Critter Control was founded in 1983 by Kevin Clark, who had a new vision for animal control and wildlife removal: to consistently practice humane wildlife management. Critter Control handles all types of household pests but focuses on vertebrate pests such as squirrels, raccoons, rats, and a variety of birds. Its service focuses on eliminating animals, preventing future damage and repairing the existing damage.

Critter Control has determined standards of excellence in animal pest control, and the company upholds these standards with its professional staff of biologists, zoologists, animal control officers, and anti-cruelty personnel.

The Good

  • CritterSafe & Services Performed
  • Wildlife Management
  • Preventative Measures
  • Attic Insulation and T.A.P Pest Control Insulation
  • Financing Options

CritterSafe & Services Performed

Critter Control has introduced CritterSafe that offers an even more humane wildlife management option. CritterSafe offers non-lethal animal removal services, no-trap animal control, wildlife release on-site, and one-way doors to help minimize stress on wild animals. CritterSafe also includes an exclusive Animal Entry Worksheet, home inspection and detection service to identify potential wildlife entry points and prevent animals from further damaging a home or business.

Homeowners and businesses can expect the following services when they call Critter Control:

  • Species-specific no-trap animal removal techniques featuring one-way doors and excluders
  • Humane animal handling, safe harborage and reuniting of offspring with parents/siblings
  • The use of eco-friendly animal repellents and deterrent techniques to discourage return
  • Professional grade animal proofing: animal entry and exit holes, identified problem areas, roof vents, chimneys, plumbing vent pipes, exhaust vents, decks, porches, garages, etc.
  • Consumer awareness and education regarding follow-up procedures

CritterSafe is the environmentally-friendly animal removal alternative for residential and commercial properties that uses humane wildlife techniques to help protect wild animals.

Wildlife Management

Critter Control is the nation's leading wildlife control company. The company specializes in preventing and solving its customer's pest and animal problems. The company offers animal trapping, dead animal removal, wild animal control, and capturing wild animals. Many of the Critter Control offices also provide pest control and exterminator services.

Critter Control has advocated for humane animal removal services. Critter Control uses innovative, integrated methods to handle nuisance animals responsibly.

With every unwanted wildlife situation Critter Control first identifies the point of entry, traps or removes the animal, then start working on preventing other animals from getting in. Critter Control offers efficient and affordable solutions for wildlife insects, varmint, and other critters, such as:

  • Ant infestation
  • Armadillo removal
  • Badgers
  • Bat treatment
  • Beavers
  • Bee inspection
  • Bird control
  • Bobcats
  • Coyote
  • Deer
  • Foxes
  • Gopher
  • Rodent prevention
  • Moles
  • Opossum removal
  • Owls
  • Rabbits
  • Raccoon control
  • Rat treatment
  • Skunk control
  • Snake removal
  • Squirrel control
  • Termites

In short, Critter Control is equipped to handle just about any pest problem it encounters. That said, the company specifically states on its website that they will not get rid of a dog or cat.

Preventative Measures

The professionals at Critter Control may use several different methods of habitat modification and exclusion to effectively keep wild animals from entering a home. Habitat modification identifies and limits access to food, water, and shelter for the target species, whereas, exclusion techniques entail sealing points of entry, placing screens over vents, or establishing some type of barrier.

Your Critter Control technician will quickly identify the wild animal, determine the best course of action and develop an effective (yet safe) plan of defense.

Attic Insulation and T.A.P. Pest Control Insulation

While Critter Control mostly focuses on wildlife management does offer other services. Customers can help reduce the cost of their energy bills by replacing or adding the correct amount of attic insulation. Critter Control advises customers to check with the U.S. Department of Energy’s website to find out if the existing attic insulation matches current government recommendations.

The Critter Control team can also fill an attic with T.A.P., a green insulation made from recycled paper that incorporates a borate-based pest control into the product. T.A.P. is said to outperform traditional insulation, but the best part is that it helps keep unwanted ants, termites, and cockroaches at bay.

Financing Options

Critter Control does offer financing options through AMS Financial. Customers can call Critter Control and talk to a technician to get an estimate of a price range, but an inspection will be necessary to provide an exact cost.

