You asked for a review I’ll give you one. I’ve been trying to get your company to come out and repair my solar system since Early June. The first time your repair person went to the wrong address then told me that scheduling would call and set up a new appointment. Three weeks later I called and made a new appointment. I changed my schedule so I was available between 7am and 10am when no one showed up by 10:30 I called customer service and was told that I didn’t have an appointment until I told them the date , time and the name of the person I talked to. Then there story changed to they did not have the equipment to get on my metal roof. I asked if they installed solar panels on roofs and he said yes I asked how they got on the roofs. He said a ladder. I said you have ladders to get on roofs then why can’t you get on my roof to fix my system. He then hung up. Now last week a got an email wanting me to call to schedule an appointment for them to come and repair my system . When I called the man I talked to apologized for the problems I’ve had. He then ask me for some dates that I would be available I gave he about 5 or 6 dates he said that someone would contact me in a few days with the date that they would come. It’s been a week and the only thing I have received is two text messages asking me to rate there service. I had to put 1 star because 1. They won’t let me leave comments with out a rating. 2. They don’t have a negative star scale if they did it would be -10 stars.

A crew came out last week and changed the RS Snaps on our system and noticed we only have five of our six batteries hooked up. Thy didn't have the equipment to fix it then. The service was managed on my property and has been setup saying no one needs to be at home to support. The inverter was outside. Technician came and exchange the inverter outside and wanted to setup the wifi connection but no one was at home. No one told us to be at home. So, the tech said he can come back just call or leave message for a different time. I called, sent messages. No answer. Talked with Customer Service and told me they finish the job and they will not come back. The original equipment had the connection and worked really good. Sunnova ex-changed it and did not finish the job. They do not want to come back. Now, I cannot see how much energy the solar system produce or if I have issue with the panels.
