With multiple options to choose from, 1st Light customers have the flexibility to find a payment method that best suits their needs. According to the 1st Light Energy website, its most popular options are the loan and lease. With the loan, customers can go solar for $0 down with interest rates as low as 2.99 percent. Customers will own their power, increase their home equity value, and earn upwards of 70 percent lifetime energy savings. With the lease, customers can go solar for $0 down and lock in their energy rates with no maintenance and no risk. Plus, customers will save between 30 and 50 percent on energy costs.