The Bad

  • Limited Plan Information
  • Not Available In Every State

Limited Plan Information

While many other pest control companies give a detailed description of their plans, Critter Control’s procedures are not outlined in depth. The company provides a brief overview of the plan, but that is it. This is not necessarily a problem, especially in the case of one-time-need animal removal. Critter Control promises to practice humane animal treatment and to use eco-aware chemicals, when necessary. However, because individuals must first share address and contact information to receive a quote, whereas a more detailed plan would likely make potential clients much more comfortable.

No Yard Service

Critter control does not appear to offer any lawn or garden services to its customers specifically fertilization, weed control, and hot spot management.

Not Available In Every State

Critter Control is offered in 38 states + Washington D.C. They even serve Ontario and Quebec.

Customers can find a nearby Critter Control branch in these states:

  • Alabama
  • Arizona
  • California
  • Colorado

The Bottom Line

Critter Control is not the standard type of pest control, although the company offers that as well. If customers are experiencing raccoons in their garbage cans, squirrels in the attic, coyotes eating the pet food, or mice and rats chewing up electrical wires, Critter Control is a great choice to remove unwanted pests and animals safely.
Because there are a number of factors that determine how much removing the wild animals from your property will cost: location of the animal (chimney, crawl space, attic, etc.), the condition of the animal (sick, dead, aggressive, etc.), the time of year, and the condition of the property, Critter Control does not disclose prices. Although customers interested in using Critter Control to get rid of nuisance animals are encouraged to call and get an estimate.

For customers looking for help beyond the typical pest control, Critter Control should be a top choice, but if you’re looking for an exclusively Pest Control Company we suggest you take a look at the highest-rated pest control service providers.

Have not been accurate as to what to expect, it's as described when signing the contract. Was told they would only have traps in my yard for a few weeks/months, NOT the entire spring and summer (probably fall). Technician in the beginning (which was horrible) got COVID, yet no one advised nor did they even send someone out in their place. I had to contact the sales person I originally dealt with to get someone else assigned, which is just one of the many issues. They refuse to contact me ahead of time to let me know what day (much less time) they will be coming by so I can ensure my gate is unlocked. If the gate is locked they've stated, "I'll just look over the fence". The moles and voles have continued to tear my yard apart and one part is now dangerous for my child to play around. I've stressed concerns, was told they would "gas them" and that they were getting "newer/better traps" yet those traps have never been installed, and the person who did the recent gassing (had it done twice now) dealt with the front yard only (didn't bother checking the back, much less servicing it). Was told they would come back the following week, nothing. So frustrated and feel like I've wasted SO MUCH money on this horrible service and experience. Lesson learned on this company..

I believe that the bees were removed but beyond that my dealings with Parker S were totally unacceptable. The hive was underneath a windowsill in the front of the house which is framed in white wood. I was not informed that when the wood pieces were removed and then replaced that the framing would not be aligned as they were previously. He sent me before and after pictures that showed the piece of white wood he removed was not in alignment. I asked for the wood piece be put in correctly “ to leave the window as he found it.” He told me to hire a contractor to take care of the” problem”.

Where to begin? I had my client sign the contract for rat removal. When the rats continued to invade the house I contacted Shawn;3 weeks later after numerous calls and texts to both Alan and Shawn I was told finally that Colin would go out last Monday morning.(this was over a 2 weeks period). I even gave Colin the tenant's cell to connect.Late Monday morning, I received a text that no one had showed up.I called Colin who said he had had an emergency (this was at 11:15am)When I asked him why he had not bothered to call anyone he just made a bunch of excuses.I called another company who went out that day and have been great. I don't know how you can stay in business with ignoring the client and showing no sense of responsibility. It put out a lot of people including the owner who paid for a job that was not done.

1. When the rep came to give an estimate and for me to hire Critter Control the contract stated we may not remove any squirrels (which I questioned and had an issue) because that is what I need you to do. 2) It required me giving my billing information in advance before they would agree to come back & setup equipment to catch the squirrels in my soffit. I had an issue and told him we could not move forward because you have stepped on my roof yet but you want my pay info now!!! They called back and agreed that I could pay at the end of service being completed. It seems the hate used did not attract any of the many squirrels and none were ever trapped

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied about the scope of work that was needed since I was not with them when they inspected my sons house and my son was unable to see what they were saying since he is a disable vet. When they came out to perform the work the technician said we did not need all the work done and did not see any signs of the items the salesman stated. I tried calling and texting the salesman. After several attempts he responded he no longer worked there and gave me another number to call. I contact the new guy and got the same poor service and then stopped returning my calls. I finally got fed up and did there customer survey and got a call back from a regional manager in Texas where he stated the new guy no longer worked for them either. He did not resolve my issue and will no longer call me back. What a terrible way to run a company. Do not use Critter Control in Colorado. I am out $1756.00 and they don't care.

