I went solar 2023 but decided to give it time before writing a review. RADIX SOLAR DELIVERS. Great folks to deal with on every level, from sales, ( great big shout out to Tate) who held my hand throughout the whole process. Retired and alone (happily) this was a HUGE decision and I was nervous. I did my research and read every review I could and decided that RADIX was the way to go. There isn't enough room to tell the whole story, but I couldn't be happier. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, honest about what to expect, supportive and did I say honest? Everything was top of the line. The solar industry is a difficult industry to sell because people don't generally embrace change like this. But I am so glad I did. My electric bill, when I recieve one, is under $10. And I should have some leftover benefits at the end of the year. I through my shoulder out trying to pat myself on the back for doing my part in the uphill battle of saving our environment. Please don't be afraid to take the leap. This is an amazing company with top of the line professionals from start to finish and I can sing the high notes when I see my 0% electric bill every month.

They were upfront about everything from the beginning. They followed through on everything they said and it was a fast process. We had an issue with one of the panels and they got right on it and came out. It was just loose and they were responding very quickly to it. They fulfill their expectations. What they told me I got. Once we pulled the trigger and said you know we'll move ahead with the installation, they walked us through the whole process as far as install and from start to finish and they were very professional all the way through. They were timely and when they said they'd be there, they were there and there were no surprises. Everything was like they said was done. They're a professional company and they follow through on everything they say.

I had left some phone messages with people trying to find out the status of what was going on, hook up and you know, they weren't the original contact person that I talked to they didn't return the call. And so finally, when the APS guy gave me the paperwork that was in the box, I didn't realize the plans were there. And then I realized the office was down in Phoenix and I tried getting a hold of that and that didn't work out. So I went on the Internet and then I found out the home office which is I guess in Utah and I called Utah and that's how I got picked up by somebody in Phoenix or whatever I thought. They were real helpful and real good about it. When they do the installation they should say "this can take a while with dealing with the power company and this and that. If you have a problem, here's your contact point." You really need to have a contact person that you can check with periodically and see what's going on. You know if any if any if the ball being dropped anywhere you know do the ball, we fall through a crack here rather than fine. You know because the fear is you are and you don't do anything about it for a couple of months and then you find out "gee, I should have done that two months ago." You don't know because you're dealing with the unknown. And so a contact point, that's a big deal for them. I know they're really front-end oriented on being able to really rapidly do all the planning and implementing. But then it's that last stuff. So like in trucking, it's the last mile of trucking where things get real important and people don't think about the last mile of trucking because the Interstate part is easy, you know. So I know I've so far they've been I think pretty solid. It's just that I just don't know what the performance of the system is going to be until we get it up and running. But the numbers that they ran by me originally looked looked good and so we're just trying to see if that gets validated.

Everything went very smoothly, good communication, and easy access. You guys are responsive, so I'm very happy. I think your sales representative was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to to answer all my questions and puts all my concerns to rest and the fact that you guys offered. Very smooth, they arrived at 7:30 in the morning and in order to beat the heat and they were done, I think by 11:30. They were very, very nice, and very helpful. They showed me pictures of the installation they made, and they picked up all the debris, which I was very grateful for. It was very good.

Radix representatives explained the process to us in detail and answered all our questions. Installers were professional and efficient. The only delays came from our city water&piwer company in inspecting the installation and installing the meter. We are now receiving electricity from our panels and look forward to no electricity bills!

It all looks very up-to-date and actually looks good on the house. I think they're comparable with everybody else. I was amazed it only took them about maybe at the most about 2 1/2 hours with the whole system in and then they walked me through every step of how it would operate and what the next process was. So it was great.

The sales representative convinced us to go with them. RDX was the salesperson but then Titan did the installation. It's very hard to navigate who you're supposed to be talking to. Once the process started, we had no trouble with RDX directly - they are our primary point of contact, which means they did not necessarily have the most up to date information. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between Titan Solar and RDX. Whether it be scheduled dates or products availability. My system is still being installed now. We have not even been able to use our solar panels yet because the inspection hasn't been completed because all of the installation isn't completed. So while everyone has been very friendly customer service wise, at the end of the day, we're not doing it for the customer service, we're doing it for the panels to get up and running.

