Horrible, The stuff they use to spray your house doesn't work. Customer service is bad the lady i talk to about my account had a horrible attitude and top it off they claim I sign a year contract which i didn't they can't even show me proof and if I cancel this year contract I will have to pay $300

Not impress. Patch 2 hole for 459 bucks without setting rats traps. I cannot use poison at my house with 4 year old. I have install 8 electric micro wave for rodent. Last week I set 9 trap with cheese and caught none. I could have bought a cat and train to hunt these rodent. Lost 459 bucks in a half hour and the rodent are still roaming the house.

This company had someone come to my home while I was not there. The person went into my backyard and sprayed without me agreeing to this. I called the company and told them that this was illegal and they were trespassing on my property. The lady tried to say that they would still charge me for services I did not ask or want. Scam

Overall rating would be negative stars! Do no use this company, they are deceptive, predatory and trespass on your property. Read online reviews, everyone is saying the same thing! They don't tell you that you have signed a contract that you can't get out of, so you pay for a service that is substandard or they send you to collections.

These guys are total SCAM ARTISTS- avoid doing business with them at all costs. They run a deceptive cancellation policy: after cancelling service by phone, they TRESPASSED and performed additional service, which I refuse to pay for. Now they threaten collection agency action! Billing for services never provided calling me a liar, that the tech showed up and serviced our house even though I was home all day in the front of the house doing yardwork. I had to fight to get more than 1 baitbox even though we live on a farm. Had to perform the service myself. Horrible company

Horrible experience, they have undisclosed information and trick you into buying their contract and make you pay a huge penalty if you decide to break the contract so in the end you are forced to complete, bad overall experience with work and support.

Zero rating for this company. It is totally scam. We were told $99 for 4 times service, now they said it is $99 charge for each time. If you want to cancel the service, you need to pay $275 to terminated contract. Very bad service too! Be aware!
