When most people think of solar installation, they automatically envision a system being installed on a roof. While this set-up works for a majority of solar projects, it is not viable for every property. Current Electric understands this and has modified installation services to accommodate all property types. Current Electric customers can take advantage of both roof and ground mounts, depending on the needs of the project. 

Considering the design needs, roof mounted projects will have black on silver or black-on-black panels depending on how much energy the client needs produced. These are more visually pleasing panels and Current Electric will make sure that it fits the roof.

Clients who would rather take advantage of yard space can use the ground mount solar system, making it easy to clean off panels during the winter months when Wisconsin experiences heavy snow conditions. Most solar installation companies only do roof installations, but understanding the local needs, Current Electric has adapted to provide both roof and ground mounts.

While most solar installation companies will only provide installation services within one state or a select few cities or communities within a state, a few solar companies service multiple states, regions, and the entire nation.

Current Electric is not one of these expanding companies and only provides solar installation in Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin. 

Undisclosed Equipment Information

Solar installation companies do not produce the actual solar equipment that is installed on a property’s owner's roof. Solar equipment manufacturing companies are responsible for the creation, design, and ultimate production of solar systems. These solar manufacturers then partner with solar installation companies that will install that equipment. Solar manufacturers need solar installation companies just like solar installation companies need the manufacturers.

As a result, a vast majority of solar installation companies create a partnership or multiple partnerships with solar producers. These partnerships allow that solar installation company to install solar equipment. Current Electric does not appear to have one of these partnerships or has chosen not to disclose equipment brand information. This is not typical in the solar industry as most solar installation companies use equipment as a selling point.