I contacted Critter Control to get rid of a raccoon who found a hole in my roof where an additional was later connected and made it her home. This was not in the attic, so there was no access to the inside of this part of the roof except through the hole, which the raccoon found. I paid them $768 to start services with my understanding that I would pay another $769 after they evicted the raccoons. After more than a month of no success, I asked to terminate services, which they did. They also still charged me the remaining $769 because they claimed to have "completed" the services. The total amount paid was $1,537. The raccoon had babies, and the family is still living in my roof to this day. The company states that they could have continued to provide services until the raccoons left, but since I was not happy with the services provided, and they were not successful in getting them out, I feel that I should have had the option to discontinue and not be charged any additional cost. When I reached out to the district manager about it, he said he would look into it and get back with me. He never did. I have since found a wildlife professional who would only charge $150 up front and then another $150 if they actually succeeded at getting them out. I would not recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with Critter Control's service and feel like we completely wasted $2,000. Initially, they quoted us a price that seemed excessive for sealing up some areas to prevent critters from getting into our home, but we reluctantly agreed, especially since my wife is pregnant and we wanted peace of mind. They showed us pictures of areas that needed to be sealed, but after they completed the work, I noticed several of the original problem areas were still left unaddressed. I requested someone come out and walk us through what had actually been sealed, and while they initially agreed, they completely ghosted me after that. Part of the agreement was that someone would come by daily for the following week to ensure everything was taken care of. When I followed up with Ari, instead of helping schedule those visits, he just gave me someone’s number like it was my responsibility to chase them down. Ultimately, someone stopped by only three times. To make matters worse, our kitchen began to smell like rotting rodents, and I could still hear critters in the attic—exactly what we paid them to prevent! When I spoke to Jonathan, he mentioned we’d receive discounts on future services, but unsurprisingly, we never heard from him again. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. Not only did they fail to address the original problem, but their communication was nonexistent, and they left us with the same issues we had before they "sealed" anything. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering Critter Control.

Very unhappy with the service and the billing procedure. While working in heavy rain, the Critter Control worker broke our window. We feel it was no his fault because the company would not give him a time off. But the Crittercontrol did not replace our window for two months. The billing procedure was messy and some of the service was shoddy - sanitation consisted of spraying the attack lasting for about 3 minutes and this was charged $389. In addition, they sent an invoice for the service that was not yet performed. In the light of all this, we canceled further service with Crittercontrol.

I have had three good experiences with Critter Control This one was terrible. I was abandoned. The job was never completed. The supervisor said he would meet me but did not. He said he would call me but did not. All of the workers were very nice and polite, but the job did not get done. I ended up finishing it myself. Also, I asked for an invoice showing I had paid for the work. I asked three times and still do not have what I requested.

We paid $2000 and did not resolve the problem that was the reason for enlisting Critter Control. We have what we think is a pack rat that has access to a space above an hall closet. Despite securing potential entry points and placing traps and bait boxes for over 2 months the animal still comes and goes at will. We notified multiple times that the problem had not been resolved and no further actions were taken once we were in the monthly contract payment phase. Therefore, we were left no choice but to cancel and feel extremely disappointed in the service rendered.

Techs were bad, had a couple diff ones and they showed up with no clue as to why they were there. Some did not have enough traps, they all had diff views on what was best. Also they reviewed the job up front and said yes we can do it, then 3 weeks after trapping g was done they said sorry we can't finish the biggest part of the job which was patching the holes. So completed less than half the work promised and then offered only 12% refund. Total scam and recommend everyone to find a better option.

Horrible customer service, expensive, not informative, and not humane even if it says on the website. I would never recommend this company. Even Kristy the district manager is rude and shouldn't hold that title. She told me that I wasn't protecting my kids since I didn't want a lethal trap on the side of my house. The technician pretty much told me that it didn't matter if the racoons were picked up alive since they kill them anyways. Horrible company.

