Atlantic Key was the installer and then I ended up after installation for service with Lumio and very dis-satisfied with them for warranty service These are warranty issues I am dealing with now and very unhappy. A request to repair leaks was submitted August 30, 2024. This was after being told to ensure that the leaks were from the solar. I contacted my roofer who came out and verified they were not from the roof. We had to cut holes in the drywall to verify the water was coming from the cables coming into the attic from the solar. In the kitchen, we found that the connections of the cables were not connected properly. Lumio had us turn the solar off. We have had energy lose due to the heat coming into our home from the holes in the drywall. The leaks are in the kitchen and dining area. We were unable to get into the attic to get the pictures so cutting the drywall was they only way to get the pictures. Finally, a tech came out September 18th, 2024. The tech put tar around the boxes where the cables came into our home on the roof. That did not do anything for the leaks. Lumio has been notified multiple times. I have phoned them a total of 11 times and emailed them 5 times some with pictures. During the hurricane Milton we had substantial rain come in and they were called both before and after the storm again about the leaks with no results. Lumio has been paid a lot of money for the solar and so they are don't seem to care. I am supposed to have a warranty. What warranty? My husband is 74 yrs and a disabled veteran, and I am 70 yrs old with AFIB and am supposed to have heart surgery. We should not have to be dealing with this mess. We are retired and should be able to enjoy retirement. Not being stressed out about our home and damage to it. The customer service representatives have been very courteous all the times I have contacted them. I found that Lumio has recently filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and am not sure if that is why such poor customer service or if the poor customer service is the reason they have had to file Chapter 11. Overall, the experience with obtaining solar services from Lumio was great. My salesman, did not pressure us to buy solar as I have read other company salesman have done. Our sales rep, stayed in communication until my system was installed and answered all my questions. And beleive me, I asked a lot of questions throughout the process. The installation process was overall successful. It did take a little longer than initially projected, but was done professionally and in accordance with my wishes. Lumio could have provided a little more assistance at the initial start, I did have to actually turn on the Enphase reporting system myself, so that process could have been a little smoother. I think a few YouTube video's would help the process and minimize questions.

from the presentation to the installation every team has been professional, timely, and always cleaned up after themeselves. I am still waiting on the final inspection due to city plans do not meet the array setup of the solar panels.. My system is on but I believe I still need a final instpection from the city and fire department as well as Edison.

I have been happy with all the installation work that has been done. However, there have been large gaps between each phase of the project. Now, I'm due to pay a month worth of the cost of the panels and they still aren't generating electricity. I'm hoping that there will be an adjustment made for this, as I was told the panels would generate electricity before my first payment.

We are happy with most aspects of working with Lumio so far.There were a couple communication glitches but installation was good. We're now at the stage of waiting for an appointment with an inspector before the panels can be activated and it's already been 3 weeks.I realize that's not Lumio's fault since the holdup is with L and I, but it's still frustrating.

I thought the sales people and the anchor man were competent and courteous. The paper work side of things was okay but not as professional as I would have liked.The overall coordination of roof/solar on my house took all summer due to increased orders.But once the roof went on, the solar was done succinctly and Puget Sound finally came and turned it on.Very happy with results.

I hesitate putting the 3 stars (I want to put more) but the training of the young men who came to our house could have been better. They were AWESOME with explaining everything, BUT when it came to the day of installation, then when it came to the inspection, and whether or not people needed in the house, they either did not give correct info or they just didn't know how to communicate. For instance: Day of installation, I was told the installers would be there between 8am and 9am. I only took an hour off from work, had to leave and no one came during that time. At 11:00am, I received a text (I had left a note on my front door) from the installers apologizing but that they came from out of town, etc. I should have been given a bigger frame of window for the install. Another two times was did the installer s need in the house and did the inspector need in the house? I was told "no", BUT both the installers and the inspector needed to get into my attic, so the answer should have been "yes".

They installed the panels within the first 2 to 3 weeks and then it took them almost 2 years to have them running. a lot of fail inspections and upgrading and it seemed like every2 months went by before they came and did something . Now after two years this March we are waiting for a reimbursements since last November 2023. All we keep getting is your reimbursement is being processed. Eight months of waiting for a reimbursement is outrageous. I wish I would’ve done my homework but sadly this put me and my family through a lot of changes. I wonder what it’s gonna be like the next 25 years if something happens with solar panels. I lost my trust in them.

We're still not able to get on the solar buyback program due to installation not matching blueprints. We only figured this out after having to wait months for a city inspection. Installation has been updated and now waiting again for city and Lumio to set up inspections times. We will be calling soon to discuss reimbursement of our first payment because of this.

