They had a good price point and they have a quality system. They installed my solar panels in the wrong location and made holes in my overhang and they had to come back and redo it but they still haven't fixed the holes properly. I'm still waiting, it's been a month. Installation was fine and the guys that put it in were very good, other than putting 5 panels in the wrong location, which wasn't their fault, it was the paperwork's fault. They did a great job. They need to have more personal customer service attention because they don't always call you back. I have to chase them to get things done and I shouldn't have to do that.

The process to getting your system activated once installed is a lot of paperwork and corresponding with the county and your utility company.