I paid $600 to trap rabbits. They caught a cat, an opossum and a raccoon, but no rabbits. As soon as they took their traps, the rabbits were back. Nice people and responsive, but I wasted $600.

The service was never completed. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to have something that has not been provided to us. We’ve had multiple people come and the job is not done.

They didn't do the work properly. They left a huge opening for the rabbits under the patio. I paid so much for absolutely nothing!! Do not use this company. They ignore you when you try to contact them.

They do not keep up with appointments dealing with anything inside the house. Only good at placing bait in traps for rats. Tired of calling without action/response to my concerns. I am stopping their service soon!

The worst company, horrible customer service, outpriced. They placed a mousetrap above the ceiling in our office, and it's been 6 days since we heard something gets trapped in it!!! Called and called them numerous times! Gene K (owner??? manager??? ) said they will schedule (!!!) someone! Really??? The smell is getting worse every day, there are nuggets going to crawl around soon, and we must wait for a free spot on their busy schedule???? So now no one is even answering the phone, and we have no idea when we will be blessed and saved by someone from Critter Control from that terrible smell of decaying animal above our heads!!!!!

Hi Ms. Pokamestova,

I understand you've been dealing with a distressing situation, and I completely understand your concern. We have been in touch with the property owner and manager about the service. Traps were checked on Tuesday (3/19) and we are monitoring our ongoing service with the people who hired us. We take our business very personally and are working to resolve the rat issue at the office where you work. We will keep the management team updated on the progress.

Fastest way I have ever lost $$$$ dollars… I paid to have them STOP coming and pretending like they did something. Horrible! *Day one: walked yard convinced me of “extreme mole activity”. Placed 3 traps front yard. *Never caught a single mole. *So they placed only placed 4 traps (in a 9 ft bunch) 2-3 weeks later only after complaining to the company that I felt this was not worth the money, I was told they will handle things… *They never went anywhere else for treatment in the whole yard. Except the guy who gases the moles was surprised when I addressed treatment to the back yard still. So he proceeded to gas on one of my sprinkler holes thinking it was a moles hole. *Being that you sign a contract for $$$$ to start and $$$ each month, I couldn’t stand to support such unprofessional practices. *I kindly told them I’ll pay what was on the contract, only if they discontinued service. **Be careful!** ***(I offered to provide time stamps on my cameras that would show they would only be on my property almost 7 minutes and then disappear doing minimal work. Most of the time was spent in their company automobile). *Apparently they hid my original review so I’m having my other family write it for me… Look forward to seeing them censoring legit public feedback again. *

I had an appt set for an estimate for bat removal. I rec'd a call in the morning from Kelly that she would be at my home between the 2 to 4 window that was set as my appt time. She never showed up and at 4:30 I called the company to find out what happened and why the NO SHOW. I was told I would rec a call back that evening and that did not happen. I called this morning to speak to a supervisor and I was told Kelly or her supervisor, Parker, would return my call in the afternoon when I would be home. Once again, no phone call. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my 72 years. I would suggest you don't waste your time and locate other companies that want your business.

Contacted Critter Control to deal with squirrels in attic and moles in yard. Below is a timeline of interaction. It's been a month since I signed the contract and paid money. Still have squirrels in my attic destroying who knows what up there and Critter Control has done NOTHING to even look at the mole situation in my yard. July 11 - Contacted Critter Control about squirrels in attic and moles in yard July 11 - Cody came by to evaluate and pitch Critter Control services July 11 - Signed contract. Was told technician would be at my house on July 13 July 13 - Technician was a No Show and I had to contact Critter Control to find out what was going on. Was told they had a staff shortage and couldn't come until the following week. Explained I need someone urgent July 18 - Technician came to set traps outside. Not sure why this method works because my backyard is Forest Park (the country's largest urban forest reserves). There are LOTS of squirrels outside July 19-21 - Technician checked traps, found no activity July 22 - Technician checked traps, moved traps to the attic. Put bait, but did not set traps to catch July 26 - Technician armed traps in attic and said he would be back in a few days to check traps July 27 - Aug 3 - No tech came to check traps, no communication from Critter Control Aug 3 - Sent text to Critter Control to ask why no one has come by to check traps. Aug 3 - Critter Control called me and offered to refund money or give Critter Control one more chance. We decided to give Critter Control one more chance. Aug 3 - Technician came to check traps, no activity - but I'm still hearing the squirrels Aug 3 - Technician texted me to ask if he could come on Aug 4 to check traps in the attic. I immediately responded with a confirmation that we would be home and to come check the traps Aug 4 - Technician was a no show and no communication from Critter Control Aug 4 - Texted Critter Control to ask why no one showed up and didn't communicate they were not coming over. Aug 4 - Critter Control called me and assured me they would make things right. New strategy was to seal all holes but 1 or 2 and set up a 1 way trap at the open holes. Also set up traps. They said they would be out early the following week to do work. Aug 8-10 - Critter Control no show and no communication Aug 10 - Texted Critter Control and asked why no one has come out or communicated with me Aug 11 - Critter Control texted and said the technician pulled the traps and sealed 2 dormers. We have been home every day but one day and no one has been here nor have we let anyone in the house to retrieve the traps they set in the attic. No one has been around our house to do any work. So either the technician's notes are for the wrong house or someone is lying. At no time has ANYONE from Critter Control looked into, evaluated, done any services for the mole issue we have and for which I signed a contract. I would not recommend this company since they unreliable, not effective (after a month of traps I still have squirrel activity in my attic), at times unresponsive, and will sell services where they don't actually do any work (no work has been done to catch any moles).

