DIY Pest Control Service

Pestie seeks to disrupt the pest control industry by putting the power into the hands of the homeowner through its mail-based, DIY pest control solutions. I have written a few times before and you have not answered my questions or helped. I need either 1. More product or a better blend for our home. I have been using Pestie for over a year and I am still seeing constant bugs which tells me your product isn’t working. Please either send more product (once per month) for us to use or a better product for us. If you cannot help, please elevate this request rather than ignoring. One of the worst companies ever!!! It’s a scam, I signed up for a one time delivery plan and next thing I know I get it every three months which I never signed up for. First of all there is no phone number where you can reach them at. The only way to reach them is by email which they never respond, I have send them countless emails and I still have not heard from them (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE). They are very professional at charging and taking your money. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE STRAIGHT OUT THIEVES. you pay for what you get, lousy service A very unsatisfied customer Harry

1. What date did you spray? May 31, 2023 2. Where did you spray, did you spray inside? (around the foundation of your home, porch, indoors, the kitchen. I sprayed the entire foundation. I came into the home and sprayed along the walls and under the furniture. I sprayed the inside and outside windows. I sprayed doors top to bottom and entrance ways. I sprayed the entire house. 3. Where are you seeing the bugs? Everywhere and that includes the family on the couch, in bed everywhere. 4. What bugs are you seeing? THAT IS A STUPID QUESTION TO ASK!!!!! Ants, spiders misc bugs. Don't you advertise all the bugs this is suppose to kill? Looks like you customizing what your spray kills not what you advertised for. 5. Did you keep your sprayer and is it still working? Yes I keep the sprayer!! This is lousy!! I could have gone to Lowe's and paid about $28 and got sprayed that last 18 months. But I tried to believe claims. If you want to piss of customers you're doing a good job

Pestie is lying to their customers! When I brought it to their attention and asked for a refund they blocked me. They sent me Temprid Fx! It’s sold on Amazon for $7! Which they advertise as their proprietary blend of chemicals but is not! It’s sold on Amazon! I have purchased it previously from Amazon for $7 but Pestie advertised selling a proprietary blend of chemicals so I ordered their product paying $49 thinking I was receiving a blend of chemicals to kill bugs based off where I live. That’s how they advertise their product. It’s false advertising and a scam! They basically package up something they get cheap off Amazon and re sell it to customers for WAY more! Beware!!

Worst company ever. I cancelled my services. Pestie kept charging me. They lied and said "additional information" was needed to cancel the account but as a courtesy they cancelled the account. Which means they never needed additional information. They just wanted to keep charging my account. DO NOT USE.

I ordered a one-month supply of the product - one time shipment. I never signed up for any delivery plans, however I started receiving semi-monthly deliveries. Tried contacting the vendor multiple times by email, IM (no live chat - it's a lie!) and phone (no live agent - messages only!) and left multiple messages. Not a single response. Disputed my CC charge. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD - DO NOT USE!

I went through the whole process to get signed up, putting in my ZIP Code in so I could get pest control from my area, and when I receive the box, it was flea spray. Come to find out I somehow got signed up for a pet subscription, which I didn’t even know existed . When I reached out to the company they were more than happy to take back the product but I would have to pay shipping to return it. Disappointed in the whole process, and Customer Service was subpar. Double check to make sure you know what you’re getting. Very disappointed past customer.

I was using a regional company for quarterly applications and decided to go with Pestie to save some money. Big mistake, about a week after the first application we had ants in the bathroom. I emailed customer support and they sent me a booster application. No help we now have ants all over our kitchen in all areas, pantry, cupboards, under the sink. We keep a very neat home and kitchen. I reached out again and no more solutions or other types of bait just "it sounds like you are unsatisfied we will give you a refund."

I emailed them about a known pollinator killer (imidacloprid) that is in their subscription package and I never heard back from them. They do not provide a phone number to call them and ask questions either. It's sad they claim they are eco friendly yet their ingredients state otherwise.
