Comprehensive Pest Control

Senske has more than 70 years of experience handling pests of all shapes and sizes. The company guarantees all its pest control work; if a customer complaint about returning insects reaches Senske's corporate office, the company will send out a licensed technician to re-treat the area at no cost to the homeowner. Senske's pest control services cover the following:

  • Ants
  • Bed Bug Control
  • Cockroach Control
  • Birds and Bats
  • Rodent Control
  • Moles and Voles
  • Scorpion and Spider Control
  • Stinging Insects (Bees, Wasps)
  • Termite Control and Treatment
  • Tick and Flea Extermination

Variety of Services

Senske offers many types of services, including lawn and tree care, grounds maintenance, weed control, and holiday lights, in addition to pest control. Senske provides different plans to treat for ants (including pavement and carpenter ants), bed bugs, birds, rodents (mice and rats), scorpions, spiders (including black widow, hobo, and wolf spiders), stinging insects, and termites. Under these plans, the company additionally treats for earwigs, fleas, wasps, roaches, yellow jackets, hornets, and cupboard pests.

Free Quote Tool

Senske's website offers a free price quote tool. This tool helps the homeowner how much he or she can expect to pay for lawn service, tree service, or pest control services; however, in order to receive the quote, individuals must provide personal information, including an address. This is likely because so much of pest control depends on the size of the home, the type of pest issue, and the extent of the pest problem. Once an individual has requested a quote, a Senske specialist will contact him or her with further information or to schedule an inspection.

The Bad

  • Limited Plan Information
  • Limited Contact Information

Limited Plan Information

While many other pest control companies give a detailed description of their plans, Senske leaves a little to be desired. It gives an overview of the plan, but does not share the type of chemicals it uses, the number of times it provides service, the length of its contracts, and so on. Especially because individuals must first share their address and contact information to receive a quote, this is worrisome. While it is likely not Senske's intention, considering their focus on honesty, some companies choose to withhold information, hoping to lock clients into contracts before they truly have all the information.

Limited Contact Information

Senske does not give very many options if customers need to reach the company. It does provide a phone number, but not the hours that customers can reach Senske at that number. The company also provides a form for clients to leave questions and comments, but this form does not promise immediate responses. This lack of contact information may be because Senske supplies an FAQ section, so the form is only necessary for those hoping to set up an appointment, but it still makes it difficult for those who may need an immediate response from the company.

The Bottom Line

Senske provides some great options for people living in Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and Washington. It has many plans to fit all kinds of pest problems, but those plans are not well detailed on its website. If consumers choose to go with Senske, they should make sure to ask as many questions as necessary (or read our verified Senske reviews below), especially since consumers have to share so much personal information to get the information they need.

JT Clary Pasco, WA

We had lawn service and weed control/fertilizer in our pasture. They killed 15 year old arborvitae’s and trees in the pasture area. They promised they would make it right. Now it is spring. No replacement trees, unresponsive service, not a single credit or apology. Now their opinion is death by beetles. But only the trees in the area they treated are dead. Not the trees right next to the dead ones that didn’t get their treatment. Horrible service. Completely ruined our landscaping and refuse to do anything about it. Do not use this company!
