Poor service. Horrible communication skills. Won’t answer emails extremely hard to get a hold of and to plan a visit to fix the problem. Still had roaches after each visit. They tried to reschedule my appointments every time I made them the afternoon before they were to come out. Had to threaten to cancel before they did anything about it. I finally had enough and just switched today to another service. I would not ever recommend them.

My apartment is infested with roaches they were there when I moved in I have complained to the apartment managers I’ve had my apartment spayed twice by Orkin and they come right back and I believe that the whole complex is infested with roaches it’s disgusting and now they have a new amenity here called valet trash and people are just leaving their trash bags outside their apartments which I have seen roaches running around them to I think they should find a new pest control this is the Wildwood Forest Apartments

The bedbug exterminators arrived on time. They were finished after 1/2 hour. 4 bedrooms and 2 additional couches were treated (hopefully). The workers did not put the beds back together (It is difficult for us elderly & disabled couple to do this). Phone calls were made daily. Finally the company agreed to put the beds together in a week or so. In the meantime we are sleeping on couches. (This never occurred when we used Terminix for bedbugs a few years ago.)

It’s funny how there are so many good reviews for Orkin🤔. I had an appointment for a technician to come out 8:00-10:00 to give me a quote for service but…HE NEVER SHOWED😒. After calling and holding 10 minutes I was told that they had a regional meeting that just let out and he could come later, hmmm, no! If this is the way you treat customers and run your business, I’m not paying good money for it. Me: calling other companies.

Orkin is a fraud and total ripoff. They continue to charge me and try to service my home after I canceled. They didn't cancel my service. They "serviced" the outside of my home when we had that huge snowstorm and now came back and served the outside of my home after I told customer service I didn't want my home serviced. I've been waiting for management to call me for a month now yet nobody returns my calls. Do not use their services.

I hired Orkin pest control because I heard it was good back in the days. However, now their service has worsen substantially. I have to beg the technicians to spray the house or do at least something, every time they come to provide service. My contract is almost over, and the problem is still there. Would certainly NOT RECOMMEND ORKIN’S SERVICES!!!

I purchase Orkin Service on 9/25/2020 11:00am and set up the appointment. I called 1:00pm the same day to reschedule my appointment. I was told it take up to 48 hours for technician to call me back for reschedule. 30 hrs passed I have not receive any phone call. On 9/26/25 5:15 pm I call Orkin to cancel my purchase and looking for other company with efficiency.

I would never recommend Orkin for bed bugs to anyone. We paid them lots of money and we have done lots of the work ourselves with sprays we purchases since they do not do a good job, do not return calls or have good customer service at all. We started in Sept. and as of yet we have not had a final review to say we are bug free, we have given up calling and have just moved on since we have not found any more ourselves. Very expensive, found out in the Phoenix area, Orkin uses a sub contractor for any bird work our company needed done as well as seal up the building for rats. We would of paid twice what the subcontractor was charging Orkin if we had not found out from another company about this, and it was never told to us by Orkin which is deceitful. So why hire them when you can hire the sub contractor .

So paid orkin over 2 grand too get rid of bed bugs in our apartment building let me remind you that's 5 apartments they came once on the 23rd and yesterday on the 29th they were still present after the 23rd and i just woke up and killed 9 of them and took two of them as prisoners. There is a 30 day guarantee like it wasnt even one night and they come out having a pow wow completely dissatisfied and woukd not recommend these guys for bed bug extermination if there was a negative 5 stars thats what i would give them. All that money for what. Two thumbs down

I'm very disappointed with Orkin. I have always used them for pest control. They came out last year around March 2018 and serviced my house for termites. To this day they have not came back for follow up. I have call them 5 times sent two e-mails and even called their corporate office. They had no problem making us pay a huge down payment and we in turned paid the rest in full on receipt.

We had a rat in our business and called Orkin. We are completely dissatisfied with the outcome. We were charged over $300.00 and it was not caught. They set traps similar to what I purchased at our local store. They did nothing other than what I did. I called to get my money back and was told that there is no guarantee they will catch anything. Don't waste your money. Buy your own traps, stinky spray, and tape.

If I could I would rate this company a zero. The customer service was terrible, Had to reschedule three times in order to get someone to come out. When tech did finally arrive, said he had to call inspector to come out. After numerous phone calls and a whole day wasted waiting for them, inspector finally showed up at 6 pm only to quote an exorbitant price with only one solution. No offer of financing if it is available. Will NOT recommend this company to anyone as they are unreliable and unprofessional.

Pet owners beware. They will show up an hour early and tell you to lock your pet in the basement while they treat your entire house with chemicals that are poisonous to humans and animals alike. If you’re not there to collect your pet, they will coerce whoever is there to do it saying it’s safe. They have absolutely 0 respect for the well-being and ethical and humane treatment of animals.

I called this company to help with an ant problem, and they did a terrible job. Used what seemed to me like way to much poison and didn’t tell me to take any precautions with my pets. After they were done I waited a few days to check, and when I did there was still just as many ants as before.

Escalated issue to corporate they had Regional Manager Chris call me he promised they would show up. Waited at home never showed up again after waiting all day now he will not return my call or reply to text.

I pay Orkin to do yearly termite service; except they don't do it. They take my money and don't show up. Even if you call them and confirm appointments, they do not come. Unless you actually threaten to sue them and report them to the attorney general's office for fraud, then perhaps they will show up. It is the worst run company one can imagine.

Hired Orkin for a clover mite problem. They only use a repellent spray that does Nothing !!! Second time they left puddles of their liquid on our wood window sills in a brand new house !!! Should have thrown my $264 out the window. We found a spray at Meijer that kills clover mite for $8. NEVER will consider Orkin for anything !

Do not have orkin for pest control. Their ad says SAME DAY SERVICE IF CALLED BEFORE 9 AM. That is a scam. I have tons of ants after just two weeks of service. When I called, I was told no one could be here for 4 days. If I wasn't on their schedule I would have to wait.
