We are now paying for our solar panels and they are not even up and running yet. The whole process has been a lack of communication. Absolutely would not recommend going with ION for solar unless they get better project managers and actually respond back to messages.

The company finish installing the solar system on December 2, 2022 and is December 15. I still haven’t received a call how to manage the app they were supposed to do some a color matching on the piping they put on the side of the house they haven’t done that. Oh I don’t know how to work the system here so on my part is not good

They took over 2 months to redo the inspection after sending in the wrong plans to the city. Getting any answers out of then was like pulling teeth. I had so many issues with this process, I probably won't even get solar on my next house. Also, I'm STILL waiting on yhe incentive check they promised me 5 months ago.

The support staff and install teams are woefully undertrained, ignorant or just lazy. There were many times the teams were completely out of sync with each other. Different teams are apparently provided different information. There were many appointments missed, lies told, promises made and broken, and nothing done proactively.

From the beginning through the panel installation, the people were great and did good work. And then it stopped. They didn't install the critter guard I paid for and they didn't hook the panels up to our electric. It has been a month without a reply. If you have a lawyer that has dealt with the solar companies I would like to meet them.

Mistakes that needed to be fixed later occurred at every step of the process, and the repairs for these mistakes were delayed multiple times with electricians and techs repeatedly not showing up as scheduled. Customer Support was kind and attempted to be helpful but were frequently clueless and unable to actually help.

Speedy install was a win. System does not generate anywhere close to the power they said it would. Now I am paying more a month then I was without solar panels. I was very very mislead. System can't even generate enough power for my lowest months of the year. Was promised it would cover 95% of my annual usage I'll be lucky to get 40%.

The installation of the panels took place in May of 2019. It is now February of 2020 and not approved yet. Secondly the papers that are supposed to be looked at cannot be viewed on the server that I told the young lady I would rather have them sent to a different server. I never received them

This has thus far been the worst experience. The complete lack of response from anyone including the project manager is completely ridiculous and the little bit of responses we're getting have been to blame the sales rep which definitely is not my issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
