I had an awesome experience working with Freedom Solar. Shane had so much patience with me. He is always available to adress questions and concerns and therefore gained my trust very quick. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process from introducing the solar system and the company, explaining the functions and process, doing the math, guidance, helping me meet my goals, to the installation and everything else post installation was excellent. I have a system that will provide electricity for years to come it give the house an increase in value. We started looking at solar two years ago. We interviewed a lot of companies and salespeople. Every one of them we talked to were more interested in selling us something instead of helping us understand the pros and cons. Then we called Freedom Solar and along came Bradley D. He was awesome. He helped us with every question we had, made sure we understood how it worked and if it would be beneficial to us. We finally decided it wasn’t us.
Two years later and several rate increases later we decided to look into solar again. We called Freedom solar again and talked to Brad again. He was more than happy to sit down with us again and help us decide if solar was for us. After talking to Brad we told him it was such a big decision that we wanted to interview more companies. Brad told us please do, I want you guys to be 100% happy with your decision.
A few interviews later we decided Brad and Freedom Solar were our best choice. We are happy we did. The installation was great. It looks great. For us it is everything Brad said it would be. Freedom Solar and their people are amazing. Everyone cares about your happiness and approval. They treat your home like it is theirs.
The panels and batteries we purchased are just like Brad said. We have been live for two months and the savings are already adding up. Our first bill is was $11.00.
If you are thinking about solar consider talking to Bradley D and Freedom Solar.

I got a great service from freedom solar recently. I've made a consultation with a couple of solar panel companies but I clearly saw the difference in service and responsiveness. I went ahead with freedom solar and they were super helpful during the entire process. I was dealt with Otto for consultation. He did take more time than expected but he was detailed and clarified all the questions. Installation of panels and battery was smooth. They installed battery outside my home and my city had some objections due to which they had to move it inside. This whole process was done without any additional charges. In fact I was not even charged for the first month due to this change in the installation. I highly recommend freedom solar for solar panel in home installations

I researched solar companies several years ago and decided Freedom Solar was the company to talk to. I chose Freedom Solar because they had the best product and the sales rep answered ALL our questions and followed my one request perfectly. My request was that I wanted my system to work as promised. No BS.
Sam Cochran provided us with a product that worked exactly as advertised. My daughter had health issues and NEVER had to do without power again. We had a credit on our bill after the summer and didn’t have another bill until we cashed out our credit in January for $584.18. The next summer, was cooler and we didn’t sell back power for as high a price. However, our bills were low. Here’s hoping for another hot summer.
We are adding another battery for increased power in case of a grid outage and the ability to sell more power back to the grid at a faster rate. Good for us and good for the environment.

The moment I moved to Texas I noticed the power going out alot and saw my electric bill climb to insane amounts. I decided to make a conscious effort to invest in solar to lower my electric bill while making a long term goal of getting off the grid. Freedom Solar has been able to do both with an awesome pre and post sales team!
The initial price with a nice warranty helped me decide to choose over a few competitors, but the customer service sells itself. I received amazing onboarding to implementation guidance, the ebbs and flow with my detach/reattach. Most recently provided guidance with me purchasing my Powerwall and even helped me pick the best electric plan to help reduce my usage and properly plan for outages. There are many folks on the CS/Support side of the house over the years but the most recent name that comes to mind is Silvana Escalante because she helped me calibrate my Powerwall with my energy company for best utilization down to how to program the operational mode. EVERY step of the process was seemless. From the contract work with Bradley, panel installation, electrical work and connecting to the house, to final permitting with the local Electrical coop. The system has worked flawlessly. Our March 2025 bill was $10. We had a net negative energy use, and the bill would have been $0.00 except for connection fees, and energy surcharges courtesy of ERCOT. It has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Freedom Solar as they provide a complete turnkey installation experience.

Freedom Solar did a great job on my solar setup. They were timely, did a great job of communicating, and the install itself was very well done. My solar setup produces about three times as much power as we use in a day (goes into batteries to cover the night), and it's not uncommon for us to have no electricity bill in the summer, even with the AC running all day.

The full and complete presentation from Mark was superb. Freedom was 1 of 4 companies provide us presentations, Mark was by far the best presentation, answered all of our questions and concerns. The only "negative " from my perspective was the price point, I felt it was too high compared to the others. The deciding factor besides the superior product, was the low financing rate.

Best decision i ever made. Initial co sultan went well, did not feel pressured in any way to commit. Install went quickly, maybe half a day or so. Longest wait was for the power company and inspector to bless off on it. Dramatic drop in my electric bill. If I could go back and change anything, it would have been to see about getting a battery included

The process of design, financing and installation were easy and smooth. Any time we have had a question it has been answered quickly and professionally. The only thing that was not explained correctly was that the solar
Used during the hours of production pay toward the electric bill at 100%. However, we weee led to believe the excess daily solar collection would be applied to any electricity we used after dark. It is not. You pay 100% of the electric company rate and they buy the cumulative excess at the end of the month at a reduced rate. Luckily we are retired so we do all laundry, dishwasher, etc. In the middle of the day. Limit our electricity use in the evening.

I purchased 28 solar panels and a Teslawall battery 2 years ago. I purchased an additional Teslawall battery last year. The installation and system performance are exemplary. They clearly explained how the system works and how to maximize it. My average electric bill before solar was $265. My average electric bill is now $50 ($40 of which is the grid connection fee) and my loan payment is $275. I have weathered at least 6 power outages with no loss of power. The Teslawall system monitors weather advisories and makes sure the batteries are fully charged in anticipation of an outage. The whole thing is no-fuss, no-muss. "So simple a caveman can use it."

We’ve been with Freedom Power Solar since mid 2022 (August). The pre-installation and installation experiences were great, but that’s the case most of the time, most companies are great during these times. The after installation period is where the cream rises to the top, and here is where Freedom Solar Power separated itself from the rest. From the friendly staff, to the most up to date information, and the easy use of there apps, it’s been a great experience. They did a great job assessing our needs, and providing us with the best layout to maximize our solar panels. Not only are they producing electricity to cover the cost they also produce a significant amount going back into the grid. It’s different for all, but in our case it’s a win win! We couldn’t be happier.

Freedom Solar handled the installation very well. They secured the HOA and electric company approvals; they kept us informed throughout the process and knowledgeable agents were always available to answer questions. They installed within several weeks of our getting permission to operate from Dominion Energy. We subsequently had a squirrel-related panel issue and Freedom Solar resolved it promptly.

From our first contact with Freedom Solar through installation and beyond, we have We have been SO happy with Freedom Solar.
Their sales force, customer service, installation and referral department have been
so helpful and thorough. I've had a few questions but have not had to wait for answers. We are experiencing such savings, even though it's winter and the panels cannot always generate because of snow. The mobile app always lets us know how we are doing energy-wise so we can make lifestyle adjustments to save more money!

Imstallation of solar pannels and batteries was fast and easy. We have had ours installed now for about 3 years with no issues. No power outages during storms because of battery storage. Was a great decision to buy.

The company complies with what they offer. I am happy with the system and I recommend it with all the people I talk. There just one thing the company should improve and it is the information about the tax savings that the customers would take advantage of. In fact, the customers can not receive credit for the investment on solar.
