I signed the purchase contract last year this time and the whole process took me more than a year to finish (the system is not activating yet). Several times the company submit the application with wrong parameters and the government/utility company denies the application and needs to resubmit. After a 9 month-long wait, finally I had my solar systems installed on my roof and then another long wait starts. I had my systems installed on April and right now almost three months gone, it is not activated yet. I called Posigen this Tuesday regarding my status and they told me they will follow up with the utility company and get the final approval ASAP and ensure me that I will receive the text/email update by Thursday. When I called in again on Friday, the representative told me that they have still not followed up with the utility company yet and let me wait for a longer time. The hottest season is almost over and my system is not running yet. If you are looking for a company that will finish all the process within a year, please avoid posigen and try some other companies because right now I don't know how long I still need to wait until my system will be running.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from PosiGen Solar. Despite paying $6,770 for my part of the roof, I have not received a contract or any updates on the project. Numerous promises to send documents or samples have been broken, leaving me in the dark about the progress. As a customer, I expected better service and communication from PosiGen Solar, but so far, it has been a frustrating experience with no resolution in sight.

I recently had a service done by this company, and overall, I had a positive experience. The response time was a bit slow, taking almost six months, but the service itself was efficient and the workers were clean. I haven't received a full bill yet, so I can't speak to the cost, but whenever I called, they were helpful. Overall, I would recommend them based on my experience.

The installation process for the solar panels was incredibly frustrating as they simply did not install properly. It's disappointing that despite my efforts to communicate the issues, there was a lack of understanding from the company's end. Overall, the experience was a letdown, and I would not recommend their services to others.

I recently had solar panels installed by PosiGen and the process was quite frustrating. It took a month to install them, and then they sat unused for weeks. The workers seemed unsure of what to do, and it was only after multiple visits that they finally turned the panels on. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and efficiency in the installation process. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3 out of 5, as I was left unsure about the quality of the panels and the service provided.

The install was very fast the energy check was fast but haven't had the panels turned on yet and they have been on my roof since I wanna say Feb but I think it's been longer still waiting for the inspection I just wanna start benifting from the solar come on!!!

Not sure how to rate your company. We signed up with Posigen in October 2022; our system was installed in mid-March 2023; and we are still waiting on our system to be activated. Only last Friday did we learn there may be a problem with our system; but now we cannot get anyone to tell us what the problem is. HELP!

Communication is awful. We have contacted different departments of the company and are still not completely hooked up. Process was started in September with installation in December and we are still waiting for completion. Awful.

In the beginning my gutters were damaged by the installer. The company said they were damaged before the job was done. I don't think so. Then iv'e gotten 2 bills since going on line with PosiGen, and I see no relief in my bill. Yet i'm locked into a twenty year contract. Not happy with the product.

It took me 2 1/2 months to have my panels removed, by Posigen, for a roof replacement. It's been 1 1/2 months since my roof been replaced and the panels are still on the ground, in my yard. Their customer service, SUCKS.
