We do not recommend Insight as your home’s pest control solution. We had our first treatment and still had bugs. Upon calling them, they retreated. We still have grubs, crickets, and ants. What we we not told up front is that you have a one year contract that you can not stop. Very disappointed. Further, they fail to follow the requirement to get permission to solicit door to door in our town.

Whatever they did doesn't work. they came, 10 minutes later gone. infested with beatles, stink bugs, etc, 3 weeks later. called customer care, 3 days later, no response. still have bugs, still waiting on them to respond. poor service poor quality. I power washed the wasps and sprayed everything with a soap solution mix water, gee, no more beattles, wasps, why am I paying for this?

Scammers and crooks. Also got cornered while outside by a salesman for a good rate for a 1 year contract only. Called the company after a year to discontinue service because frankly, their services were garbage. Lo and behold I got charged 2 months later when they came without my consent or permission to my house while I wasn't there, and even though my call was documented, their idiot agent didn't close my account. The real kicker- they automatically billed my cc AND sent me a paper bill. Crooks. Run, don't walk away from these people. And my yard is FULL of spiders.

Got cornered by a sales rep that came up my driveway and into my garage where i was working. I was lead to believe that i could try this service for x amount and if i wasn't satisfied with the service i could cancel at any time. I didn't feel it did much so i tried to cancel the service and was told i have to pay 250 dollar cancellation fee. Crooks and a garbage product.

After two appointments, my wife and I decided to cancel the service because the lack of results. We originally got the service to get rid of large black ants and spiders. When we called to cancel, they mentioned that there is a cancellation fee of $100. Why should I pay for something that does not work, and be penalized for trying to cancel? The lady on the phone showed little to no interest in my concerns, and instead, tried to convince me to agree to another appointment (under warranty). No thanks! Very disappointed to say the least.

The sales person that came around gave my husband a great rate and we thought it was a one time service. He came back that night to speak to me and that is when we found out it was a year contract with seasonal service. Now with the link between pest control and cancer we wanted to cancel. They would not let us out of the contract and doubled the TLA fee we were quoted. Please don't use their service.

We were mislead right from the beginning. We thought we were having a pest control treatment, not signing up for continued, expensive service. After they showed up 3 months later, they informed us that we had agreed to a year long service with them. I would strongly not recommend a company that uses deceptive, unclear guidelines to run their business.

I lost my job and told them I would be quitting the service. They billed me for $273. I told them I wasn't paying. I was sent an e-mail stating that they would just charge me $173 and waive the $100 fee. NOW, I get a bill for the $100. I called them and they said they have no record of that e-mail. NEVER EVER use this ripoff scamming company. Besides, there product is WORTHLESS! Bugs still in yard. Had to treat the yard myself for bugs...TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY!!!!!!

The issue with the email was a mistake on the part of the rep who was not aware of the agreement a member of management had made. The $100 discount was given as a courtesy given your situation. As for pests in your yard, we are a structural pest control company and we do not treat you yard, so the pests in you yard are not a reflection of our service because it is out side the scope of what we treat.

Horrible experience, Salesperson will show up at your door offering their service, saying that they have a checklist to you but in reality its a contract, but he will tell you that you can cancel the service at any time, guess what? all lies, I tried to call to cancel and got informed that I need to pay for the remaining visits ($100.00 for a less than 10min visit), hold on... the technician doesn't go inside of your property and the last visit was a raining day, maybe he didn't want to get wet. To me INSIGHT PEST Solution a BIG SCAM taking advantage of good neighborhood.

Door to Door scam promising the world with really only one main interest. Obtaining your Money. How can a company such as this enter into different states trying to obtain more clients and then do it in the manner they do. They don't pull permits when they are required to solicit door to door and they never follow through on what they promised. Oh, and don't forget, once they have you on the hook you have to pay a hefty cancellation fee. You know the ones putting the 5 star reviews on here actually work at Insight, right? The worst business model I have ever seen. Worse than Terminix!!

Be sure you know EXACTLY what you're signing up for. "Great" deal for a year - pitched by nice young man going door to door - is going to cost us almost $600. Treatment visits short and of questionable efficacy. The company even did one a few days ago in a Cleveland January (like that's going to do any good outside). Try to get out of your contract and Insight charges you a $100 penalty plus the money you "saved" on your first treatment. Stay away!!!

Scammed by the salesperson just like others. Was told that there was a no strings attached cancellation policy and that I did not have to have any other treatments after the initial one. When I tried to call to cancel, today I found out this was not true. Tried to get contact information for supervisors within the company and was told it was company policy to not give this information out.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Same story as so many others. Salesman Jordan W got me to sign a contract. I said I wanted to talk with my spouse, he said I could easily cancel. Tried to cancel in less than 24hrs. Wrote a letter in the contact section of the website. Texted the number he gave me and said he would take care of everything, and I didnt have to do anything else. Needless to say after arguing with the accounting dept.,I paid the bill and the person I spoke with said he would waive the $110.00 collection fee....just received a bill for $110.00! STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this company, after spending $400 and wasting a year I still have bugs at my house. After canceling service they charged me an additional $99.i had to make 4 separate phone calls and deal with 8 separate representatives. The last representative was rude and refused to refund. So I took it up with the better business bureau, not surprising they refunded my money immediately. Save yourself the time and aggravation and choose a reputable company.

SCAM! First they say that they are giving you a discounted price of $79.99. Then you get charged about 30 days later for $129. No sure what is in their products - no difference in pest control - actually seeing an increase. No appts avail for the "free services" - tried to cancel and now I have to pay $490 additional to get rid of this company. Customer service was worthless! Only gave a 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to give ZERO!

they come to your house with the same story.. all your neighborhoods are using our company... the salesperson is very polite.. explains about pest.. ok but they never say is a one year contract until you pay and recieve the email confirmation and nothing you can do because if you want to cancel you have to pay a lot.. so Im stuck with them but NOT happy... I'm even seeing more ants and spiders than before!!! and roaches I'm starting to see them...... So what did I pay for????

I wanted a local company for pest control. The guys who actually come to your house are very nice and professional. They are not a local company though and the service from the back office is terrible; whenever you need to talk to them you get a "crackly" call center, indifferent experience. I have cancelled my contract and will never use them again.

The application of their material to exterior was applied by 2 guys who looked like they were high school drop outs. When the work was appalling, I was not able to dispute the charge. Like many other reviews on the internet, the 1st visit is the only one they care about. After that they drive by and may put a sticker on your door saying they were there. 1 year later I have as many if not more ants. I called them back for multiple resprays and still have an ant problem. After my 1 year contract was fulfilled, they came by one more time and tried to bill me for it. Turns out their "policy" is ongoing and NEVER expires once you sign up. Regardless of original contract length. So, I am now on a mission to WARN EVERYONE I CAN...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Door to door sales convinced my wife to use the company. BBB seemed to have very good rating so I went with them. The first visit was very good, but the second one not so much. They messed up the deck by spraying on the wood made ugly stains. The company didn't offer proper fix but sent one nice lady to manually wash the stain off without succeeding. Now I have to refinish the wood.
