This is the absolute worst company ever. I turned off my service at a center returning my equipment and was told I had a $36 credit. Today I was charged over $100. I called in to find out why and the very unhelpful customer service tells me this is for a disconnection fee. It is unbelievable that this company is allowed to Rob people. I will never ever use their service again and will NOT recommend it to anyone else. I spent more time without service than with it when I was a customer and I hope they go bankrupt.

I would tell everyone if you are thinking about Xfinity, DON'T!!! They have got to be the most ignorant people I have ever delt with in my entire life! They lie to you from the beginning! They say your bill will be one price and then charge WAY more than quoted and when you call all they have to say is I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I can't help that YOU misunderstood our lies! Then when you cancel they try to charge you $1000+ for equipment they want YOU to disconnect and return, at your expense of course. Horrible experience 😡 the only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't leave a zero!

Gave up DirecTV and thought just cause we had internet with them and thought they had great TV but was we wrong.If you watch Monday night football you might want to get you a $20 antenna from Walmart because they only play it in low resolution witch will drive you nuts watching it. Now the Andy Griffith show or maybe even Bonanza western would be ok but not the NFL what are they thinking? Glad they have a 30 day cancellation because Im not paying $150 to watch 90's quality tv Im just not.

Very displeased. I had a situation where I had a family emergency and had to leave town. I shut off my cable. Bill was paid. I still had the equipment and was receiving notices to return the equipment or pay $272. So, I finally turned in the equipment and was told I was all set. A few months later the amt. $272 was on my credit as outstanding. I of course disputed it. It came back as a valid debt. I call comcast and they claim there is no record of me returning the equipment. And now my credit score is affected because of a comcast error.

I moved two and a half months ago and I'm unable to get service where I live now. They were supposed to send me a refund for $58 6 weeks ago but I have yet to receive it and every time I call customer service they can't understand what I'm saying because their English sucks! The last time I spoke with them they said they refunded it to me on account that they supposedly had of mine but yet I have no account ending in those four numbers. Now they just hang up on me. STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Xfinity sales agent called to scam me into signing another 2 year contract. The agent said my rate was going up on 12/1/19 because my current contract did not include internet. This was no accident it doesn't take rocket science to read my current contract is a bundle. The agent wasn't trying to save me money he was trying to make a sale. I just emailed the owner Tom K to give him a piece of my mind.

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. NO 24 hour support, took 2 hours to sign me up due to their “system” crashing 5x then received faulty equipment and was told it would be over a week until a technician could fix problem. Returning equipment in the morning and literally signing up with anyone who has 24 hour customer service and modems and routers that work without tacking on “modem rental fees” and $30 worth of other taxes and fees. What a joke of a company.

When u ha e something waived u shouldn’t still be paying for it well They waived a charged but was still charging me for it every time I called it was something different so at the end of the day I needed up wit a 900 dollars bill bc they couldn’t get it right... they need to train there employees better and have them all on the same page bc it’s something different everytime I call in so needless to say I canceled all my service with them bc how do u waive something but still try an charge you for it smh

Worst customer service ever. We experienced nothing but issues with them. They have overcharged us tremendously and when told we had a credit coming we were not given it and told they weren't wrong when we have emails from them saying we would be getting a credit. They blatantly ignored numerous emails and phone calls. They need to be reported to the better business bureau.

Xfinity is too expensive and has hidden charges. We moved and had to terminate our service as it was non-transferable to our new location. I was told we could cancel at any time but no one mentioned the $100 fee for canceling “early”, despite not having a choice in the matter. Better off with a smart TV and paying for the apps you want, rather than paying for an over priced package with a bunch of channels you won’t watch.

I just want people to be aware of the bull comcast will tell you to sell you stuff. If you are renting from an apartment and the cable is included and you decide to add internet and you asked them is the cable seperate from the internet and they say yes please im begging you to not believe them. If for some reason you can't afford it no more they will cut everything off. A sucky business if you ask me .i will never suggest this company to no one .

I am very displeased with their customer service. I asked for a simple 2 sentence email stating that we have never missed a payment and were never late. They wouldn't do it. Now I have to pay $185 deposit for utilities. Had they written the letter the utility company would have waived the fee. They were the only utility we had since our apartment included all other utilities in the rent. When I think of all the money we spent on Comcast the past 5 years and they couldn't even help.