Everything was explained well in the beginning, but there has not been much follow through since the panels were installed. It's as if everything was rushed to get them on your roof, but I've had to send several messages to different people involved with my account to figure out what's going on. After a month, I'm still a little confused on next steps with regard to solar buy back program, how billing will work, etc.

The original date to install was canceled and rebooked because of scheduling problems. It took them a long time inspect. And it still isn't up and running because PSE is back logged. When I tried to call them for help it was like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. I still don't know if we passed the inspection because there hasn't been any contact from Lumio.

I've had my solar system installed for a few weeks now. It's still not operation for a electrical breaker. I've had MULTIPLE electricians attempt to come install the breaker but they haven't communicated the part isn't available locally. I'm going on 3-4 weeks of having a system on my roof that's not operational due to communication issues of installing the correct part. My salesman has been away the entire time and has been helpful trying to get this resolved. The installers need to get on the same page as the salesman.

After the contract was finalized the installation went great. Before signing the contract, our sales person stated we would receive a $500.00 dollar VISA card to help offset the first years payments. Our system is completed and up and running. We have not received this VISA card even after several emails to the sales person.

Well you switched my energy provider and asked you not to which resulted in a &600 early cancellation fee by Pulse Power of which I was told Lumio would cover but they only will cover up to $300 .. salesman lied. I have made 3 appointments to have you install the device in my exterior box that will allow me to use your app to monitor my system. You cancelled two of them stating emergencies elsewhere and the 3rd one you just didn't show up. I called in to discuss this and your customer service after I got them to answer put me on hold and came back and said they would have to call me back. I'm not holding my breathe. It started with my Sales Representative Pearson W being so good and answering our questions that we had with Solar and the process of obtaining it. He was articulate and personable as well as knowledgeable. The Installers Stephen, Truth, Matt,Trent and Trent were here just before they said that they would be which to us, we love PROMPT. They installed the Solar panels Safely, Efficiently, and a very polite crew in every way. They exude confidence of the product that they are installing which is very reassuring to us. The idea that we got this as quickly as we did is very surprising. We couldn't even get our new roof installed that fast. Lumio is a very impressive Company they do what they say they were going to do.

I only gave one star because I could not go any lower. This company has decent customer service after they bend you over a barrel. The salesman Cody made all kinds of promises and what sounded like a decent pitch. After the pitch I figured what was there to lose. I was promised first 3 months no payment and no electricity bill to ensure the system was online and producing as promised, then if it wasn’t able to produce what they promised Lumio would come out and add panels at no cost to make sure they met their “production guarantee”. After the system was installed and online the salesperson was nowhere to be found, refuses to answer or return any of my calls or messages. Finally after 2 months of service which I have paid for along with my excess electrical bills I was informed that there is NO production guarantee but they’d be happy to get me a quote for additional panels to make up for what they weren’t producing. After the first bill came through along with my normal electric bill I reached out to the company to insure I had the correct number for my sales rep. They assured me that I did and also explained to me that the 3 months of them covering the electric and color bills was something that the salesperson had to take care of and it must be in writing or they can do nothing about it. Since he cannot be reached by me that is just another loss cause and lie told by the salesman that the company is refusing to do anything about. This has put my family under financial strain and they don’t care anything g about it. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and will tell you if you do decide to go with them make sure you have everything you want in writing and signed by the salesperson before you sign anything.

My salesman was peter.we were under the clear understanding that Fleetwood. What sufficient panels placed on our roof that would provide production? They would offset our entire electrical bill. Although we had only been In this home 10 months this sales person was confident that they would be able to provide us with the appropriate number of panels. I indicated that if more panels would be needed to supply us a proper coverage of electronic production,. We would not be liable for that expense that they would have To Do it being Lumio. He assured me that the Number of panels installed would be more than enough. My system was installed in March 2020 three.on June 8th of 2020 three,. The system shutdown for no apparent reason and we were unaware of such shut down. I noticed my bill 6 weeks later and it was quite high. I called blue meal they indicated the system was off and they don't know why. Period there's no alert there is no alarm there's nothing the indicates the system is not working. I don't understand the in efficiency of a company that sells you something so expensive that it does not have any kind of an indicator.. 6 weeks after that call they finally showed up. I will say the gentleman named Eric was quite good at what he was doing and educated me as to what the app would be on my phone and how. To work it and he got my system back online.in the meantime. I'm paying for the loan. I'm paying for a very high bill and I ask for a refund from Lumio. That request was made in September of 2023. It is now 6 months later and I have not received anything accept excuses and it's coming and we'll get back to you.i have made no. Less than 4 calls I have. Sent? No ❤️ emails. Trying to address this deficiency.so far I have gotten 0 response or result. I've only had one month that I could actually see how the system works June. It was shutdown so I lost all but one week of coverage July was shutdown so I lost the entire July coverage and in August I lost 2 of the 4 weeks because the system down.so September was the only month that I could have seen at the efficiency of the system. Period with that the panels only produced the equivalent of 3 weeks of power consumption. It's just my wife and I and we are retired. We have our home. Typically at 80° sometimes 70 eight.that's not cold that is. At best somewhat comfortable but we're trying to watch our money' 'cause. We're retired.so with that it seemed rather obvious to me that the agreement I had with the salesperson that we need more panels to cover the. System efficiently. Let me know has refused and they said that it's not on the contract. And they're not responsible for what the salesman offers.my argument is they represented lumio. They wore their shirt by that very same name so my next move is to report it all to the Attorney General.

