New Day Solar

After interviewing five companies, we selected New Day Solar to install a 30 panel system for us in July of 2015. Our annual electric bill was $59 in 2018. That is less than the minimum charge because we actually sold some excess energy back to them. Their sales representative Wende P was very knowledgable and an absolute dream to work with. She designed our system, laid out our options, answered our questions, and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. We wanted a specific brand of panel and a specific brand of inverter which she was happy to provide. She offered both lease and purchase options. We decided to purchase. We also wanted to oversize our system for possible future electric vehicle or electric water heater or electric dryer installations. Wende laid out or options and was happy to oblige. throughout the process there was no pressure to make a hasty decision. Their installation crew was supervised by both the owner of the company who is a former SDG&E employee who is passionate about solar energy and by Wende. All the workers were very courteous and professional and willing to answer any questions we had. Their after installation service is also outstanding. Very courteous and helpful whenever I call with a questions. New Day Solar has my highest recommendation.

I recently purchased a solar system from them and everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and committed to making sure that my experience was a positive one. Throughout the process, I received regular updates regarding the status of my project. When the big day arrived, Cory the Operations Manager and the installation crew showed up as scheduled and explained what they would be doing during the day. The team worked well together and they finished on time. A few days later when the inspector came out, he said the work performed was outstanding and that he wished he saw more quality work like that. Truly, as a retired Customer Service Manager I was very pleasantly surprised at the incredible job New Day Solar did, from the first conversation to the happy call I received letting me know to switch my system on. They most definitely under promise and over deliver. I did not think that type of quality service was relevant in this day and age. I will not only recommend New Day Solar to anyone I know interested in going solar electric, but urge anyone surfing the net for a great solar company to make a call to them. It will be the best thing you can do for you self, your family and your home.

We chose New Day Solar for our install in 2014 after reviewing customer reviews of over 25 companies, then chosing two other companies for interviews. New Day Solar presentation was informative and was priced right. They complied with our HOA restrictions, install took a day. We were approved by Edison in 40 days, which back then was pretty fast compared to the stories other told. No complaints since and I recommend New Day Solar to anyone who asks.

New Day Solar installed our system last April in Dana Point, Our sales rep Mike E. was excellent !! He made sure we understood our system , and he answered every question we had and if he was not sure of the answer, He made sure he found out the correct answer . Our installation was done in a timely manner , and our inspections were approved with compliments !! We were very pleased with our installation , and the crew was Execellent !! We have been having gusty winds at our home lately and our panels are doing great !! I highly recommend New Day Solar !!!!!

New Day Solar installed our system last March. We are thrilled. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and walked us through several options for our home. The installation crew was finished in 2 days and left everything spotless. We would definitely recommend New Day to anyone looking for Solar.