If I could leave a lower review I would. They have sent over 6 techs out to my home to fix issues and still can’t seem to get my service working continuously. I am on the phone with them more than my boyfriend. They also refuse to discount my account on a reoccurring basis. They would only credit my account for issues they were notified about. Absolute trash.

i would love to know why is it that whenever the agents dont have an answer for your question they ALWAYS refer to it as an outage in the area, i had called in the past when my internet and tv go out and that is their answer however i called the other night and my tv and internet were not out but they didn't know how to help so they had just said there was an outage its unreal

Comcast continues to have outages and problems. We pay our bill on time every month and when we try to find out what the problem is, we have to wait on line or on the phone for extended periods of time. Not impressed with the amount of outages they have. "We're currently performing routine system maintenance. This may cause an interruption to your service. We began work on 10/17/2019 12:06 AM (Mountain), and this is expected to end on 10/17/2019 06:00 AM (Mountain). We appreciate your patience."

U can't call their telephone number, because all that happens is u get caught in a loop. And when u finally trick the system to get a person on the phone. They cant fix it on the same day. It is currently October 15th and I've had 2 separate technicians come out, called Comcast 6 times, and chatted with agents online multiple times yet I still have not had my internet set up. Last I heard it was going to be another 14 days before they could come out to set up my internet. That was 16 days ago

By stop scamming & lying to your customers. I called to add 2 channels back my package that they removed. The customer resolution person told me that I had an offer on my account that would save me $73 a month. I asked repeatedly if this miracle package would keep what I currently have. He told me yes & that he would also give me a $30 credit. I got home and all my premium channels were gone & no $30 credit and I could not get my package back. I'm plan to leave. I will never use Comcast Xfinity again. One cannot disconnect unless all charges are paid in full even when charges are disputed. We moved from the home andI returned rented modem and stopped service but was still charged for service. Didn't receive notice of the bill until a year later when the account was turned for collection. This company is too big and has very little competition. Rather not have cable than deal with them again.

Xfinity/Comcast will have their representatives lie over the phone about charges and amounts due just to hit you up for more money later. In my case this was over $100. Every other business would write this off if they miscalculated a final payoff balance. Not Xfinity though! They’ll soon send you to collections than let one of the largest media-com companies take a hit to their bottom line. Greedy, bad practices. Definitely avoid.

I would give negative stars if I could. Their customer service is atrocious. I was in the process of moving so they canceled by account deleted all of our legal documents from the My Account portal without warning. I spoke with 10 people on the phone and on chat just to get a copy of my contract--half of them hung up on me. Apparently, they are not allowed to provide customers with contracts. Extremely shady business practices.

I have had numerous problems with this service. My Internet plan is 75 Mb and it buffers constantly, even though I have the Roku set at 720p. Have had several instances of being unable to even connect resulting in hours spent on the phone trying to resolve it. 3rd tech visit I was charged $70!!! It is NOT my fault their service is so bad. The one redeeming factor is we get local channels. My year contract is almost over and I am actively shopping for a different provider.

Every time I call for assistance with xfinity I am talking to a robot. There is literally never any option to talk to a actual human being and non of the robots options are what I need help with. It’s totally ridiculous that there is nobody for me to actually talk to, and when you go to the xfinity store for help in person there are hour long lines. There needs to be a customer service operation with actual human beings helping other human beings.

We switched to comcast 2 weeks ago from Direct TV. Since that time we have had to do a system reset nearly every night using automated chat. Have tried to use the human chat but comcast has an automated messase saying they were having technical difficulties. I tried to use the technician call back and again they were experiencing technical difficulties. So called the help line and the security questions are phone number and zip code . They said my phone number and zip code are incorrect. Comcast, you can come get your crap out of my house.

Comcast is a lousy service provider and, arguably, practices predatory business practices towards small businesses. The representative did not disclose a 60 day termination policy which is buried in boilerplate language. We continue to pay for a service that we do not use at an exceedingly high rate for slow and intermittent service. Do not use Comcast if another provider is available. I am extremely disappointed with their business practices and taking advantage of clients without their representatives explaining the terms. KMI LLC

I don't have alot of space but basically Comcast has THE WORST customer service ever!! They posted my automatic payment twice, I had to speak to several rude reps to finally be told I would receive a refund in 24 to 48 hours well five days later I still don't have my money. I called again today and was told they would call me back in an hour, it's been three. So unfortunately I have to now dispute charge through my bank. I pay all this money a year to be treated like this? Thinking of leaving Comcast. I'm just disgusted!

I was a loyal Xfinity customer. I even recommended it to friends and family and got them to get Xfinity service. I was in the process of moving and when I called xfinity nobody explained to me about early termination fee or just didn’t clarify anything to me. I got charged without even knowing why. I called again and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. Will never get service with them again and will not recommend it to anybody.

