If you are using a device for which the app is not yet available, log in to the mySunPower web portal with your web browser. This way, you always have an overview of system performance. Once the app is available on additional platforms, you can download it to access information and monitor your SunPower solar system at home. They do everything they say they're going to do. There was a problem with the previous installation and they were right there the next day and fixed it and if I had any concerns like that they have resolved it and fixed it.They seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the system to me and if I had any problem they were very knowledgeable on how to resolve it and they resolved to quickly.