Great group in getting the financing and the engineering of the system in the beginning. Then something happened to the local branch and communications broke down with my install not being finished for almost 2 months. And then another month for the inspections and Permission to Operate. But everything was resolved and I was able to start producing power this month.

I’m not sure what star to give. But solar panels have been put on for quit sometime and there they sit. I’m told I don’t have to pay for them for 3 months after they are turned on and my payment is scheduled for August 4th. They aren’t on. I guess we are waiting for APS to put in a new meter reader so it it’s probably not your problem but I’d still like to know that I don’t owe a payment for 3 months after they are turned on.

It took way too long to turn the solar panels on and I know that wasn't their fault, but the sales guy was fantastic at first, but then after a while it got hard to get ahold of him. Installation was fine. They they were supposed to do it on a Friday. They showed up late because they were finishing another job and so they didn't finish it and they had to come back the next Monday to finish it. But the guys were very professional and it went fine other than that.

I'm not really 100% happy with it, but it's working. Install was pretty sloppy. They didn't keep their promise and they broke my tiles and they were supposed to fix it. They were supposed to put bird netting around it, but now I have pigeons living underneath it. None of that has been done and I've had it for a couple years now. It's really good equipment, but the process is just no good. The payment plan is a little overdrawn and they're supposed to have somebody come out and check my solar panels every three months or every six months, and it's been a year and a half and I haven't seen anybody.

As to RDX's installation of the equipment I can attest that the crew doing the installation was great. I dealt, mainly, with Matt. He kept me informed on what they would be doing that morning for the installation. And I was informed of what would happen following the installation. The crew left my property clean and tidy, as well. Chelsea, in the office, was great about keeping me updated every step of the way. I am very impressed with Jacob and RDX Power. They made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process of getting solar installed at my house. I would recommend them to others.

They were quick at first and good at updating. But in the past few months I have had to reach out for updates. I have made 1 payment so far and almost time for the 2nd with still no solar. It has not been hooked up. That's frustrating and the power utility man I talked to said I am not the only house in my town dealing with the same issues.

It's been over a year now since we had the solar panels installed. They are making way less power then promised which has resulted in paying two energy bills. We have been given the runaround by this company so many times after bringing this up to them, always saying it's the other companies involved responsibility. So we decided to do our own research and found we were indeed sold an undersized system at a high cost. It will cost 10,000 more dollars to actually start benefiting from going solar. We once again brought this up to RDX solar and they said they will conduct an investigation. Again more waiting, I guess I was supposed to reach out to them... They have yet to give me a solution or at least an attempt of an explanation and we are fed up. We are left paying a 30,0000 dollar solar panel system that only covers half of our energy needs, so far its been the worse decision in my life and wish they would just take them back and return the money we've invested in them back to us.

My salesperson did not answer his phone after I signed the contract, nor did he ever return my call.he mentioned he would be available if I had any issues which an issue did come up during install. During the solar system install everything did not go as smooth as it could have gone, this was an add on system to our initial solar system And we also had an issue after it was installed.

I was on the fence regarding adding solar to my home, and I found myself just too busy to get serious about it. Then I was approached by Tate F. who explained that he would do all the calculations for the right wattage, and Radix would take care of all the permits, plans and construction of the array. I took a chance, and now that everything is in and finished, I am glad that I went with Radix. They are good people and know what they're doing. The process takes a few months just like Tate warned me in the beginning, so be patient.

Radix is a great Solar company because they are a do all company. They don’t farm out installation or any process to other companies and that is important if you have anything in the future. Also, checked them with my friend from the BBB and they have a good rating probably because they are an all in one company. If you’re thinking of getting Solar, I highly recommend Radix.
