The Bottom Line

The POCO Solar Energy team has a combined 150 years of experience. According to the company’s website, 70 percent of the pools in the Bay Area that are solar heated are heated by POCO Solar Energy.

POCO Solar Energy offers a wide variety of products from reputable solar companies, including SunPower, Panasonic, SMA, Fronius, FAFCO, Pentair, IntelliTouch, and EasyTouch. The company is a SunPower authorized dealer.

One downside is that POCO Solar Energy is not a national company, and so its service area is limited to the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and the Central Coast. However, this is only an issue for interested customers who don’t live in that area.

For those who live in POCO Solar Energy’s service area, the company is an option worth looking into, alongside other highly rated solar companies.
