There needs to be clarification as to whether clients have any choice in which panels are installed, which company is installing the system, or if they are offered any financial solutions. 

When it comes to purchasing a brand-new solar system, consumers need the nitty-gritty details. A lack of information or confusion may cost clients hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. 

While on the website, you’ll see that Off Grid USA states that it is available in 30 states. However, if you try to click on the link taking you to that list, you get nowhere. The company doesn’t even provide a complete list of which states it operates in. The website shows Off Grid USA offers its services to consumers in Arizona, California, New York, and New Jersey. The other 26 states? You’ll need to contact the company directly and ask.