My experience with Critter Control? Not very good and extremely expensive! I received a panicked phone call from my brother-in-law in Scottsdale, AZ, who was visiting from Canada, that there was a loud noise up on our roof (I was back home in Canada). Randy (my brother-in-law) called Critter Control and was told that there were raccoons and rodents in our attic. (We have a flat roof house and no attic!) Michael S, Critter Controls Sales Account Manager, sold Randy a "bill of goods"! After being assured by Michael that the problems will be dealt with for "only" $5,414.00 plus $109.00/month for 12 months maintenance fee, I agreed to pay and gave him my credit card number. My card was charged the full amount within five days, even before any work (if any was even required??) was completed. Randy called on a daily basis to see when someone would be coming over to check or install traps or do whatever they were supposed to do. He was on vacation, he wanted to go hiking! On my return to Scottsdale a few weeks later I called Michael (left 4 messages) to see what was happening - he had all my money and was not interested in talking or having any kind of discussion or hearing my concerns. I was not happy with this outcome. Speaking to my neighbor who also used Critter Control, she was charged $2,400.00 for the very same "issues" and she felt she was overcharged. Since then we've gotten estimates for under $1,000.00. If in the future I'd be in need of critter control and Critter Control was the only company around, I'd rather live with the raccoons (turns out geese were landing on our roof and making a racket) - at least they're more honest and not so devious.

Critter Control was paid by my next door neighbor to eliminate ground squirrels from burrowing in the space bordering our properties. The first time the trap caught a skunk, and it took 24 hours for Critter Control to come get it. As I write this it has been 40 hours since we called them -- twice -- to come get the squirrel in the trap. This is inhumane. Besides, the metal netting they placed around my neighbor's stoop was insufficient to prevent squirrels from establishing themselves under it, as it has been chewed through. Update 3/31/22: It has now been 66 hours with a rainstorm, and Critter Control has still neglected to pick up the squirrel. It died. Animal Control won't do anything because it's someone else's private property & trap, and the state doesn't regulate the company's treatment of squirrels.

Called for service and the rep who came out was very professional . From that point on a hot mess. Did not come the day I was told it was scheduled. After a month called again to find out what the problem was. Was told everyone was in class and crew from out of state had to be contacted and numerous excuses time after time. Texted me they were on the way and after I arrived home nothing had been done, then told it was too wet to get on the roof. Um hello if you were driving to my home did you not see if it was raining. Requested Management to call me several times and they never did. I would not recommend this company. It appears that they have no trained professionals to send out and have to scramble to get employees from elsewhere.

We called Critter Control because we had chipmunks in our house. By the time Randy the inspector arrived we had hopefully all of them out of the house. He showed us some spots that could be remediated but could not find an actual entry point and was going to make a custom cover for our dryer vent plus several other custom items. When Mark B and his associate came they stuck a plastic bird protector over the vent nothing custom and a sloppy caulking job. We started to ask questions about what the contract said and what they where doing. Mark took offense and said he will stop the work. They left with out continuing to do the job. They where rude and thought they could scam senior citizens. We know they where charging us a great deal but we just wanted to get the work done. It was really a horrible experience. I am glad we caught on to their scam. The payment was put on a charge card and they did refund the payment. We have used Critter Control in another state and they where great. Northern NJ Critter Control is very unprofessional.

