called Solcius too many times to make it work, and it works very fluctuant. And Solcius don't let you see the energy export to grid, or solar panel works or not. I feel regret to work with your company. Customer service is rude, maintenance team is terrible, have to wait a week for a guy come to fix it. Stay away from them.

I have called for customer service 3 times I had to leave a message 3 times with no response. Also emailed once with no responce. I was told my bills would be lower but it seems they didn't put enough panels on my roof. So by time I pay my solar bill then Edison's I am paying the same as before the solar installation. Not a fan of this company or its servicing of its customers.

My smart house came into my home and had me sign paperwork that total went against what I was verbally told. (My fault) Point is why would anyone want to do business with people that dont mind coming into someones home and lie to their faces just to make a buck. Look at the review!

They rig up your payments to where you fall short on purpose then they charge an extra 9000 to your bill unless you come up with 26percent cash I had to come up with 4,200 on the spot plus I get 2 bills now both are higher than my original bill plus all the damage done to my new roof worst decision I have ever made I wish I never did it

Terrible warranty service. It is Mar 7th and I’ve had no solar generation since Jan 26th. No one will call me back and I can’t get any response or action. My next step is to hire an attorney. I’m an elected official in Yuba County, California and I definitely can’t recommend anyone do business with this company.

What happens when you install solar on a bad roof that needed to be replaced but wasn’t and now that the roof HAS to be replaced customer service said they would come out and remove it and put it back on for free and then when we go to schedule we are told it’s 3800 to remove?!

Solcius is an underhanded very aggressive company. They have no qualms in getting a person to cancel an existing agreement to sign with them but will threaten you to the end if you cancel their service. Be ready for a fight!

It is important to monitor your system's productivity using the app for the inverter. That way if your system ever goes down for any reason, we can troubleshoot the problem and make any needed fixes to get you back up and running as soon as possible. Solar systems and equipment can sometimes be subject to failure or problems much like any other device. Please let us know right away when there is a problem so we can quickly address it.

It is the industry standard and law to provide a 3 day right of rescission after signing. Unfortunately, we have to charge customers that cancel outside of that window to cover costs already incurred.
