Lumio Solar is terrible. Their salesmen constantly come to my home and are very pushy. They don't leave when asked. When told to vacate the property they argue back. Very aggressive. I would rather be torn apart by wild animals than ever do business with the low-rent shyster company.

Lumio is The worst experience I have ever encountered with a professional Company. My Solar installation started in July of 2022, it is now June of 2023 and my solar installation is not completed yet and Lumio is withdrawing the monthly payment money from my bank account

Very deceitful practices during the sales estimate. I have a signed doc you sign document stating we would not make payments for the first 11 months with a gift card they would send to us that we have never received, nor do they really care to follow up and see what’s going on with it.

Stay away from Lumio. If you are wanting to install solar panels chose another company. Lumio doesn't care about its customers. Once you sign the contract they no longer care about you. They don't keep their promises, they still owe me money from the rebate they promised. I have been emailing them for months and they just ignore me.

Worst mistake ever. Salesman promises one thing. Tells me e-mail is binding and the emails say promised by Lumio….. All BS Lumio said we can’t do this that and third. System they put on isn’t big enough. Absolutely do not use Lumio!!!!

Six months after work was supposed to be done we are still waiting for Lumio to pass final electrical inspection by City of Seattle. This long delay primarily due to uncoordinated efforts of various subcontractors, many cancellations or failures to keep appointments.

Filing a complaint with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission for breach of warranty. Solar system installed by one of the members of Lumio's partnership has failed to produce solar power since July 10, 2022, and Lumio has completely failed to perform under the warranties.

We were told to put in extra panels just to be on the safe side of not having a bill. Our bill has actually gone up. Hunter was our sales rep. Lied through his teeth. Getting in contact with anyone at this company is a nightmare. Was offered incentives upon leaving a review but if you click that option they won’t let you post your review.

I have been connected since June 2022 and I’m paying more now than before. I still receive electric bills for $400-$500 plus the Ggodleap bill. I do not know why or who to contact. I’m getting upset just thinking about what I was told by the salesman. If I had to do over, I WOULD NOT !

We paid 1/2 of the cost to Lumio in August 2022. We still don’t have a working system in February 2023. Communication is non existent in this company. Panels were installed improperly and did not pass inspection. Electrical was not completed and the EV charger not installed. Do not hire this company.