I hired Critter Control to remove a dead skunk under my house. They told me they would only go look for the skunk (even though I could through smell alone identify exactly where it was) after setting traps for a week. At the end of the week, someone went under the house and emerged telling me there was no skunk. They charged my credit card over $2,000 for this non service, without issuing an invoice at any point. I then had to hire another vendor to remove the skunk. The other vendor took two hours to do this and billed me 1/3 the amount Critter Control did for doing, essentially, nothing. Critter uses hyper aggressive billing tactics and performs very poor services. Avoid them like the plague.

I heard scratching noises in a wall and called Critter Control. The sales person who sold me the service told me that if any critter showed up again that Critter Control would be back out. The service contract was for a year. I was hesitant to do this, but did it anyway. The charge for (initial) services is $1,500. I find that way overcharged! This included disinfection of the property - mostly around the periphery. - Closing off of any opening a critter can get in: Crawlspace (actually this was not completed) vents around the base of the house and any opening on the vents etc. on the roof. Also initial placement of traps and emptying of same (one mouse!). Plus placement of bait stations. The sales person who sold me the service told me that if any critter showed up again that Critter Control would be back out. What actually happened is that I had the above initial service, and quickly found out that the continued monthly check of bait stations would cost me an additional $75 pr. month. And that if Critter Control was to help with continued critter control I would have to pay an additional $500 for each trap!!!!! I am sad to say that I feel that this service has been a rip-off.

Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with this company. We originally called them to come out and inspect our attic as we were hearing noises. The inspector didnt even get into the attic, just looked up in the opening and decided it was a rat. So we treated and took all the suggestions. Unfortunately the noises continued. We called them out again. They basically told us we were crazy and there was nothing going on. Fast forward. Loud noises in our attic again. I called and was told someone would be out, no one showed. I even called the office and was told the tech was running late but would be here, nope. I called the following day and asked to speak to a manager, did one call me? nope. Extremely frustrated I called again and was able to get a tech out. No ladder, no inspection. The tech told me that he just didnt know what was going on and wanted to get it figured out but frankly just didnt like driving to Fort Collins. Luckily I had called another company and they were coming out the next day. They got into the attic and did a full inspection, took pictures so they could show me what they found. Bats. They immediately started course correction. If you live in Denver maybe a better experience, but if you live in Fort Collins, go local. They actually care.

Critter Control was supposed to show up a week ago for a free estimate. The day of the appointment, they called to say they were running late. OK, that happens all the time. Then he called back to say he would charge me $400.00 to come here. NOT OK. What happened to the free estimate. I called the office every day for four days and was promised a manager would call me back within the hour. No one ever called back until Mr. Manager with his excuses told me it would be at least 2 weeks until they could come here and it would not be free. BAIT AND SWITCH - untrustworthy! Very disappointing - lack of customer service.

We were referred to Critter Control from a pest control company. They quoted "removal of the dead rat from the property". They did go to the property and spent approximately 4 5minutes and did inspect the interior bathroom with a screwdriver and administered a spray. The rat was not removed. They charged $1149.00 for this service. I spoke to the company representative twice and suggested that the rat was to be removed per the contract and $1149.00 for one hour of technician service was quite egregious. He said that it should have been removed but was not and that was the fee. I have recommended to the referring pest control company to remove the Critter Control from its vendor list and I have informed all manager within my company (CBM INC) to no longer use them as well.

This is the a complete racket. We paid hundreds of dollars for skunk removal that never happened. They somehow signed us up for monthly service for a few hundred more before we noticed and canceled. We finally trapped a skunk on our own which they never did. We called and spoke with a rude customer service person and asked to speak with a manager. That never happened. AVOID THEM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them years ago and bought a very expensive lifetime warranty on my house. They remediated my issue, sold me a life time warranty that states if I ever have critters inside the house again the will remediate them and reseal any entry point. THIS IS A LIE! They wont come back out and take care of my property even though I have a contract in writing. They use scare tactics to sell you on the large deals that cost thousands of dollars. Please listen to me and stay away. Call any other company but Critter Control