Lumio is not the problem. They are good until they leave after installation. Then all communication goes dead. You go into this state of limbo because your system is not tied into the power grid. My customer service guy disappeared after lumio install. Don't know when my system is going to go online.It is just sitting there. I talked with a lumio customer in League City. He had his systm installed in July and it still isn't connected to the grid. Can't recommend to a friend because i am in limbo.

Because I've been waiting to get going since April and yet they came n put put the 200 meter Amp, and apparently AEP says that it did not pass. And so here I'm waiting for answer from anyone and nothing. But they sure take out my payment really quick. So here I'm waiting on a refund for July and nothing. Payment for August they got already and still nothing. So now I gotta wait and get my August refund back. I wish I would of never gotten solar panels.

They were polite and were not at all "hard sell". Brice was very respectful of our time and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We chose not to go with solar at this time due to extenuating circumstances, but will keep contact information available in the event our circumstances change.

Lumio approached our house due to the rate of sun exposure. Yes it was a sales approach, but one we have been looking for. We have been doing research and always wondering and curious if North Eastern Oklahoma was a good area for Solar. We Met with Chase and Cam early in the week, filled out applications, signed papers and within a month(which is not always normal) we were set up for installation. Now waiting on the power company for their inspection and sign off! Cannot wait to be more efficient and economical!!!

From start to finish the experience was smooth and went better than expected. Caleb C who spoke to us was always available if we had any questions. After receiving our first invoice from our power company and did not owe any payment to them, we were convinced that Solar is the way to go, and if one is looking for a company, one cannot go wrong with Lumio

Went under contract. Within 2 months had the permits approved. The panels were installed a week later. Within the next 3 weeks they were approved by the city and utility company to be turned on. My electric bill has dropped to 0 kw used. And on top of it all I get a significant tax credit to apply to my taxes for the year that I can use to keep my solar payment low or pocket for a rainy day ;)

I wish there is was a negative number I can give. Folks, run away from Lumio. We have been trying to get someone to come and fix/repair whatever they need to do so that we can produce some power. We have been calling for a month now that there is a problem with our panel.

People don't ignore the signs lumio is really one of the worst company out there. I had lumio for 3 years, due to my house getting hit by the hurricane Ian, I called them to take the panels down, they charge me 7,500. After my roof was fixed, Now for 6 months I've been trying to get them every day to put them panels back up, they refused lumio talking about they are waiting for a permit 6 freaking months 😑  While  I'm still paying for the panels and my light company.  They  are the worst avoiding them at all costs.  Don't know how to post pictures yet

Don’t waste your time with this company. Had a guy come D2D and I’ve been interested in solar so I was willing to hear them out. Scheduled an appt a day later and Israel, sales rep, shows up 15 min late to the appt. Red flag after red flag during the meeting. Asked what the price of the panels were and he said “we actually don’t know”. Told him I was going to shop around so provide me his proposal which I agreed. He said in order to send that over he has to run a prequalification. I was very clear I wasn’t signing anything today but he sent me an installation agreement, and finance agreement and tried saying the proposal was in the documents and I need to open them. Asked again specifically just for the proposal and he said “oh yeah I have another meeting after this but will send it on my lunch break”. Day later and never received it. When I told him I was shopping around his response was “I’m trying to get my guys paid so I gave you the best price possible so I wouldn’t shop around” LOL. Whole process was a total scam trying to get me to commit that day. Wouldn’t come close to this company.

They were in a hurry to sell me the solar panels. We are almost 3 months after installation, and the installation they did cant get approved by city inspectors. I been dealing with their customer team and i just been getting the run around time after time. Very disappointed in Lumio service

Agitated. My system was installed and even after inspections it was discovered when after I received permission to operate, it wasn't fully installed because it was never wired to breaker box so it's been two weeks and still is not.

they originally were wonderful. All of their workers were polite and respectful. Somehow, however, the system has never been activated, and has never worked. I have reached out to Lumio as many times and to as many people as possible and still have no response, other than we will contact you which for the last 5 weeks has yet to happen. If they would just get us going I would change my rating to a 5 because we really want solar and want it to work .