This company is a ripoff. I signed up for service and it degraded to an unusable state daily. The pings would go in the 1,000s. I work from home doing IT support via RDP and I absolutely could not do my job. I called in 4 times to resolve the problem. I purchased 2 high cable modems totaling $600.00. The service continued to drop daily. I cancelled my service and went with ATT (which works perfectly by the way) and I got billed a $59.00 termination fee. I got billed a termination fee for a service that absolutely did not work.

This company has terrible communication. I did not receive a bill for the first two months and had no way to access my account, which ended up with a past due balance. When I got my first bill, it was completely wrong, overcharging me by $60. I had to call multiple times to correct the issue. Frequently, when I was being transferred, the call was dropped and I had to repeat the information. It was incredibly frustrating.

Horrible experience I’ve been trying to move into my new house and have had nothing but problems with comcast with trying to switch my internet and tv over to the new house every time i call them i have to wait on hold for hours getting tossed around from employee to employee and still not getting anywhere it’s been over a week and still no internet this company just doesn’t know what they’re doing and aren’t willing to help they’d just rather send you to the next guy who also can’t help or do their job right. Keep up the great work Xfinity!!

I've been a customer of Comcast since 1990. Every year, the cost of the service goes up. I'm currently paying $205.68 before fees and taxes. I called customer service to try to lower my cost. The agent was very kind; however, because of the way Comcast bundles the networks, the agent could only minimally lower the cost. I'm disappointed and will now start investigating live streaming TV as suggested by Clark H, a nationally recognized consumer advocate.

Once I got the new package it was the worst service ever and then will not change it they would rather me leave the company. then they act like they're being nice and polite when they want you to pay the same expensive amount for less service. So far I like the internet service it works good if it actually is working but whenever I have a issue it takes 4 phone calls and nothing ever seems to work right there customer service is trash and they never get you a clear answer if the issue is resolved. Then they make you jump through hoops just to get something done I would like to keep my service but they need a better support system with there customer service.

If I could give a zero I would! I have the top package for my house and have internet/tv problems everyday! I’ve called more than a dozen times to get help with the problem been told twice that they would come take a look as I live in a multimillion dollar area but no one has ever come! The other ten times plus I called waited on hold for an average of 30-45 mins then either got rerouted or hung up on! If u can chose any other company! I will be switching my self at the end of the month! Trust me u will thank me later!

Several months after signing up they simply removed a premium channel (Cinemax) from my package (without even telling me!). I can still get Cinemax for an additional $12 a month, so in effect, they raised the price of my package by $12 a month despite the claim of a one year price guarantee. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with that.

Comcast is always taking money from us each year my bill goes up when the promotion expires. There is no promotions out there for existing customers that can save money. Shops around that is what I am going to do. It makes me upset when they say the same thing over and over. " So sorry but you are still getting the best price." Or "their is no promotion we can give you that inc what you have for what you are paying now" . It's like a script that they are reading over and over again.. Ugh tired of them!!

I didn't the get the channels or the dvr that I ordered. They charged me another $70.00 service call to get the correct dvr. They charged me $5.00 or $10.00 here or there until I got all the channels I could get and I still did not get all the channels I had with ATT and they were not in HD and it cost me $50.00 more a month. When I tried to get phone service they could not find my account and they charged me $120.00 for an Ipad that I did not use.

I spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get someone at a xfinity store to answer questions about the pods but could not get a human being. When I did get a person they wanted the last 4 of my social security to give me any information. When J drove to the store I had the pods in my hand but was told I would need to make an appointment with a sales representative to purchase the pods. They make everything so difficult and keep wasting my time. I have had several poor experiences with xfinity in the past week.

I talked to them a nd they said that was not there problem if the cancellation didnt go through (a mistake on their part) and send me to a collection agency. I have been a customer since 1997 and although they thanked me for my loyalty it’s just something they are supposed to say but do not value. I was Quoted a price over the phone for an upgrade by a xfinity rep. She even put it in my file but when I went to xfinity on Daniel W in Nashua Z told me I was quoted wrong and that the price didn’t include the box. The manager refused to come talk to me. When I called customer service back the rep quoted me the EXACT same price as the original rep over the phone had. Horrible Customer service by Z and his manager at Nashua Xfinity.

They ask a series of questions and sub-questions, none of which cover issues I wanted addressed. You can't get to a live person to assist you. Their on line chat system has no place to type a question. Horrible support, especially from a supposed high tech company.

The worst experience ever They know their reps are falsely promising deals and they do nothing They just fall on sorry they wrongly advised you but you still need to pay the astronomical price Alert. a contract doesn’t include a promotion. Contracts are for equipment Promotions are where they can increase the price and you have to pay it. We moved to century link for 1/2 the monthly cost
