SunPower by The Solar Quote

My experience with The Solar Quote was terrific. I signed a contract five weeks ago, and today the solar panels on my roof are running PG&E's electric meter backwards! Customer Service Rep Brent L. was easy to reach and talk to whenever I had a question. Never any pressure to make a deal. It was his product , information and demeanor that closed the sale. The four-person installation team, led by Carlos, arrived on time, their work was fast, efficient and neat, they were courteous, and they cleaned up the work site when they were done. All communications with others at The Solar Quote (Amanda, Victoria, the project inspector and Bob) were helpful, pleasant and productive. Things got done when they said they would. There were no glitches, surprises or hidden costs. If Brent gives you a quote you like, you won't be sorry to follow through with it.

We were fortunate to have found Mr Brent L. who made our solar installation at our home remarkably easy .He took control of the driving seat and I enjoyed the ride as a passenger.An issue arose and BOB M came and found solution in minutes and fixed the problem.They both are very personable and professional. Installation team was very cooperative in addressing our needs.we would recommend solar Quote without hesitation.

Brent is very well informed and shared this info with me. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion. From first contact to install was only 7 weeks. One day install and 3 days for PG&E to issue PTO. Over all it was painless working with SunPower by the Solar Quote.

Going with The Solar Quote was an easy choice having my uncle refer me to Aracelly who made the process simple install was seamless very satisfied with my choice and would recommend The Solar Quote to friends and family

This company was very friendly, professional and fast to install. I received a great price compared to other SunPower companies and had a very helpful sales consultant !

The Solar Quote is the worse Solar company in the USA. I sign up for Solar Feb 2016 they install my Solar panels Sept 2016. I ask them would they reimburse me my SMUD bills for May, June, July, Aug and Sept, they said they would. I have not heard from them yet.
